Definitions
- the subject of the invention is a holder for holding a railing component on a ceiling formwork panel.
- the invention also relates to a ceiling formwork and an arrangement which has a formwork panel with two longitudinal edge supports and two transverse edge supports.
- Brackets that are designed to hold a terrain component on a ceiling formwork panel are well known.
- the known brackets are quite heavy, complex structures. Transporting the bracket to the location on the construction site where it is to be attached to the formwork panel is correspondingly complex.
- the EP 1 683 930 A2 relates to a clamping device for safety railings for construction sites, which enables the easy construction of railings that can be incorporated into formwork decks, walkways in factories and the like.
- the NL 1 023 831 C2 relates to a railing base, in particular for safety railings on buildings, with a clamping device for fastening the railing to a beam or support.
- the object of the invention is to provide an improved holder for holding an object on a formwork panel.
- a bracket for holding a railing component on a ceiling formwork panel wherein the bracket is designed for attachment to the formwork panel and the formwork panel has two longitudinal edge supports and two transverse edge supports, wherein the bracket has a first arm which is designed for engagement with a longitudinal edge support of the formwork panel and a second arm which extends transversely to the first arm, forms an angular space together with the first arm and is designed for engagement with the second arm, wherein the first arm has a first projection on its side facing the angular space for insertion into an opening of the longitudinal edge support and the second arm has a second projection on its side facing the angular space for insertion into an opening of the transverse edge support; and wherein the bracket has a movement mechanism with which the projection of one of the two arms can be moved towards the other of the two arms in order to tighten the bracket.
- the bracket according to the invention is a comparatively light, simply constructed, inexpensive product.
- the bracket according to the invention can be easily transported from place to place on the construction site and can be installed very easily, even by just one person.
- one of the two arms can first be attached to one of the edge beams of the formwork panel.
- the other arm can be attached to the other edge beam of the formwork panel that runs to the same corner of the formwork panel as the aforementioned edge beam. This can be done by pivoting the bracket. Alternatively, this can be done by operating the movement mechanism. Attachment of the bracket is completed by tightening the movement mechanism, whereby at least one arm pulls the projection against the perimeter of the opening into which the projection has been inserted.
- the holder according to the invention can additionally be characterized in that the movement mechanism is designed such that it can move the projection of said one arm relative to said one arm, or be designed in such a way that it can be used to move said arm together with the projection.
- the holder according to the invention can additionally be characterized in that the projection of the one arm mentioned and/or the projection of the other arm is designed as a rear gripping projection for gripping behind the edge of the opening into which it is inserted.
- This measure makes the attachment process particularly simple because the rear gripping projection, which has already been brought into the rear gripping position to some extent, means that the holder can no longer fall away from the formwork panel there and can therefore be held more easily until the movement mechanism is fully tightened.
- a rear gripping projection increases the security of the engagement with the relevant edge support of the formwork panel.
- the holder according to the invention can additionally be characterized in that at least one of the two arms has a further projection for engagement with the relevant edge support, the projection of this arm mentioned in the first paragraph and the further projection of this arm being provided at spaced longitudinal positions of this arm.
- the further projection can be provided for insertion into an opening of this arm, wherein this opening is at the same time the opening of this arm mentioned in the first paragraph or is a further opening of this arm. If this opening is at the same time the opening of this arm mentioned in the first paragraph, it must have such a length that the projection mentioned in the first paragraph and the further projection can both be inserted into this opening. It is pointed out that there are also other possibilities for creating a moment support.
- the further Projection a projection which rests against the lower edge of the edge beam in question.
- the holder according to the invention can additionally be characterized in that the first projection and/or the second projection has an area on its side facing away from the free end of the arm in question, such that it is at least roughly adapted to that part of the boundary of the opening into which it is to be introduced.
- the surface pressure between the projection in question and the boundary of the opening into which the projection is to be introduced can be reduced. This also reduces wear at this point.
