Claims (10)

  1. Trinkhalm, der im Wesentlichen aus einem mit einer durch diesen verlaufenden Öffnung (20) ausgestatteten Körper (2) besteht, wobei der genannte Körper (2) aus einer gefrorenen Flüssigkeit des für den Verzehr geeigneten Typs, wie Wasser, Fruchtsäfte, Erfrischungsgetränke, Spirituosen usw., gebildet wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Mundstück (3) zur Verfügung gestellt wird, um mit dem Körper an einem Ende desselben in Eingriff zu gelangen, und das genannte Mundstück (3) sich aus einem Stopper (30) zusammensetzt, der aus einer zum Abdecken des oberen Teil des Körpers (2) bestimmten Scheibe mit einem kleinen, innen hohlen Vorsprung (31) - der dazu bestimmt ist, in die durchgehende Öffnung des Körpers (2) eingesetzt zu werden - auf einer Seite und einem innen hohlen zylindrischen Abschnitt (32) auf der anderen Seite besteht, der der Teil ist, der in den Mund des Benutzers gelangt, wobei der genannte Trinkhalm nicht nur die Aufgabe eines Rohrs zum Trinken eines Getränks erfüllt, sondern auch darauf ausgelegt ist, das genannte Getränk anstelle von Eiswürfeln oder in Kombination damit zu kühlen, doch vor allem dazu, das Getränk kühl zu halten und/oder das Getränk auch während des Durchgangs in den Körper (2) zu kühlen, so dass der Verbraucher ein perfekt kühles oder kaltes Getränk zu sich nimmt.
  2. Trinkhalm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Mundstück (3) den Stopper (30) als Kegelstumpf ausgelegt aufweist, von dem aus der kleine, hohle Vorsprung (31) am unteren Ende desselben verläuft und an dem sich der zylindrische hohle Abschnitt (32) an der gegenüberliegenden Seite befindet, wobei der genannte Abschnitt entweder linear verläuft oder einen bestimmten Winkel aufweist, um während des Trinkens des Getränks bequemer zu sein.
  3. Trinkhalm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Mundstück (3) den Stopper (30) in Form einer mit Seitenwänden (30b) ausgestatteten Scheibe (30a) aufweist, die so angeordnet sind, dass sie in das obere Ende des Körpers (2) passen, und den kleinen, hohlen Vorsprung (31) und den Abschnitt (32) aufweist.
  4. Trinkhalm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte gefrorene Flüssigkeit Eiswasser ist, das entweder einfaches Wasser oder Aromen bzw. Lebensmittelfarben aufweisen oder mit Substanzen versetzt sein kann, um ihm einen besonderen Geschmack zu verleihen usw., oder für den Verzehr geeignete Flüssigkeiten, die neben dem Kühlen oder Erhalten der Temperatur des in ein Glas (4) gegebenen Getränks den Geschmack desselben verändern oder ihm einfach Geschmack verleihen und so bei jedem Schluck für ein unerwartetes, angenehmes Gefühl sorgen.
  5. Trinkhalm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Körper (2) eine zylindrische Auslegung aufweist, bei der die durchgehende Öffnung (20) entlang der Achse des Zylinders verläuft, oder eine kurvenförmige zylindrische Auslegung oder jegliche sonstigen Auslegungen, einschließlich einer besonderen Form, jedoch immer mit einer durchgehenden Öffnung versehen ist, die für den Durchgang des Getränks durch den gesamten Körper verläuft.
  6. Trinkhalm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Mundstück (3) aus Kunststoff, aus biologisch abbaubarem Kunststoff, Papier oder jeglichem anderen für den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln und das Einführen in den Mund des Benutzers geeigneten Werkstoff hergestellt ist.
  7. Trinkhalm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Durchgang des Getränks durch den gefrorenen Körper das genannte Getränk genau die ideale Temperatur erhält, um kühl zu bleiben, da der Wärmeaustausch zwischen der Flüssigkeit und dem Eis oder anderer gefrorener Flüssigkeit als Resultat des Saugens des Benutzers erfolgt.
  8. Trinkhalm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Körper (2) verschiedene Formen und unterschiedliche Farben aufweist, die es dem Glas (4) gestatten, individuell angepasst und verschönert zu werden, und zum Beispiel einem Cocktail oder einfach einem Glas Wasser, spezieller und origineller gestaltet zu werden.
  9. Trinkhalm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Körper, da er aus einer gefrorenen Flüssigkeit besteht, vollkommen umweltfreundlich ist, eine sehr lange Haltbarkeit aufweist und keine Lagerprobleme mit sich bringt.
  10. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trinkhalms nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der genannte Körper (2) auf eine der folgenden Weisen hergestellt wird:
    - mittels einer in zwei Teile geteilten steifen Silikonform: einer äußeren Form und einem inneren Kern; Letzterer kann aufgrund der Tatsache, dass das ihn bildende Material das Haften der Flüssigkeit daran verhindert, entnommen werden; oder
    - mittels thermogeformter Beutel, die mit einem aufgeblasenen Kern im Inneren ausgestattet sind, wobei, sobald der als Form dienende Beutel mit Flüssigkeit gefüllt ist und die Flüssigkeit gefroren wurde, man einfach die Luft aus dem Kern ablassen und den äußeren Beutel entfernen muss; oder
    - mittels entlang drei Seiten versiegelter Umschließungsbeutel, die mit einem aus einem Paar runder Zentriervorrichtungen gebildeten Kern versehen sind, der in der Mitte durchbohrt ist, um einen innen hohlen Schlauch unterzubringen, dessen Durchmesser der Größe der Öffnung in dem Körper entspricht, wobei der so ausgelegte Kern in den mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Beutel eingesetzt und gefroren wird und man - um in der Lage zu sein, den Körper zu verwenden, sobald die Flüssigkeit gefroren ist - einfach den Beutel öffnet, eine Zentriervorrichtung aus dem Schlauchs entfernt und durch Greifen der anderen Zentriervorrichtung den Schlauch von dem Körper entfernt; oder
    - mittels einer Form, die zwei entlang der Länge des Trinkhalms verlaufende identische Abschnitte umfasst, wobei die auf diese Weise erzielten beiden Hälften des Halms dann durch einen anschließenden Gefriervorgang zusammengefügt werden.
