Claims (13)
- - Un séchoir (1) comprenant un corps (2) ; un boîtier (3) disposé sur le corps (2) ; un filtre (4) placé dans le boîtier (3) et qui retient les fibres générées pendant un processus de séchage ; et un racleur (5) qui racle les fibres accumulées sur le filtre (4), caractérisé en ce que le filtre (4) est un filtre de type V dans lequel deux surfaces filtrantes sont reliées de manière à créer un V, de sorte que le racleur (5) s'appuie sur les deux surfaces filtrantes dans le filtre (4) ; deux canaux d'engrenage (6), chacun fixé à l'un des bords extérieurs opposés du filtre (4) et qui se déplacent par rapport au filtre (4) ; le racleur (5) qui relie les canaux d'engrenage opposés (6) et qui est prévu sur le côté intérieur du filtre (4) ; au moins un engrenage (7) qui est disposé dans le boîtier (3) et qui s'engage dans l'un des canaux d'engrenage (6) ; et au moins un moteur (8) qui fait tourner l'engrenage (7).
- - Un séchoir (1) selon la déclaration 1, caractérisé par des fentes (9) qui sont disposées sur les bords extérieurs du filtre (4) et des canaux d'engrenage (6) qui sont placés dans les fentes (9).
- - Un séchoir (1) selon la déclaration 2, caractérisé par les canaux d'engrenage (6) qui sont en forme de T de manière à entourer les fentes (9) de manière étanche.
- - Un séchoir (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par des organes de verrouillage (10) qui empêchent les canaux d'engrenage (6) et le racleur (5) de se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- - Un séchoir (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le filtre (4) comporte des organes de liaison (11) qui permettent de le verrouiller sur le boîtier (3).
- - Un séchoir (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par des organes magnétiques (12) qui sont positionnés en opposition sur le racleur (5) ou le canal d'engrenage (6) et le filtre (4) de manière à permettre le maintien du racleur (5) en partie supérieure du filtre (4) de telle sorte que le racleur (5) et les canaux d'engrenage (6) ne se déplacent pas lorsque le filtre (4) est sorti du boîtier (3).
- - Un séchoir (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par des trous (13) qui sont prévus sur la surface du racleur (5) et qui permettent le passage de l'air de séchage.
- - Un séchoir (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par le racleur (5) qui est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau élastique.
- - Un séchoir (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par un sac (14) qui est fixé sur la face inférieure du filtre (4) et qui sert à recueillir les fibres raclées par le racleur (5).
- - Un séchoir (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par deux moteurs (8) placés en opposition dans le boîtier (3) pour permettre au racleur (5) d'être déplacé en douceur vers le haut et vers le bas, perpendiculairement à la surface du filtre (4).
- - Un séchoir (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par un ventilateur (15) qui effectue la circulation de l'air et s'arrête pendant le fonctionnement du racleur (5).
- - Un séchoir (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par un capteur apte à détecter le remplissage du filtre (4) et le racleur (5) qui est actionné chaque fois que le filtre (4) est plein.
- - Un séchoir (1) selon l'une quelconque des déclarations précédentes, caractérisé par le racleur (5) qui est actionné à la fin du processus de séchage.