- the said area can be rounded, and the opposite area of the opening can be rounded.
- the movement mechanism is a threaded mechanism or a wedge mechanism. These mechanisms are inexpensive and easy to operate by the working person. Specific movement mechanisms of this type are shown and described further down in the example section of the description.
- the holder according to the invention can additionally be characterized in that the arm that can be moved by means of the movement mechanism is connected to the rest of the holder via an inclined surface guide, such that tightening the movement mechanism additionally forces this arm to move in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction of this arm.
- the projections of the two arms mentioned in the first paragraph are both automatically pulled in the direction of the angle apex of the holder when the movement mechanism is tightened. This results in a particularly convenient attachment of the holder, especially if both of the projections mentioned are designed as rear-grip projections.
- the first arm and the second arm may be tubular, preferably square-tubular, over most of their length.
- the bracket according to the invention integrates a railing post or a device for attaching a railing post. This makes it extremely easy to attach a railing to a ceiling formwork panel.
- Another subject of the invention is a ceiling formwork with a ceiling formwork panel and a railing arrangement, which has at least one bracket, as disclosed in the previous part of the description and which is attached to the ceiling formwork panel, and several safety elements with longitudinal extension one above the other.
- the specific safety elements mentioned are the railing beams, intermediate beams and so-called toe boards, see also the embodiments below.
- the railing arrangement can have several railing brackets according to the invention, wherein the safety elements in most cases span at least the distance between two adjacent railing brackets.
- the railing arrangement according to the invention can additionally be characterized in that the at least one railing bracket has a tubular component into which a railing post is inserted with part of its length; and that at least a portion of the safety elements are held on the railing post.
- the bracket according to the invention enables very convenient installation of the railing, but still remains a light, easy-to-handle product.
- a typical application for the bracket according to the invention is the fastening of a railing along the edge of a ceiling formwork.
- a railing must normally be erected along the edge of the ceiling formwork so that people working on the ceiling formwork, e.g. when installing reinforcing steel mesh, can work safely.
- the holder according to the invention can also be used for other purposes.
- One example is the possibility of holding a rotating pulley for a traction cable at the corner of a formwork panel. Then, using a traction cable deflected up there, a bucket filled with mortar can be pulled up to a higher level of the building under construction.
- Another example is holding tarpaulins hanging vertically at the edge of the building as a windbreak.
- Another object of the invention is an arrangement comprising a formwork panel with two longitudinal edge supports and two transverse edge supports, characterized in that the arrangement further comprises a holder attached thereto as disclosed in the previous part of the description.
- the formwork panel referred to in connection with the invention can be a formwork panel for pouring concrete.
- the term "formwork panel” is also intended to include other formwork panels, e.g. those for supporting soil slopes and those for underpinning areas for repair work under a building ceiling.
- the bracket 2 shown in the drawing has a first arm 4 (which Fig.1 in the direction from top left to bottom right) and a second arm 6 (which goes in Fig.1 from bottom left to top right).
- the second arm 6 is attached with one of its front ends to the end area of the first arm 4, so that the two arms 4 and 6 form two sides of a right angle and create an angular space 8 between them.
- the area where the two arms 4 and 6 come together is called the vertex 10.
- the bracket 2 further comprises a railing bracket 12 arranged at right angles to the common plane of the first arm 4 and the second arm 6.
- the apex-side front end of the first arm 4 is in Fig.1 lower end region of the railing bracket 12 against a side surface 14 of the railing bracket 12.
- the end region of an outer side surface 29 (ie a side surface facing away from the angle space 8) of the second arm 6 also rests against the side surface 14 of the railing bracket 12.
- the main part of each of the three components 4, 6, 12 is designed as a square tube made of steel with rounded corners.
- the cross-sectional shape of the three components 4, 6, 12 is slightly different from one another.
