Claims (12)
- Appareillage de commutation (1) comprenant au moins un premier contact (2) et un second contact (3) permettant de former un trajet conducteur électrique à travers l'appareillage de commutation (1), l'appareillage de commutation (1) comprenant une première électrode de fonctionnement d'arc (4), laquelle première électrode de fonctionnement d'arc (4) est connectée au premier contact (2), au moins lorsque les contacts (2, 3) sont positionnés dans un état séparé, l'appareillage de commutation (1) comprenant une seconde électrode de fonctionnement d'arc (5), laquelle seconde électrode de fonctionnement d'arc (5) est connectée au second contact (3), au moins lorsque les contacts (2, 3) sont positionnés dans un état séparé, un dispositif d'extinction d'arc (6) de l'appareillage de commutation (1) étant disposé au moins partiellement en un espace entre la première électrode de fonctionnement d'arc (4) et la seconde électrode de fonctionnement d'arc (5), le dispositif d'extinction d'arc (6) comprenant une entrée d'arc (7) et au moins une sortie de gaz (8), au moins une première paroi latérale (11) et une seconde paroi latérale (12) s'étendant chacune entre les première et seconde électrodes de fonctionnement d'arc, grâce à quoi le dispositif d'extinction d'arc (6) comprend au moins une barrière d'arc non conductrice fixe (9),
caractérisé par ladite barrière d'arc (9) s'étendant de la première paroi latérale (11) à la seconde paroi latérale (12) le long de son axe longitudinal, laquelle barrière d'arc (9) est intégrée et positionnée à travers un trajet de déplacement d'arc (10) de l'entrée d'arc (7) à la sortie de gaz (8). - Appareillage de commutation (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une barrière d'arc (9) est disposée sensiblement et perpendiculairement à la première paroi latérale (11) et/ou à la seconde paroi latérale (12).
- Appareillage de commutation (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une barrière d'arc (9) est disposée sensiblement et parallèlement à la première électrode de fonctionnement d'arc (4) et/ou à la seconde électrode de fonctionnement d'arc (5).
- Appareillage de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'appareillage de commutation (1) comprend un boîtier moulé (13) et en ce que l'au moins une barrière d'arc (9) est formée intégralement avec au moins une partie du boîtier moulé (13).
- Appareillage de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins une barrière d'arc (9) est disposée devant l'au moins une sortie de gaz (8).
- Appareillage de commutation (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'une pluralité de barrières d'arc non conductrices (9) sont intégrées et disposées dans le dispositif d'extinction d'arc (6) de telle sorte que - dans une vue depuis l'entrée de l'arc (7) - au moins 70 % de la zone d'ouverture de l'au moins une sortie de gaz (8) est recouverte par les barrières d'arc (9).
- Appareillage de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'entrée d'arc (7) est - au moins partiellement - formée comme une buse (14).
- Appareillage de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extinction d'arc (6) ne comprend que des parties non conductrices, de préférence en matière plastique, notamment en matière plastique pouvant être partiellement vaporisée par un arc.
- Appareillage de commutation (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'extinction d'arc (6) comprend au moins un élément conducteur (15).
- Appareillage de commutation (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément conducteur (15) est intégré comme plaque de séparation d'arc (16), qui est de préférence disposée sensiblement et parallèlement à la première électrode de fonctionnement d'arc (4) et/ou la seconde électrode de fonctionnement d'arc (5).
- Appareillage de commutation (1) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément conducteur (15) est intégré comme obstacle conducteur (17), lequel est intégré et positionné de manière à traverser le trajet de déplacement de l'arc (10) à partir de l'entrée de l'arc (7) vers la sortie de gaz (8).
- Appareillage de commutation (1) selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un obstacle conducteur (17) est disposé sensiblement et parallèlement à l'au moins une barrière d'arc non conductrice (9).
