  • the rinsing system and the method can be used for cleaning vessels, in particular for cleaning bottles.
  • the invention can be used in particular in the field of dishwashing technology, in particular in the field of commercial dishwashing technology.
  • the invention can be used in particular in large kitchens in which items to be cleaned, for example trays, dishes and cutlery, have to be cleaned in large quantities.
  • the invention can be used to clean bottles, for example bottles for table water in restaurants, or other bottle-like objects such as wine decanters, lemonade jugs or similar items to be cleaned with at least one cavity.
  • other areas of application are also conceivable in principle.
  • cleaning devices also referred to as cleaning devices, are known from the state of the art, which can clean and/or disinfect items to be cleaned.
  • the design of these cleaning devices depends largely on the various boundary conditions, such as the type of item to be cleaned, the contamination, the throughput or similar conditions.
  • cleaning devices which, for example, are used in DE 10 2004 056 052 A1 or in DE 10 2007 025 263 A1 described.
  • washing baskets which can be used in dishwashers and which have a nozzle system for attaching the bottles.
  • Dishmachines www.cmadishmachines.com
  • a bottle rinsing basket device for a commercial dishwasher with two separate rinsing systems, which comprises a basket carrier and a rinsing basket for receiving bottles to be cleaned.
  • the basket carrier comprises a docking device with at least two separate feed channels
  • the rinsing basket comprises a distribution system with a distribution flange that can be connected to the docking device of the basket carrier.

  • drying the items to be cleaned particularly the hollow space, i.e. the inner walls of the items to be cleaned
  • the individual items to be cleaned would have to be turned over after a rinsing process and a subsequent dripping phase so that their openings are facing upwards. The residual moisture can then evaporate and escape upwards, ensuring drying.

  • a device for rinsing and vacuum drying long-necked laboratory bottles comprises a basket which can be rolled into a rinsing chamber and which comprises a distributor pipe. Upright tubes extend from the distributor pipe into the bottles. After being exposed to water, the bottles can be subjected to a vacuum through the tubes, whereby a vacuum blower sucks moist air out of the bottles during drying and replaces it with drier air from the rinsing chamber.

  • the dishwasher 116 has a housing 122 in which a cleaning chamber 124 is provided for receiving the items to be cleaned 112.
  • This cleaning chamber 124 can be closed by a closure device 126, which in the present case can be designed as a door or flap 128. However, other designs are also possible.
  • the dishwasher 116 further comprises a loading device 130 for loading the items to be cleaned 112 with at least one cleaning fluid.

  • the loading device 130 can, for example, comprise a wash arm hub 138 for a lower wash arm, onto which the connection adapter 120 in the form shown in FIG. 13 is mounted instead of the lower wash arm.
  • Figure 1 Generally, the design of the loading device 130 can be exemplary, for example, DE 10 2004 056 052 A1 or DE 10 2007 025 263 A1 However, other configurations are also possible.
