Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Türbetätiger einer Tür, insbesondere einer Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztür, sowie ein Verfahren zur kraftunterstützten Bewegung einer Tür. Türbetätiger für eine Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztür sind bekannt. Beide Ausgestaltungen von Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztüren müssen bei Detektion einer Feuer- und/oder Rauchsituation durch eine Notfallsensorvorrichtung, eine Schließbewegung auslösen, um die Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutzwirkung der Tür zu ermöglichen. Nachteilig bei bekannten Lösungen eines Türbetätigers einer Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztür ist, dass eine zeitlich nachfolgende Öffnungsbewegung der Tür, nach der Schließbewegung der Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztür, verhindert, erschwert oder zumindest nicht kraftunterstützt ermöglicht wird. Gemäß einem ersten Aspekt der Erfindung wird die Aufgabe gelöst durch ein Verfahren zur kraftunterstützten Bewegung einer Tür, insbesondere einer Feuer- und/oder Rauchschutztür, aufweisend einen Türbetätiger für eine kraftunterstützte Bewegung der Tür zwischen einer Schließposition und einer Öffnungsposition. Der Türbetätiger weist eine Signalempfangseinheit auf. Das Verfahren ist durch die nachfolgenden Schritte gekennzeichnet:

  1. a) Empfang eines Alarmsignals durch die Signalempfangseinheit,
  2. b) kraftunterstützte Öffnungsbewegung der Tür in die Öffnungsposition durch den Türbetätiger aufgrund eines Empfangs eines Öffnungssignals durch die Signalempfangseinheit,
  3. c) kraftunterstützte Schließbewegung der Tür in die Schließposition, nach der kraftunterstützten Öffnungsbewegung durch den Türbetätiger.

Durch den Empfang des Alarmsignals 22 erfolgt eine kraftunterstützte Schließbewegung der Tür 100 (nicht gezeigt) in die Schließposition SP (nicht gezeigt) durch den Türbetätiger 10 mittels der Schließ-Energiespeichervorrichtung 30. Für das Passieren einer Person durch die Tür 100 (nicht gezeigt) kann beispielsweise mittels einer Öffnungssignalerzeugungsvorrichtung 60 ein Öffnungssignal 24 erzeugt werden und somit eine kraftunterstützte Öffnungsbewegung der Tür 100 (nicht gezeigt) in die Öffnungsposition OP (nicht gezeigt) durch den Türbetätiger 10 mittels der Öffnungs-Energiespeichervorrichtung 32 oder der USV aufgrund eines Empfangs des Öffnungssignals 24 durch die Signalempfangseinheit 20 ermöglichen. Anschließend erfolgt eine kraftunterstützte Schließbewegung der Tür 100 in die Schließposition SP (nicht gezeigt) durch den Türbetätiger 10, mittels der Schließ-Energiespeichervorrichtung 30 aufgrund eines definierten Parameters 28. Ebenfalls möglich ist die Erzeugung eines Schließsignals 26 durch Betätigung der Öffnungssignalerzeugungsvorrichtung 60, sodass mittels der Schließ-Energiespeichervorrichtung 30 des Türbetätigers 10 eine möglichst frühe Schließbewegung der Tür 100 (nicht gezeigt) ermöglicht wird. Claims (15)

  1. A method for power-assisted movement of a door (100) having a door actuator (10) for power-assisted movement of the door (100) between a closed position (SP) and an open position (OP), the door actuator (10) having a signal receiving unit (20) and an electronic controller (80), wherein a power-assisted opening movement of the door (100) is carried out by means of a motor, in particular an electric motor, of the door actuator (10) and wherein the power-assisted closing movement of the door (100) is carried out by a closing energy storage device (30), in particular by a spring, and wherein the method is characterized by the following steps, which are carried out in the order listed:
    a) receipt of an alarm signal (22) by the signal receiving unit (20) and causing the electronic controller (80) to switch from normal operation to emergency operation,
    b) power-assisted opening movement of the door (100) into the open position (OP) by the door actuator (10) based on receipt of an opening signal (24) by the signal receiving unit (20), wherein, during the power-assisted opening movement, a motor of the door actuator (10) within a defined envelope curve compensates for the force of the spring of the closing energy storage device (30), wherein the envelope curve results from application of the force of the spring over the opening time or the opening angle, in particular wherein the envelope curve deviates by +/- 30%, preferably by +/-20%, particularly preferably by +/-10% from the force of the spring, and
    c) power-assisted closing movement of the door (100) into the closed position (SP) after the power-assisted opening movement by the door actuator (10).
  2. The method according to claim 1,
    characterized
    in that the power-assisted closing movement of the door (100) into the closed position (SP) takes place after the power-assisted opening movement by the door actuator (10) based on a defined parameter (28), wherein the defined parameter (28) for the power-assisted automatic closing movement of the door (100) into the closed position (SP) by the door actuator (10) comprises at least one of the following measured variables:
    - duration,
    - ambient temperature,
    - air quality.
  3. The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized
    in that the power-assisted closing movement of the door (100) into the closed position (SP) after the power-assisted opening movement by the door actuator (10) always takes place after a defined duration at the latest.
  4. The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized
    in that after the power-assisted opening movement of the door (100) into the open position (OP), the method further comprises:
    - power-assisted closing movement of the door (100) after a defined duration, wherein due to the receipt of a closing signal (26), in particular a temperature signal and/or an air quality signal, the defined duration is shortened by the electronic controller (80).
  5. The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized
    in that the door actuator (10) comprises a hold-open device (12), wherein the hold-open device (12) is designed to hold open the door (100) in the open position (OP) and wherein the method comprises the following steps between steps a) and b):
    - deactivating the door (100) being held open by the hold-open device (12) based on the receipt of the alarm signal (22) by the signal receiving unit (20),
    - power-assisted closing movement of the door (100) into the closed position (SP) by the door actuator (10) based on receipt of the alarm signal (22) by the signal receiving unit (20).
  6. The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the door actuator (10) comprises at least one energy storage device (30, 32), in particular a closing energy storage device (30) and/or an opening energy storage device (32), for carrying out steps b) and/or c), wherein the energy storage device (30, 32) is designed to store mechanical energy, in particular spring energy, and/or electrical energy, in particular wherein the method steps b) and/or c) are carried out without an external electrical energy supply, in particular mains energy supply.
  7. The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized
    in that the power-assisted opening movement of the door (100) has a kinetic energy of maximum 1.69 J.
  8. The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized

The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the electronic controller (80) initiates the power-assisted opening movement based on a change in the opening signal (24) of the opening signal generating device (60), wherein the electronic controller (80) in particular detects the change in the signal.

The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the door actuator (10) comprises a position sensor (90), wherein, in a first mode of the door actuator (10) based on a change in the door position detected by the position sensor (90) from the closed position (SP), a power-assisted opening movement is omitted and, in a second mode of the door actuator (10) based on a change in the door position detected by the position sensor (90) from the closed position (SP), a power-assisted opening movement is initiated, wherein, based on the receipt of the alarm signal (22) in step a), a change takes place from the first mode to the second mode.
  11. The method according to one of the preceding claims, characterized
    in that the door actuator (10) has a locking device (50) for locking the door (100) in the closed position (SP), wherein, after the closing movements, the method further comprises:
    - locking of the door (100) in the closed position (SP) by the locking device (50), in particular wherein the electronic controller (80) of the door actuator (10), after receiving the opening signal (24), sends a signal to the locking device (50) to cancel the locking.
