Claims (20)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour commander à distance une grue montée sur un camion et pour déplacer ledit camion, comprenant :
    - un panneau de commande (3) comprenant une pluralité d'organes de commande (5) aptes à être commandés par un opérateur pour commander les mouvements de la grue (100) ;
    - une unité de commande de dispositif fonctionnellement connectée au panneau de commande (3), configurée pour générer des messages de commande de mouvements de grue sur la base de commandes données par l'opérateur aux organes de commande (5) ;
    - une unité de transmission connectée fonctionnellement à l'unité de commande de dispositif et configurée pour transmettre à une unité de commande de grue lesdits messages de commande de mouvements de grue,
    caractérisé en ce que :
    - les organes de commande (5) du panneau de commande (3) sont en outre aptes à être commandés par l'opérateur pour commander des mouvements du camion (200) ;
    l'unité de commande de dispositif est en outre configurée pour générer des messages de commande de mouvements de camion sur la base de commandes données par l'opérateur aux organes de commande (5) ;
    l'unité de transmission est en outre configurée pour transmettre à l'unité de commande de grue lesdits messages de commande de mouvements de camion.
  2. Dispositif (1) de commande à distance selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite unité de commande de dispositif est configurée pour que le dispositif (1) de commande à distance fonctionne alternativement en mode de commande de grue ou en mode de commande de camion, ledit panneau de commande (3) comprenant un élément de sélection permettant à l'opérateur de passer d'un mode de commande à l'autre.
  3. Dispositif (1) de commande à distance selon la revendication 2, dans lequel au moins certains desdits organes de commande (5) sont aptes à être commandés pour commander les mouvements de la grue (100) ou des mouvements du camion (200) selon le mode de commande sélectionné.
  4. Dispositif (1) de commande à distance selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les mouvements aptes à être commandés dudit camion (200) comprennent un ou plusieurs parmi : accélération, freinage, direction à gauche, direction à droite.
  5. Dispositif (1) de commande à distance selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite unité de commande de dispositif est configurée pour commander la force desdits mouvements du camion en fonction de l'entité d'une action d'un opérateur sur lesdits organes de commande (5).
  6. Dispositif (1) de commande à distance selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite unité de commande de dispositif est en outre configurée pour générer d'autres messages de commande du camion en plus des messages de commande de mouvements de camion et pour les transmettre à l'unité de transmission afin que cette dernière les transmette à l'unité de commande de grue, lesdits messages de commande supplémentaires comprenant un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants : allumer/éteindre le moteur du camion, allumer/éteindre les phares du camion, engager le frein d'urgence du camion, sélectionner une vitesse du camion.
  7. Dispositif (1) de commande à distance selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre un écran (4) adapté pour afficher des informations opérationnelles relatives à la grue et au camion.
  8. Dispositif (1) de commande à distance selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel ledit écran (4) est du type tactile et comprend des touches virtuelles actionnables manuellement en agissant sur l'écran lui-même, au moins certains desdits organes de commande et/ou ledit élément de sélection du dispositif de commande à distance sont mis en oeuvre par lesdites touches virtuelles.
  9. Dispositif (1) de commande à distance selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite unité de commande de dispositif est configurée pour recevoir, par l'unité de transmission, des données provenant de l'unité de commande de grue relatives à la grue elle-même et/ou des données relatives au camion, fournies par l'unité de commande de camion à l'unité de commande de grue.
  10. Dispositif (1) de commande à distance selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite unité de transmission est configurée pour établir une communication entre le dispositif (1) et l'unité de commande de grue par l'intermédiaire de signaux radio.
  11. Système comprenant :
    - un dispositif (1) de commande à distance selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes ;
    - une grue (100) comprenant une unité de commande de grue, montée sur ledit camion (200) ;
    - un camion (200) comprenant une unité de commande de camion,
    ladite unité de commande de grue est configurée pour actionner des mouvements de grue sur la base desdits messages de commande de mouvements de grue, et pour transmettre à l'unité de commande de camion lesdits messages de commande de mouvements de camion,
    ladite unité de commande de camion étant configurée pour déplacer ledit camion sur la base des messages de commande de mouvements de camion transmis par l'unité de commande de grue.
  12. Système selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel ladite unité de commande de grue est configurée pour transmettre à l'unité de transmission du dispositif (1) de commande à distance des données relatives à la grue et/ou des données relatives au camion, fournies par l'unité de commande de camion.
  13. Système selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel ladite unité de commande de grue est configurée pour empêcher les commandes de mouvement du camion si l'unité de commande de camion transmet à l'unité de commande de grue des données opérationnelles prédéfinies relatives au camion.
  14. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 13, dans lequel ladite unité de commande de grue est configurée de telle sorte que, après qu'un opérateur ait terminé une commande d'accélération du camion par le panneau de commande du dispositif (1) de commande à distance, le camion est commandé de façon à décélérer progressivement.
  15. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 14, dans lequel l'unité de commande de grue est configurée de telle sorte que, après que l'opérateur ait terminé la commande d'accélération du camion et/ou après la fourniture d'une instruction de freinage en provenance de l'opérateur, par le panneau de commande du dispositif (1) de commande de grue, le camion est commandé de façon à rester freiné jusqu'à ce qu'une nouvelle instruction d'accélération du camion soit fournie.
  16. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 11 à 15, comprenant en outre un dispositif d'interface (300) reliant fonctionnellement les unités de commande de grue et de camion (100, 200).
  17. Système selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel ledit dispositif d'interface (300) est configuré pour décoder dans un langage compatible avec l'unité de commande de grue les données issues de l'unité de commande de camion, et vice versa.
  18. Système selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel le dispositif d'interface (300) est configuré pour déterminer automatiquement le type de camion et décoder dans un langage compatible avec l'unité de commande de grue les données issues de l'unité de commande de camion, et vice versa.
  19. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 18, dans lequel le dispositif d'interface (300) est configuré pour filtrer les données provenant de l'unité de commande de camion et dirigées vers l'unité de commande de grue.
  20. Procédé de déplacement d'un camion (200) sur lequel est montée une grue (100) apte à être commandée par un dispositif (1) de commande à distance, ledit procédé comprenant :
    - le fait d'actionner un ou plusieurs organes de commande (5) d'un panneau de commande (3) dudit dispositif (1) de commande à distance de grue ;
    - le fait de générer dans une unité de commande d'un dispositif (1) de commande à distance des messages de commande de mouvements de camion sur la base desdits actionnements du ou des organes de commande (5) ;
    - le fait de transmettre, par une unité de transmission du dispositif (1) de commande à distance, à une unité de commande de grue lesdits messages de commande de mouvements de camion ;
    - le fait de transmettre par ladite unité de commande de grue à une unité de commande de camion lesdits messages de commande de mouvements de camion ;
    - le fait de déplacer ledit camion sur la base des messages de commande de mouvements de camion transmis par l'unité de commande de grue.
