Claims (6)

  1. Couvercle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est empilable, le diamètre intérieur (d2) d'un couvercle (D) dépassant du diamètre extérieur (D1) d'un couvercle (D) qui se trouve en dessous et la deuxième extrémité (3C) reposant sur l'épaulement (3.1) du couvercle (D) qui se trouve en dessous.
  4. Couvercle (D) en papier, composé d'une rondelle de couvercle (1) et d'un anneau de couvercle (2) présentant un axe longitudinal (L2) avec une paroi (3) circulaire qui s'étend dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal (L2), comportant une surface intérieure (3A) et une surface extérieure (3B) ainsi qu'une première extrémité (3C) et une deuxième extrémité (3D), dans lequel la rondelle de couvercle (1) et l'anneau de couvercle (2) sont reliés l'une à l'autre par solidarité de matière et dans lequel la rondelle de couvercle (1) présente une zone plate (1.1) perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal (L2), caractérisé
    - en ce qu'il présente sur sa circonférence extérieure une zone en forme de U (1.2) faisant suite à la zone plate avec une première partie de paroi (1.3) et une deuxième partie de paroi (1.4) qui sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une troisième partie de paroi (1.5),
    - l'anneau de couvercle (2) se mettant en prise par sa première extrémité (3C) dans la zone en forme de U (1.2) de la rondelle de couvercle (1), de telle manière que la première partie de paroi (1.3) repose sur la surface intérieure (3A) et la deuxième partie de paroi (1.4) repose sur la surface extérieure (3B), et que la première partie de paroi (1.3) et la deuxième partie de paroi (1.4) de la zone en forme de U (1.2) de la rondelle de couvercle (1) sont assemblées par solidarité de matière avec la première extrémité (3c) de l'anneau de couvercle (2), et
    - les première et deuxième parties de paroi (1.3, 1.4) de la rondelle de couvercle (1) et l'extrémité (3C) de la paroi (3) de l'anneau de couvercle (2) qui se trouve entre elles étant orientées parallèlement à l'axe longitudinal (L2) de l'anneau de couvercle (2) et les première et deuxième parties de paroi (1.3, 1.4) s'étendant en ligne droite.
  5. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un couvercle (D) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une rondelle de couvercle (1) conique étirée est d'abord produite, laquelle présente une région de bord (4) et une zone plate (1.1) décalée par rapport à celle-ci de la valeur d'un épaulement conique (5), un anneau de couvercle (2) est positionné avec une première extrémité (3C) d'une paroi (3) sur la circonférence extérieure de l'épaulement conique (5) ou à l'intérieur de l'épaulement conique (5) et au moins une zone de l'épaulement conique (5) est ensuite mise en forme contre une surface intérieure (3A) et la région de bord (4) contre une surface extérieure (3B) de la paroi (3) de l'anneau de couvercle (1) et soudée à celle-ci et la paroi (3) de l'anneau de couvercle (1) est rentrée, lors de l'assemblage avec la rondelle de couvercle (1), en direction de l'axe longitudinal (L2) de l'anneau de couvercle (1) ou la paroi de l'anneau de couvercle (1) est rentrée à une première extrémité (3c) en direction de l'axe longitudinal (L2) avant ou après l'assemblage avec la rondelle de couvercle (1).
  6. Procédé pour la fabrication d'un couvercle (D) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel une rondelle de couvercle (1) conique étirée est d'abord produite, laquelle présente une région de bord (4) et une zone plate (1.1) décalée par rapport à celle-ci de la valeur d'un épaulement conique (5), un anneau de couvercle (2) est positionné avec une première extrémité (3C) d'une paroi (3) sur la circonférence extérieure de l'épaulement conique (5) ou à l'intérieur de l'épaulement conique (5) et au moins une zone de l'épaulement conique (5) est ensuite mise en forme contre une surface intérieure (3A) et la région de bord (4) contre une surface extérieure (3B) de la paroi (3) de l'anneau de couvercle (1) et soudée à celle-ci, une première et une deuxième parties de paroi (1.3, 1.4) de la rondelle de couvercle (1) et l'extrémité (3C) de la paroi (3) de l'anneau de couvercle (2) qui se trouve entre elles étant orientées parallèlement à un axe longitudinal (L2) de l'anneau de couvercle (2) et les première et deuxième parties de paroi (1.3, 1.4) s'étendant en ligne droite.
