Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour fermer un espace libre (4) entre des extrémités (3) d'un intercalaire (2) qui a été appliqué sur un vitrage (1), les extrémités (3) de l'intercalaire (2) étant reliées entre elles en introduisant dans l'espace libre (4) un matériau durcissant, caractérisé en ce que l'espace libre (4) entre les extrémités (3) de l'intercalaire (2) se trouve dans la zone d'un coin de l'intercalaire, en ce que, dans la zone de l'espace libre (4) entre les extrémités (3) de l'intercalaire (2), un coffrage (8) qui entoure l'espace libre (4) entre les extrémités (3) de l'intercalaire (2) est appliqué, et en ce que le matériau durcissant est introduit dans l'espace libre (4) entouré par le coffrage (8).

  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un matériau identique au matériau dont est constitué l'intercalaire (2) est introduit dans l'espace libre (4).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le coffrage (8) est formé en appliquant contre les faces latérales de l'intercalaire (2), perpendiculaires au plan du vitrage (1), des plaques de recouvrement latérales (5 et 6) et en plaçant entre les plaques de recouvrement (5 et 6) une plaque de recouvrement supérieure (7) qui vient en appui contre la face libre (10) de l'intercalaire (2).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que du matériau est introduit, par exemple injecté, dans l'espace libre (4) par un perçage dans la plaque de recouvrement supérieure (7) jusqu'à ce que celui-ci soit complètement rempli.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 4 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le coffrage (8) est retiré après le remplissage de l'espace libre (4) avec du matériau en éloignant les plaques de recouvrement (5, 6 et 7).
  7. Dispositif pour mettre en œuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par un coffrage (8) constitué de deux plaques de recouvrement latérales (5 et 6) et d'une plaque de recouvrement supérieure (7) et par une conduite (9) pour amener de la matière plastique dans l'espace intérieur du coffrage (8).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la plaque de recouvrement supérieure (7) est insérée entre les zones des plaques de recouvrement latérales (5 et 6) qui s'écartent du vitrage (1) et qui dépassent de l'intercalaire (2).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les plaques de recouvrement latérales (5 et 6) présentent des nervures (11) en forme de baguette, à appliquer contre le vitrage (1).