- the first arm 4 and the second arm 6 have - slightly different from one another - a rectangular cross-section whose height 16 is slightly larger than its width 18. In the railing bracket 12, the cross-section is square with rounded corners.
- the three components 4, 6, 12 mentioned are welded together to form a stable unit. If the bracket 2 is placed on a flat surface with the undersides 20 and 22 of the two arms 4 and 6 and with the lower front end 22 of the railing bracket 12, the two undersides 20 mentioned and the lower front end 22 mentioned lie in a common plane.
- the second arm 6 has, on its side 28 facing the angular space 8, in the region of its free end 32 (i.e. the end remote from the apex 10), a second projection 36 that protrudes there relative to the rest of the second arm 6.
- the second projection 36 is part of an overall angular element 37 that has been manufactured separately and then welded to the second arm 6.
- the second projection 36 can be divided into a first region 40 immediately next to the side surface 28 of the second arm 6 and a second region 42 that is spaced apart from the side surface 28 of the second arm 6.
- the first region 40 has the shape of a substantially semicircular plate, the peripheral edge surface 44 of which is rounded in a substantially semicircular manner on the side facing the apex 10 or the side pointing away from the free end 32.
- the second region 42 is also plate-shaped and for part of its length measured in the longitudinal direction of the second arm 6 is parallel to the side surface 28 of the second arm 6, wherein the clear distance between the second region 42 and the side surface 28 of the second arm 6 corresponds to the thickness of the plate-shaped first region 40.
- the second region 42 extends beyond the first region 40 of the projection 36 in its end region 43 facing the apex 10, so that the second region 42 can engage behind part of the boundary of an opening in an edge support of a formwork panel with this end region, as will be described in more detail below.
- the end region 43 is slightly inclined relative to the side surface 28 of the second arm 6, so that at the end of the end region 43 the clear distance to the side surface 28 is slightly greater than the thickness of the first region.
- a first projection 34 is provided, which is basically designed very similarly to the second projection 36 already described and also has a first area 40, a second area 42 and an end area 43.
- the first projection 34 is also part of a separately manufactured element 35, which is not welded to the first arm 4 at the free end 30.
- the element 35 is rather a separate component which is installed in the longitudinal direction of the first arm 4 so as to be movable relative to it.
- Fig.1 not explicitly visible guide between the first arm 4 and the element 35.
- the element 35 has a right-angled area 46 which extends in a plate-like manner transversely to the longitudinal direction of the first arm 4.
- a threaded rod 50 is attached to this area 46, which extends lengthwise through the hollow first arm 4.
- the threaded rod 50 can be seen in Fig.1 only the rightmost end, which is attached to the area 46 of the first projection 34, and the other end on the leftmost.
- the threaded rod 50 passes through the railing bracket 12 in two holes.
- the nut 52 rests with one end face against the side 15 of the railing bracket 12. By turning the nut 52, the threaded rod 50 and with it the first projection 34 can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the first arm.
- first arm 4 has a first further projection 54 on its inner side 26 facing the angular space 8 and that the second arm 6 has a second further projection 56 on its inner side 28 facing the angular space 8.
- the two further projections 54 and 56 are each welded to the inner side 26 and 28 respectively and have the shape of an upright rectangular plate.
- the first further projection 54 is located at a point which is situated between the apex 10 and the free end 30 of the first arm 4.
- the second further projection 56 is located at a point which is situated between the apex 10 and the free end 32 of the second arm 6.
- a formwork panel 60 in this case a ceiling formwork panel.
- the formwork panel 60 is drawn without its formwork skin.
- the formwork skin side of the frame 82 of the formwork panel 60 points in the Fig. 6 and 7 upwards.
- a formwork skin attached to the frame 82 would completely cover the "inside" of the formwork panel 60.
- the holder 2 according to the invention is shown in a state in which a railing post 62 has been telescopically inserted into the railing holder 12 from above with part of its length.
- the railing post 62 has a hollow square cross-section which is slightly smaller than the hollow square cross-section of the railing holder 12.
