Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de production de substances gélifiées, dans lequel le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :
    - fourniture d'un prémélange sur une ligne de production en lots (2), le prémélange contenant au moins de l'eau, de la glycérine et des tensioactifs, et
    - mélange d'additifs (10, 13) permettant le prémélange sur une ligne de remplissage (3) suivant la ligne de production en lots (2), les additifs (10, 13) comprenant au moins des matières odorantes.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1,
    dans lequel un premier mélange initial (4) contenant de l'eau, de la glycérine et des tensioactifs non ioniques liquides et un second mélange initial (6) contenant au moins des éthoxylates d'alcool gras sont fournis pour fournir le prémélange, et les deux mélanges initiaux (4, 6) sont mélangés dans un mélangeur (7) de la ligne de production en lots (2).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    dans lequel le prémélange est fourni à une température d'au moins 60 °C sur la ligne de production en lots (2).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    dans lequel le prémélange est fourni à une température d'au moins 75 °C sur la ligne de production en lots (2).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    dans lequel les additifs (10, 13) sont mélangés à des températures d'au plus 40 °C sur la ligne de remplissage (3).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    dans lequel les additifs (10, 13) sont mélangés à température ambiante sur la ligne de remplissage (3).
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    dans lequel, en plus des matières odorantes sur la ligne de remplissage (3), au moins un colorant est également ajouté au mélange.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    dans lequel le prémélange est divisé en au moins deux parties après la ligne de production en lots (2), lesquelles parties sont post-traitées sur différentes lignes de remplissage (3), d'autres additifs (10, 13) étant ajoutés à une première partie du prémélange par rapport à une seconde partie.
