Claims (6)
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (100) comportant un compartiment destiné à la conservation de produits à réfrigérer ou à congeler, qui est fermé au moyen d'une porte (10), la porte (10) étant une porte battante, qui, dans une configuration inchangée, peut être ouverte en la faisant pivoter au choix aussi bien vers la droite que vers la gauche, la porte (10) présentant à gauche et à droite respectivement des tiges de poussée (40), desquelles une extrémité, de préférence l'extrémité supérieure (41), est enfichée dans un logement (20) de l'appareil dans une position initiale des tiges de poussée (40), et qui forment des axes pour l'ouverture de la porte battante vers la gauche ou vers la droite, les tiges de poussée (40) étant montées déplaçables verticalement dans la porte (10), de telle sorte qu'elles peuvent être guidées hors du logement (20) dans la direction verticale pour adopter une position activée, les tiges de poussée (40) étant précontraintes contre un mouvement hors des logements (20) respectifs et hors de supports de palier (30) respectifs, de préférence au moyen d'un ressort mécanique disposé sur la porte (10), des moyens d'encliquetage correspondants étant réalisés sur la tige de poussée (40) et sur la porte (10), qui, dans la position activée de la tige de poussée (40), entrent en liaison par encliquetage et empêchent un retour de la tige de poussée (40) dans sa position initiale, et dans lequel un élément structural par tige de poussée est respectivement disposé sur l'appareil, de préférence sur les supports de palier (30), ledit élément structural étant conçu pour libérer la liaison par encliquetage lors de la fermeture de la porte (10), les moyens d'encliquetage de la porte (10) étant respectivement disposés sur un élément formant ressort (46) avec une première rampe (47) et en ce qu'une seconde rampe (34), allant dans le sens opposé à la première rampe, est respectivement disposée sur les supports de palier (30), les deux rampes (47, 34) opposées étant conçues de telle manière que, pendant la dernière phase du mouvement de fermeture de la porte (10), l'élément formant ressort (46) est courbé contre la force de rappel inhérente à celui-ci de telle sorte que le moyen d'encliquetage de la tige de poussée (40) est libéré du moyen d'encliquetage de la porte (10) et la tige de poussée (40) est libérée pour effectuer un mouvement vertical pour un retour dans la position initiale, les autres extrémités, de préférence les extrémités inférieures des tiges de poussée (40), étant respectivement enfichées dans un support de palier (30) de l'appareil, hors duquel elles peuvent être guidées par un mouvement vertical dans la même direction.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (100) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la porte (10) présente deux poignées (50) qui sont de préférence disposées l'une à côté de l'autre et/ou sur la face inférieure de la porte (10), et qui sont respectivement reliées à une des tiges de poussée (40) de telle manière que, lors d'un actionnement de la poignée (50), la tige de poussée (40) respective est guidée dans la direction verticale hors du logement (20) respectif et de préférence également hors du support de palier (30) respectif.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (100) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les tiges de poussée (40) présentent respectivement un organe d'entraînement qui est en liaison avec un contour d'entraînement sur la poignée (50) respective pour coupler un mouvement de la poignée (50) avec un déplacement vertical de la tige de poussée (40).
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil présente un premier compartiment, de préférence un espace de réfrigération, et un second compartiment, de préférence un compartiment congélateur, disposé à l'intérieur du premier compartiment, la porte (10) fermant le second compartiment par rapport au premier compartiment.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (100) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le ou les supports de palier (30) sont fixés de préférence sur le contenant intérieur par une ou plusieurs contre-dépouilles, sans pièce supplémentaire, en particulier sans vissage.
- Appareil de réfrigération et/ou de congélation (100) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le palier de la porte n'est pas visible dans une vue de face, c'est-à-dire pour un observateur se tenant devant l'appareil.
