Ferner betrifft die Erfindung auch einen Containertragwagen, der eine oder mehrere Vorrichtungen zum Holztransport gemäss vorliegender Erfindung umfasst. Diese Spezial-Güterwagen sind jedoch teuer herzustellen, sehr aufwendig zu warten, schadenanfällig, unflexibel im Einsatz für andere Transporte und stellen darum eine riskante Investition dar, welche vor allem die Staatsbahnen heute nicht mehr verantworten können. Die grosse Mehrheit dieser speziell entwickelten Güterwagen ist nun in die Jahre gekommen und kann ohne teure Revisionen nicht mehr zugelassen, bzw. eingesetzt werden. Nach etlichen Verschrottungen seitens der Staatsbahnen sind funktionstüchtige Güterwagen für den Holztransport heute zur Mangelware geworden.The transport of wood by rail is very demanding due to its nature. Der Erfinder hat erkannt, dass die Problematik der heutigen Bahnlogistik besser gelöst werden kann, wenn die Lösung auf einer einfach rückbaufähigen, modularen Ausrüstung basiert. Darüber hinaus ist es auch gewünscht, dass die Umrüstungslösung multifunktional aufgebaut ist. Dies würde ermöglichen, dass auf der gleichen Wageneinheit neben Rundholz auch genormte Container transportiert werden können. Eine solche modulare und multifunktionale Lösung wäre vor allem für Bahnunternehmen sehr wünschenswert, da diese damit heute getrennt laufende Transporte kombinieren könnten und sodann viele Leerfahrten vermeiden könnten. Eine modulare und multifunktionale Lösung würde daher zur Erhöhung der Wirtschaftlichkeit der Schienentransporte entscheidend beitragen.In recent years, some solutions for converting container wagons have already been proposed. Solche Vorrichtungen umfassen herkömmlicherweise einen Zurrgurt (im folgenden Gurt genannt) mit einem Triangel an einem Ende, eine Spannvorrichtung sowie einen oder mehrere Haken. Diese Vorrichtungen sind derart konzipiert, dass der Gurt mit einem Triangel in den am Güterwagen befestigten Haken eingehängt wird und der Gurt anschliessend mit dem jeweiligen Spannsystem gespannt wird. Häufig sind Spannsysteme separate Einheiten, die teuer und umständlich zu benützen sind. Diese Niederbindung von Rundholz ist technisch kritisch, da Stösse und Vibrationen beim Bahntransport dazu führen, dass sich die Ladung setzt und somit die Zurrvorrichtung an Spannung verliert. Bei den bekannten Vorrichtungen kann es dann passieren, dass der Triangel aus dem Haken rausspringen kann, wodurch der Gurt während der Fahrt durch den Fahrtwind unkontrolliert herumschlagen kann, was ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellt. Es gibt daher ein Bedürfnis nach einer technisch besseren Vorrichtung zur Sicherung des zu transportierenden Holzes einerseits, und zur festen Verbindung Triangel-Haken andererseits, welche die Sicherheit und Bedienbarkeit optimieren.In addition, known devices for securing the wood to be transported on freight wagons are also not sufficiently developed. Ziel der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es daher, eine Vorrichtung zum Holztransport auf Containertragwagen bereitzustellen, welche ein maximal mögliches Ladevolumen, ein niedriges Eigengewicht und die erforderliche Sicherheit ermöglicht. Dank der vorliegenden Erfindung können existierende Containertragwagen für den Zweck des Holztransports umgerüstet werden und es müssen keine neuen Spezial-Güterwagen hergestellt werden. Da die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung zum Holztransport einfach auf einen Containertragwagen aufgesetzt und von diesem wieder entfernet werden kann, bezeichnet man die Erfindung als modular. Der Containertragwagen kann nach dem Entfernen der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtungen, oder Module, wiederum für den Zweck des Transports von normalen Containern benutzt werden. Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung ist ferner eine multifunktionale Lösung und ermöglicht den gleichzeitigen Transport von Holz und von Containern, insbesondere normalen ISO-Containern, auf dem gleichen Containerwagen. Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung umfasst ferner alle nötigen Mittel zur Sicherung des zu transportierenden Holzes. Besonders verbreitet sind sogenannte Sgns-Wagen, die eine gesamte Ladelänge von 60 Fuss aufweisen. Damit die Vorrichtung 1 an so vielen wie möglichen Containertragwagen aufgesetzt werden kann, die eine gesamte Ladelänge eines Vielfaches von 20 Fuss aufweisen, ist die Länge L2 der Vorrichtung 1 vorzugsweise 20 Fuss. Die Länge der Vorrichtung kann auch 30-Fuss betragen, was das Aufsetzen von zwei 30-Fuss Vorrichtungen auf einen 60-Fuss Containertragwagen ermöglicht.