- the frame 82 of the panel 60 essentially consists of two longitudinal edge beams 64, two transverse edge beams 66 and a number of transverse intermediate beams 68. These components are welded together.
- Arrow 69 shows the direction of view with which the viewer can see the Fig.7 looks.
- each longitudinal edge beam 64 has an elongated opening 70 that passes through it.
- Each transverse edge beam 66 also has a little way away from each frame corner 80 an elongated opening 72 that passes through it.
- the openings 70 and 72 are each located in the web of the respective edge beam 64 or 66, at a height between a front widening of the respective edge beam 64 or 66 on the formwork side and a rear widening of the respective edge beam 64 or 66.
- the openings 70 and 72 have the same shape. This shape can be described with Essentially straight limited in Fig.6 lower area, with large radius limited in Fig.6 upper region, and with substantially semicircular boundaries in the regions therebetween, which are the longitudinal ends of the opening 70 and 72, respectively.
- each of the projections 34 and 36 is partly located in the relevant opening 70 or 72 and partly engages behind the opening boundary with the rear engagement area 43.
- the rounded edge surface 44 rests against the rounded boundary surface of the relevant opening 70 or 72 in the end area of the opening 70 or 72.
- the rounding radii of the first area 40 of the relevant projection 34 or 36 on the one hand and the opening end area on the other hand essentially match.
- a further opening 74 or 76 is provided in the side wall 26 or 28, both in the respective longitudinal edge support 64 and in the respective transverse edge support 66.
- Each of the further openings 74 and 76 has the shape of an oval, which is straight in the middle area and semicircular at the two ends.
- the first additional projection 54 of the first arm 4 sits in the additional opening 74
- the second additional projection 56 of the second arm 6 sits in the additional opening 76.
- the additional openings 74 and 76 are identical to one another and have a height that is only slightly greater than the height of the additional projections 54 and 56, so that the additional projections 54 and 56 fit into the additional openings 74 and 76 with only a small amount of play in terms of height.
- the two arms 4 and 6 rest with their inner sides 26 and 28 flat against the outer side of the web 78 of the relevant edge support 64 or 66.
- the holder 2 thus has a very firm hold on the panel 60 on the one hand and, on the other hand, stiffens the panel 60 in the corner area where it is attached to the panel 60.
- the first projection 34 of the first arm 4 is first "extended", i.e. moved away from the apex 10 by means of the threaded rod 50. Then the second arm 6 is moved in an inclined position (in which the apex 10 is a little way away from the corner 80 of the frame 82 of the panel 60) with the second projection 36 leading towards the cross-edge support 66. The second projection 36 is introduced into the opening 72 so far that the second area 42 of the second projection 36 comes into a position on the inside of the web 78 of the cross-edge support 66.
- the second arm 6 is now moved in its longitudinal direction or in the longitudinal direction of the cross-edge support 66, while at the same time the apex 10 is pivoted towards the corner 80 of the frame 82 of the panel 60.
- the further projection 56 comes into the further opening 76.
- the rear gripping area 43 of the second projection 36 is now located on the inside of the material of the web 78 next to the opening 72, as in Fig.7 to see.
- the first projection 34 and the further projection 54 go into the openings 70 and 74 of the longitudinal edge support 64.
- the nut 52 is tightened and thus the first projection 34 is pulled towards the apex 10.
- the end region 43 of the second region 42 of the first projection 34 comes into the Fig.7 drawn gripping position in which it grips behind the perimeter of the opening 70 in the area closest to the corner 80.
- the nut 52 is tightened.
- the rounded edge surface 44 of the first projection 34 also rests against the end area of the outline of the opening 70 closest to the corner 80.
