Description

The present invention relates to the field of swimming pools, installed above ground or buried, and in particular swimming pools with a movable bottom. The invention relates more particularly to a swimming pool with a movable bottom and an overflow.

We know first of all from the state of the art infinity pools, which are appreciated for their aesthetics and which are characterized by one or more sides of the pool provided overflowing under the action of a pump system: in in such a swimming pool, the water level is thus substantially constant whatever the bathing conditions (such as the number of bathers, the volume of overflowing water) or external conditions such as bad weather.

Such swimming pools thus require, and compared to a non-overflowing swimming pool, a water recirculation circuit which comprises one or more secondary reservoirs (distinct from the overflow bathing volume). The function of this or these secondary reservoirs is to collect the overflow water, and to serve as a buffer when the volume of water in the swimming pool varies, for example due to the presence of a bather in the bathing volume of the swimming pool in overflow, or due to additional water such as rainwater. The recirculation circuit ensures a water flow which keeps the water level of the swimming pool constant, continuously overflowing.

According to the findings of the inventor, such infinity pools thus have the first drawback of requiring a large construction space, not only because of the main construction, namely the reservoir defining the overflow bathing volume, but also in because of the secondary reservoirs, with a buffer function, which occupy additional space in this construction.

Due to the continuous overflow of the swimming pool which promotes heat exchange and evaporation, infinity pools still have the major drawback of cooling the pool water, which often requires the addition of a heating system. for example with heat pump and increases operating costs.

Swimming pools are also known with a movable floor, for example in order to improve safety for young children by making it possible to adjust the depth. of the basin. The mobile platform also allows, when the pool is not in use, to be able to use the surface of the platform as a floor.

Thus, in the state of the art, there exist different types of movable pool floor making it possible to vary the depth of the pool basin, or even to use the movable floor as a flat floor surface.

Generally, the movable bottom is in the form of a platform which can go from a low, submerged position, in which the movable bottom constitutes the bottom of the swimming pool, to a high position, in the open air, in which the movable bottom forms a floor.

Such a movable bottom swimming pool is known from the document WO 2011/077377 . According to a first embodiment of this document, illustrated on figure 2 , the platform comprises a platform intended to be stepped on and an on-board ballast intended to be filled with water or air depending on the position that is to be given to the mobile floor. By changing the buoyancy of the platform, it is possible to activate the platform when descending or ascending. Other modes of actuation of the platform are known from other prior art, such as, for example, jacks, or even cable and pulley systems.

Under the action of the platform, the water moves on either side of said platform, from above to below during the ascent, and from below to above during the descent. Due to the impermeability of the platform, it is necessary to leave a large gap between the peripheral edge of the mobile platform and the side walls in order to allow this water circulation. The main drawback of this embodiment is that it leaves a relatively large space between the peripheral edge of the platform and the side walls, which is not acceptable in terms of safety because of the risk of pinching.

There is also a risk of introducing dirt and / or an object through the spaces between the walls of the swimming pool and the platform, the objects then being difficult to recover.

This space is also detrimental when the platform is in the high position, above the surface of the water in that the platform does not allow optimal insulation of the basin from the external environment, the heat escaping through this. space.

According to a second embodiment of this document, illustrated on figure 8 of the document WO 2011/077377 , the platform is permeable, in particular perforated, so as to allow water to circulate through the platform during the ascent and descent.

However, such an embodiment does not allow the swimming pool to be thermally insulated, or even to constitute a screen against evaporation, when the platform is in the high position. This has the consequence on the one hand of increasing the energy consumption allocated for heating and, where appropriate, the energy allocated to dehumidify the environment of the building in which the swimming pool is located.

We still know of the document FR 1350562 of the present applicant a swimming pool with a movable bottom which comprises a water circulation duct, peripheral and external to the bathing volume. This peripheral circuit comprises an upper mouth and a lower mouth communicating with the bathing volume.

During upward platform movements, this circuit allows water to circulate from above to the underside of the platform, the water entering through the upper mouth into the circuit, exiting through the lower mouth, under the action of platform thrust. Conversely, and during a downward movement, the circuit allows the circulation of water from below to the top of the platform, the water entering through the lower mouth into the circuit, exiting through the upper mouth, under the pushing action of the platform.

Such a circuit advantageously makes it possible to use a platform with an impermeable wall, which makes it possible in particular to obtain good thermal insulation performance when the platform is in the high position, above the water, while limiting the size of the peripheral play between the platform and the side walls of the bathing volume, which creates a risk of pinching.

Advantageously, and in such a design of the swimming pool, in the high position, the mobile platform extends the surface of the floor around the swimming pool, providing a perfectly flat floor, advantageously without discontinuity between the surface of the mobile platform then in high position and the surface of the floor peripheral to the swimming pool.

