- compositions were also subjected to stability studies to verify that they showed stable enzymatic activity after a prolonged period of time. To this end, the initial activity of the enzymes and their activity after three weeks at 20° C were measured and it was found that the enzymatic activity was acceptable.
- Formulations were tested using a MIELE Professional - PW 6055 Plus washing machine, in a white/colour program, without pre-washing, at 40° C, and using water with a hardness of 25° HF. It was used a dose of 62.5 g of detergent. The washing machine was filled with 3 kg of clothes 100% cotton, and 32 g of soiled clothes were introduced in each washing. Washings were replicated twice.
- sophorolipid improved the washing performance of bleachable and enzymatic stains for laundry detergent compositions comprising LES and non-ionic surfactant.