- the further projections 54 and 56 in conjunction with the first projection 34 and the second projection 36, provide moment support on both arms 4 and 6. For example, if Fig.7 If a force is exerted on the upper end of the railing holder 12 to the right-front parallel to the longitudinal extension of the transverse edge support 66, this moment is carried away by the pair of projections 36 and 56. The same applies accordingly with regard to the pair of projections 34 and 54 if the end of the railing holder 12 is exerted, for example, in Fig.7 one to the right back directed force is exerted parallel to the longitudinal extension of the longitudinal edge support 64.
- the arms 4 and 6 can be somewhat longer and the further projections 54 and 56 can be shaped and positioned in such a way that, when the bracket 2 is attached, they each go into the same opening 70 or 72 as the first area 40 of the projection 34 or 36, but at a point somewhat further away from the apex 10.
- the described moment support is also achieved with this design.
- the additional projections 54 and 56 do not necessarily have to be provided. After all, the first arm 4 and the second arm 6 are, so to speak, caught between the upper and lower widenings of the edge supports 64 and 66 described above. In addition, the railing bracket 12 for the height of the frame 82 rests against the relevant transverse edge support 66. It is therefore possible to omit either just one of the additional projections 54 and 56 or both additional projections 54 and 56.
- first projection 34 and/or the second projection 36 are designed without a rear gripping area 43. It is possible to make the first area 40 - with otherwise the same geometry - a little thicker than in Fig.1 , 6, 7 The first area 40 is still part of element 35 or 37.
- the mounting of the bracket 2 on the panel 60 can be carried out as follows:
- the first projection 34 is "extended” as described above.
- the first arm 4 is placed on the outside of an edge support 64 or 66, whereby the first projection 34 comes into the opening 70 and the further projection 54 comes into the opening 74.
- the second arm 6 is parallel to the other edge support 66 or 64, but its inner side 28 is still at least for the thickness of the second projection 36 and for the thickness of the further projection 56 from the web 78 of the other edge support 66 or 64 (because otherwise the first arm 4 could not be brought to the outside of the edge support 64 or 66).
- the first projection 34 is moved in the direction of the second arm 6 or in the direction of the apex 10 until its first region 40 comes against the region of the opening boundary near the apex and its rear engagement region 43 comes into the rear engagement position.
- the second arm 6 is simultaneously pulled into contact with the other edge support 66 or 64, with its projections 36 and 56 coming into the openings 72 and 76.
- both the first projection 34 and the second projection 36 are formed without a rear gripping area 43, the attachment of the bracket 2 to the panel 60 can be carried out in the same manner as described in the previous paragraph.
- a wedge mechanism can be provided for the movement mechanism shown in the form of threaded rod 50 and nut 52.
- the rod 50 has no thread and has a Fig.1 to the left rear of the railing bracket 12, a slotted hole penetrating the rod 50, the longitudinal direction of which corresponds to the longitudinal extension direction of the rod 50.
- a wedge can be inserted through this slotted hole, and by driving in the wedge, the rod 50 is pushed to the top left into Fig.1 pulled.
- an inclined surface guide 84 is provided in the area of the apex 10.
- the inclined surface guide 84 has a component 86 which is attached to the outside 29 of the second arm 6 in the apex-side end area of the second arm 6, a Fig.3 from top left to bottom right, first inclined surface 88.
- the first arm 4 has a second inclined surface 90, which lies flat against the first inclined surface 88 and also in Fig.3 from top left to bottom right.
- Each of the two inclined surfaces 88 and 90 sets To be precise, it consists of two partial inclined surfaces, namely one partial inclined surface on each of the upper wall and the lower wall of the component 86 or the first arm 4.
- the railing bracket 12 is attached to the second arm 6 a little way away from the apex 10. Furthermore, the second arm 6 has no further projection 56.
- the first projection 34 is welded to the free end 30 of the first arm 4, as is the second projection 36 to the free end 32 of the second arm 6.
- the design of the two projections 34 and 36 with first area 40, second area 42, rounded edge surface 44 and rear gripping function of the projections 34 and 36 is the same as in the embodiment of the Fig.1 .
