Definitions

  • a locking element can be provided which can be actuated for the automatic locking of the locking unit in such a way that the latch bolt is automatically transferred into the extended locking position.
  • the lock chain is preferably held in the (neutral) unlocking position by a locking element, the latch bolt from the lock chain in whose (neutral) unlocking position is held in the partially extended unlocking position,
  • the locking element for automatically locking the locking unit can be actuated (e.g. by a release magnet) in such a way that the locking element releases the lock chain (into the lowered locking position) so that the latch bolt is automatically transferred into the extended locking position.
  • locking unit means in particular an additional lock of an espagnolette lock or also a central lock of an espagnolette lock.
  • Additional locks on the one hand and the handle and key-operated central lock are connected in a known manner via connecting rods, so that in the course of locking, not only the central bolt arranged in the central lock, for example, but also the locking elements (especially latchbolts) arranged in the additional locks are excluded.
  • the invention consequently relates to a self-locking locking unit or a self-locking lock, which in practice is also referred to as an automatic lock.
  • Characteristic of such an automatic lock is the fact that the locking elements, e.g. B. the latch bolt of the additional lock, automatically enters the locking position when the door is closed.
  • the invention preferably relates to an embodiment with magnetic release, ie a release magnet is provided which is preferably arranged in or on the (frame-side) locking bar.
  • a release magnet is provided which is preferably arranged in or on the (frame-side) locking bar.
  • Such a locking unit is z. B. from the DE 10 2008 011 551 A1 known.
  • the locking element is designed as a latch bolt, the latch bolt being positively coupled to the lock chain via an intermediate lever.
  • Such an embodiment with magnetic release has proven itself to be outstanding in practice, but it can be further developed. - This is where the invention comes in.
  • an espagnolette lock with on the one hand the main lock and on the other hand at least one secondary lock, the secondary lock containing a locking element which can be adjusted between a locking position and an unlocking position and which can be automatically adjusted into the locking position when the lock or the door is moved into the locked position.
  • a conventional lock latch is provided, which is mounted displaceably between an extended position and a retracted position.
  • the latch of the secondary lock and the locking element of the secondary lock are each assigned a frame-side recess into which the locking element of the secondary lock in the locking position or the latch of the secondary lock in the extended position engages in the closed position of the lock.
  • the locking element can, for. B.
  • the lock latch is a conventional lock latch that is spring-loaded and, when unloaded, assumes an extended position.
  • the lock latch consequently runs with its inclined surface against the frame when the door is closed and is thereby pushed towards its retracted position.
  • the latch of the secondary lock is coupled via a pivot lever to a transmission element in such a way that when the handle of the main lock is actuated and the drive rod moves, the latch is moved into the retracted position against the force of the spring element.
  • the lever is released, the lock latch automatically returns to the extended position thanks to the force of the spring element.
  • the position of the leaf in the area of the secondary lock is to be fixed in such a way that the hook bolt is free and without friction in the course of the self-actuated locking triggered when the leaf is swiveled shut can retract the associated opening of the frame-side locking plate.
  • a partial retraction of the lock latch is sufficient to ensure the desired, defined position of the sash.
  • the lock latch is therefore stored decoupled from the automatic locking mechanism and can move into the extended position and fix the wing in the desired position before the locking element is automatically locked or triggered.
  • the EP 2 543 802 A2 a lock with a latch and a locking element and with at least one securing element which can be adjusted between a securing position and an unlocking position by means of a magnetic attraction or repulsion force acting on the securing element and a release element on the frame side.
  • the locking element is held in the unlocked position by this securing element.
  • the locking element is intended by the in the retracted position Lock latch can be held in the unlocked position.
  • the triggering of the automatic locking should be controlled by a double safety device, namely once that the locking element located in the unlocked position is held in the unlocked position by the locking element located in the safety position and once by the fact that the locking element located in the unlocked position is held in the unlocked position by the in the lock latch located in the retracted position is held in the unlocked position.
  • a double safety device Starting from the open position of the leaf or the door or the like, a two-stage sequence control for triggering the automatic locking is implemented in the operation of the lock, which is intended to increase the reliability and security of the locking and effectively prevent incorrect operation.
  • This lock which is primarily designed as a central lock of a multi-point lock, works with a conventional spring-loaded latch.
  • a locking device for a door or a window which has a main lock case and at least one secondary or additional lock case, the secondary lock case having a bolt that can be freely closed in the unlocked position and at least one latch bolt can be displaced into a locking position by a latch spring beyond the latch position.
  • the latch bolt forms a locking device for the drive rod, which is urged into a locking position by spring or gravity.
  • the self-release is done mechanically by special locking and release elements in or on the latch bolt.
  • the invention is based on the technical problem of a locking unit for a locking system of a door, in particular for a To create an espagnolette lock with multi-point locking, which provides a reliable and functionally safe self-locking z. B. guaranteed by magnetic release with increased burglary protection at the same time.
  • the invention teaches in a generic locking unit of the type described above that in addition to the displaceable latch bolt, a pivoting hook bolt is mounted in the lock housing in addition to the sliding latch bolt, which in its pivoted locking position the locking bar or the striking plate or an element engages behind in or on the locking bar, With the door leaf in the closed position, the swing bolt is only or only then transferred into the (fully) swung-out locking position if / as soon as the latch bolt reaches or passes a partially extended limit position in which the latch bolt by a limit dimension (of e.g. 13 mm ) protrudes, which is larger than the unlocking dimension (e.g. 10 mm) in the unlocking position and which is also smaller than the locking dimension (e.g. about 20 mm) that the latch bolt assumes in the extended locking position.

