Claims (11)

  1. Vaisselle, en particulier assiette ou bol, à usage unique, comprenant une face supérieure qui, lors de l'utilisation, est tournée vers le consommateur et entre en contact avec les aliments, comprenant une couche de support (2) en carton, une couche de protection (4) en papier sur la face supérieure (3) et une couche de couleur (5) imprimée au moins dans certaines parties entre la couche de support (2) et la couche de protection (4) sur la couche de protection (4), caractérisée en ce que la couche de protection (4) est un papier transparent fabriqué à partir de cellulose finement broyée, et en ce que la couche de protection (4) présente une épaisseur allant de 20 µm à 40 µm, un grammage supérieur à 20 g/m2, une valeur de transparence allant de 0,60 à 0,90, une absorption d'eau avec une valeur COBB ≤ 35 g/m2 et une résistance aux graisses avec une valeur TAPPI ≥ 25 sec.
  2. Vaisselle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la couche de support (2) présente une épaisseur allant de 0,3 mm à 0,6 mm, de préférence de 0,4 mm à 0,5 mm, et/ou en ce que la couche de support (2) présente un grammage allant de 190 g/m2 à 350 g/m2, de préférence de 250 g/m2 à 300 g/m2, en particulier d'environ 265 g/m2.
  3. Vaisselle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la couche de protection (4) présente une épaisseur allant de 24 µm à 30 µm, en particulier d'environ 27 µm, et/ou en ce que la couche de protection (4) présente un grammage allant de 25 g/m2 à 60 g/m2, particulièrement préféré de 30,0 g/m2 à 40,0 g/m2, en particulier d'environ 35 g/m2.
  4. Vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la couche de protection (4) présente une valeur de transparence allant de 0,80 à 0,86, en particulier d'environ 0,82.
  5. Vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la couche de protection (4) présente une absorption d'eau avec une valeur COBB allant de 20 g/m2 à 35 g/m2, particulièrement préféré de 26 g/m2 à 30 g/m2, en 30 secondes.
  6. Vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la couche de protection (4) présente une résistance aux graisses avec une valeur TAPPI ≥ 30 secondes.
  7. Vaisselle selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la couche de protection (4) est exempte d'agents conférant une résistance à l'humidité.
  8. Vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la couche de protection (4) contient ≤ 5 %, en particulier ≤ 3 %, particulièrement préféré ≤ 1 %, de polymères, et en ce que les polymères sont répartis uniformément dans le matériau de la couche (4).
  9. Vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la couche de protection (4) est collée sur la couche de support (2) au moyen d'une colle en dispersion à base d'eau.
  10. Vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la couche de couleur (5) est appliquée sur la face de la couche de protection qui est tournée vers la couche de support (2).
  11. Vaisselle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est biodégradable, en particulier compostable, par le fait qu'aussi bien le carton que la couche de protection (4) sont constitués de matériaux biodégradables, en particulier compostables.