- the threaded rod 50 is not directly connected to the first projection 34, but is attached to the inside of the first arm 4.
- the first arm 4 together with the first projection 34 is moved in the direction of the apex 10 or in the direction of the second arm 6.
- inclined surface guide 84 is normally located behind a gripping component 91, which in Fig.2 is shown.
- the gripping component 91 is welded to both the second arm 6 and the component 86; it protects the inclined surface guide 84, guides the first arm 4 during its longitudinal movement and creates a rigid connection between the first arm 4 and the second arm 6.
- a wedge mechanism is provided as the movement mechanism.
- a wedge 94 passes through a pair of elongated holes 96 provided in the two vertical walls 26 and 27 of the first arm 4.
- an inclined surface guide 92 is provided, this time between the apex-side front end of the second arm 6 and a region of the first arm 4 that is located in the area of the apex 10.
- the first inclined surface 100 of the inclined surface guide 92 on the second arm 6 and the second inclined surface 102 of the inclined surface guide 92 on the first arm 4 both run essentially from left to right in Fig.5
- each of the inclined surfaces 100 and 102 is composed, precisely speaking, of two partial inclined surfaces, as in the embodiment of the Fig. 2 and 3 .
- the wedge 94 has a first edge 104 which rests on the outer side 29 of the second arm 6 for part of its length.
- the wedge 94 also has a second edge 106 which runs obliquely relative to the first edge and which cooperates with the left-front end of the pair of elongated holes 96.
- the embodiment of the Fig. 4 and 5 has a gripping component 108, which in this case is U-shaped.
- the gripping component 108 is welded to the first arm 4, protects the inclined surface guide 92, provides a guide for the first Arm 4 in its combined longitudinal and transverse movement and provides a rigid connection allowing relative movement between the first arm 4 and the second arm 6.
- brackets 2 of the two embodiments are designed identically.
- Fig.8 is drawn what a railing 110 looks like, which is attached by means of brackets 2 according to the invention to an edge 114 of a ceiling formwork 112 that goes around a 90° corner 120.
- the corner area of the ceiling formwork 112 shown has ten ceiling formwork panels 60, each of which has a plan view size of 2 m ⁇ 1 m, for example.
- Fig.8 From the top left to the bottom right part 116 of the edge 114 of the ceiling formwork 112, one can see the outer sides of five transverse edge beams 66 of five panels 60. From the bottom left to the top right part 118 of the edge 114 of the ceiling formwork 112, one can see two longitudinal edge beams 64 of two panels 60.
- a first bracket 2 is attached in the manner described in connection with Fig.1 described.
- further brackets 2 are attached to panels 60 at a distance of two panel widths from each other.
- further brackets 2 are also attached to panels 60 at a distance of one panel length from each other. It can be seen that - except at the ceiling formwork corner 120 - the brackets 2 each have one of the two arms 4 and 6 on the outside of the relevant ceiling formwork edge 114, but with the other arm go into the space between two adjacent panels 60, specifically into the space between the webs 78 of two adjacent longitudinal edge beams 64 or two adjacent transverse edge beams 66.
- brackets 2 In Fig.8 are to be used as brackets 2 of the construction according to Fig. 4 and 5 Alternatively, brackets 2 can be used according to the design of the Fig.1 or according to the design of the Fig. 2, 3 be used.
- the drawn part of the railing 110 has four sections, one between each of two adjacent brackets 2 or railing posts 62.
- four safety elements with longitudinal extension are held one above the other on the railing brackets 12 or railing posts 62, whereby each of the safety elements, except for one section adjacent to the ceiling formwork corner 120, is held at its end areas on two adjacent railing brackets 12 or railing posts 62.
- angle brackets 122 see Fig. 6 and 7 ) available.
- a toe board 124 is provided at the very bottom of each section of the railing 110, a railing beam 126 at the very top and two intermediate beams 128, 130 one above the other in between.