  • the invention is initially based on the knowledge that a simple and at the same time tamper-proof self-locking z. B. by magnetic Triggering, taking into account a locking element provided in the locking unit, which either blocks or releases the independently displaceable lock chain in the lock case, is expedient.
  • a locking element provided in the locking unit, which either blocks or releases the independently displaceable lock chain in the lock case.
  • complicated mechanical release mechanisms which in the prior art z. B. are integrated in a latch bolt or implemented by separate release levers, can be omitted.
  • the magnetic self-triggering is characterized by a high level of manipulation security, since manipulation with purely mechanical means is not possible.
  • the security against manipulation and burglary protection is further increased by providing a swiveling swivel hook bolt in addition to the sliding latch bolt, not in combination with a simple lock latch, but in combination with a further locking element, namely a latch bolt, so that by Combination of the two locking elements ensures a particularly high level of security.
  • the two locking elements namely latch bolt on the one hand and swivel hook bolt on the other, drive z. B. after magnetic release of the locking element in their locking positions.
  • these locking processes are not carried out simultaneously, but staggered, because the hook bolt is only extended when the latch bolt has already dipped a certain amount into the locking bar, so that the latch bolt not only locks but also pre-centers the door takes place and so that the swivel hook bolt can reliably dip into the area of the locking bar and engage behind the locking bar or an element arranged thereon or in it.
  • the pre-centering does not take place with a simple spring-loaded lock latch, but with a latch bolt that can assume not only a defined fully extended (backpressure-secured) locking position, but also a defined, partially extended (non-backward-secured) unlocking position.
  • latch bolt is not fully positively or positively coupled to the lock chain, so that certain kinematics of the latch bolt are also possible regardless of the movement or position of the lock chain.
  • a coupling between the lock chain and the latch bolt is preferably only implemented in such a way that the latch bolt can be retracted into the fully retracted open position by moving the lock chain (in particular by lifting the lock chain) from the (fully extended) locking position or from the (partially extended unlocking position) .

  • the coupling of the latch bolt to the lock chain is consequently particularly preferably limited to a coupling in the unlocking or opening direction, ie in the course of the lifting of the lock chain.
  • this can preferably be achieved in that the lock chain is (only) in operative connection with the latch bolt via at least one latch lever (mounted pivotably about an axis) in such a way that the The latch bolt can be retracted from the locking position or also from the partially extended unlocking position into the fully retracted open position via the latch lever and that the latch bolt is held in the partially extended unlocking position when the door is open. While z. B.
  • the coupling with the latch lever according to the invention is only configured on one side, in particular in order to avoid an always synchronous extension of the latch bolt on the one hand and the swivel bolt on the other.
  • the lock chain is held by the latch bolt after it has been released by the locking element (e.g. as a result of a magnetic release); H. blocked against lowering until the spring-loaded latch bolt reaches the partially extended limit position.
  • Such a blocking of the lock chain up to the partially extended limit position of the latch bolt can be implemented by suitable structural design of the lock chain on the one hand and the latch bolt on the other hand, so that the latch bolt blocks the lock chain directly.

  • the latch bolt 3 is not only secured against being pushed back in this fully extended locking position, but already in the position shown in FIG Fig. 4 limit position shown or from the in Fig. 4 shown limit position. As a result, a two-stage or double back pressure protection is implemented.
  • the functional positions shown that the swivel bolt is only transferred into the pivoted locking position when the latch bolt the in Fig. 4 has reached the partially extended (backpressure secured) limit position shown.
  • this limit position cantilever the latch bolt 3 by a limit M2 over the lock housing or the lock faceplate, which is greater than the unlocking dimension M1 and smaller than the locking dimension M3.
  • the limit dimension M2 is approximately 13 mm, while the unlocking dimension M1 is approximately 10 mm and the locking dimension M3 is approximately 20 mm.
  • the lock is unlocked starting from Figure 5a , 5b z. B. by actuating the pusher or lock cylinder or by a motor drive in which the drive rod and thus also the lock chain 4 connected to it is raised.
  • This unlocked position is not shown separately in the figures, but it is shown in FIG Figure 5b It can be seen that the lock chain 4 has a projection in the area of the actuating arm 35 which, in the course of lifting the lock chain 4, pivots the lever 33 in a clockwise direction and thus lifts it.