According to the findings of the inventor, a swimming pool with movable bottom platform according to the design of the document FR 1350562 however, is not compatible with an infinity pool design.

According to the tests implemented by the inventor, in a swimming pool as described in the document FR 1350562 for example, when the platform moves up or down, there is a slight increase in the surface water level. FR 3 001 246 shows a swimming pool with a movable bottom according to the preamble of claim 1. WO 2011/030043 shows an infinity pool.

The aim of the present invention is to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks by providing a swimming pool with a movable bottom and overflow which makes it possible, on the one hand, to obtain a successful aesthetic thanks to an overflow water level substantially at floor height around the swimming pool, on the other hand providing good thermal insulation performance in the closed position of the platform which is then substantially level with the floor, and still allowing a flat surface formed by the mobile platform to be obtained then in the raised position and the floor peripheral to the swimming pool, advantageously without the presence of intermediate discontinuity.

Another aim of the present invention is to provide such a swimming pool which minimizes the construction space necessary for the production of an overflow swimming pool, and by comparison with the known state of the art.

Another aim of the present invention is to provide a swimming pool which drastically limits heat loss when not in use.

The invention also relates to a swimming pool 1 with a movable bottom comprising:
  • side walls 2 and a mobile platform 3 defining between it the bathing volume of the swimming pool, the platform being able to pass from at least a low position, submerged, to a position Pf raised in the open air, closing the volume of bathing V,
  • a system for actuating 4, 5 of said mobile platform 3 on ascent or descent,
  • a circulation duct 6, peripheral, disposed at the periphery of the bathing volume and said side walls 2, said circulation duct 6 having a mouth system, upper 60 and a lower mouth system 61 communicating with the bathing volume in such a way to allow, under the action of the mobile platform 3, the water to circulate through said circulation duct 6, on either side of the mobile platform 3, from the upper mouth system 60 to the lower mouth system 61 during the ascent of said mobile platform 3, and from the lower mouth system 61 towards the upper mouth system 60 during the descent of said mobile platform 3.

Plateforme mobile et circulation des eaux via le conduit de circulation lors des mouvements de la plateforme :Mobile platform and water circulation via the circulation pipe during platform movements:

La plateforme mobile 3 en position de fermeture Pf permet avantageusement de constituer un plancher prolongeant le plancher périphérique à la piscine, et comme illustré à titre indicatif à la figure 8.The mobile platform 3 in the closed position Pf advantageously makes it possible to constitute a floor extending the peripheral floor to the swimming pool, and as illustrated by way of indication on figure 8 .

The circulation pipe 6 allowing the circulation of water on either side of the mobile platform during its movements, advantageously allows:
  • to limit the operating clearance between the peripheral edge of the platform and the side walls 2, in particular less than 2 cm, preferably less than 1 cm. Limiting this clearance limits the risk of pinching, and limits the fall of small objects under the platform,
  • to use for the mobile platform, a waterproof platform (to air), or even preferably thermally insulate, and with the objective of drastically limiting the thermal exchanges between the water contained in the swimming pool and the outside when the platform mobile is in the raised and closed Pf position: in other words, and in the raised and closed Pf position, the mobile platform forms a cover closing the bathing volume, limiting heat loss with the external environment.

According to the invention, said swimming pool is an infinity pool comprising:
  • a main tank containing the water from the overflowing bathing volume, receiving said side walls 2, the circulation duct 6 and the mobile platform 3
  • one or more secondary tanks for collecting overflow water, acting as a buffer, called buffer tanks 8,
  • a pump system connecting the buffer tanks 8 and continuously supplying the overflowing bathing volume from the water in the buffer tanks 8.

The buffer tank (s) 8 are separate from the main water tank: they are necessary for the operation of the overflow swimming pool. Their function is to ensure a constant level of water in the main tank operating in overflow, whatever the bathing conditions (for example the number of bathers present in the bathing volume) and / or external conditions (for example example the presence of excess water due to rain).

Still noticeably, said swimming pool comprises a system 7 for collecting water, extending around the periphery of the bathing volume and suitable for collecting overflowing water on the periphery of the bathing volume.

According to the invention and notably, said system 7 for collecting overflowing water is mobile, at least in part, able to pass:
  • a low position P1 for which the water collection system, on the one hand, constitutes an overflow defining the height of the overflow, ensuring the reception of water when the swimming pool operates in overflow (see figure 6 ), the mobile platform 3 then static in at least one lower submerged position, in a first state E1 of said collection system 7 allowing the flow of the water collected towards the buffer tank (s) 8, and on the other hand, constitutes a trampling surface substantially level with the mobile platform then in position Pf raised from the platform and closing the volume bathing, in particular in a second state of said collection system E2 (see figure 8 ),
  • to a high position P2, located above the level of the raised and closed Pf position of the mobile platform 3, high position for which the water collection system 7 constitutes a peripheral anti-overflow barrier B during upward movements or descent of the mobile platform 3, in a third state E3 of said collection system, and constitutes the upper mouth system 60 of the circulation circuit 6 through which the water enters during the ascent of the mobile platform 3 (see figure 7a ), or the water comes out when lowering the mobile platform 3 (see figure 7b ).

L'eau collectée par le système 7 est acheminée vers le ou les réservoirs tampon 8.As shown in figure 6 , in the low position P1 of said collection system 7, and at least in a first state E1 of said collection system, the latter constitutes the overflow which defines the height of the water of the bathing volume which can advantageously be substantially at the height of the floor S peripheral to the swimming pool: a very successful aesthetic infinity pool is obtained with a " mirror " effect, namely a water level, substantially at the height of the floor peripheral to the swimming pool. The water collected by the system 7 is routed to the buffer tank (s) 8.

As shown in figure 8 , and in the low position P1 of said collection system, in particular in a second state E2 of said collection system and when the mobile platform 3 is in the raised and closed position Pf, the trampling surface of the mobile platform 3 extends the floor S peripheral to the swimming pool, as well as the trampling surface of the intermediate collection system 7, or even of an intermediate coping 9, forming an advantageously flat surface, namely without notable height discontinuity on which a user can stumble and fall. In this position, the mobile platform 3 advantageously makes it possible to effectively insulate the swimming pool when not in use and in order to avoid heat loss.

According to the tests implemented by the inventor in such a swimming pool, a slight increase in the water level on the surface is observed during the movements of the platform on ascent or descent: advantageously in said high position P2, the collection system constitutes an anti-overflow barrier which responds to this slight increase in level.

Thus and as illustrated in figure 7a , in the high position P2 of said collection system, and during the upward movements of the platform, the collection system 7 constitutes an anti-overflow peripheral barrier, above the raised and closed position Pf of the platform which allows to ensure that the water pushed by the mobile platform 3 is fully collected in the water collection system 7 which then constitutes the upper mouth system 60 of the circulation pipe 6: the water thus collected in the system 7 is routed via the circulation pipe 6 to the lower mouth system 61 through which the water comes out under the mobile platform 3.

Finally and as illustrated in figure 7b , in the high position P2 of said collection system, and during downward movements of the mobile platform 3, the collection system constitutes an anti-overflow peripheral barrier, above the raised and closed position Pf of the platform which makes it possible to ensure that the water pushed by the mobile platform 3 entering through the lower mouth system 61, passing through the circulation duct 6 and exiting through the upper mouth system 60 is well confined in the main tank, and without risk of overflow beyond the peripheral floor S of the swimming pool.

Avantages de l'inventionAdvantages of the invention

This advantageously provides a swimming pool with a movable bottom and overflow having all the advantages of an infinity pool with a mirror effect and a swimming pool with a movable bottom.

Advantageously, the invention eliminates the main drawback of an overflow swimming pool according to the state of the art, namely the large heat losses (when not in use), when the platform 3 is in the closed position.

In this raised and closed position Pf, the mobile platform extends the peripheral floor, and advantageously without any level discontinuity between the mobile platform and the floor.

Structure globale de la piscineOverall structure of the pool

According to one embodiment, said water circulation pipe 6 is peripheral, defined by the inter-space of a double wall formed between a sealed outer casing of the swimming pool defining the main water tank and said walls. side 2, internal to the sealed outer casing, said side walls 2 being submerged over their entire height, at least during overflow operation.

The water collection system 7 can be located outside the double wall forming the circulation pipe 6, the swimming pool having a peripheral coping 9, covering above the inter-space of the double wall, said coping being intended to be walked on. .

The upper trampling surface of the coping 9 is located at the level of the trampling surface of the water collection system 7, in said low position P1 of said collection system (at least in the raised position of closure Pf of the platform) and in such a way that the trampling surfaces belonging respectively to the mobile platform 3 then in the raised closed position Pf of the mobile platform 3, to the coping 9 and to the collection system 7 are extended, advantageously and in particular without level discontinuity. In other words and as visible at the figure 8 in this position, the user can move from the mobile platform 3 in the Pf position towards the floor S peripheral to the swimming pool, without the risk that the coping 9 or the collection system 7 does not constitute a physical stop on which he is likely to come up against .

Lors de mouvements de descente de la plateforme mobile 3, l'eau ressort par le système de collecte et s'écoule par-dessus la margelle 9 jusqu'au volume de baignade (voir figure 7b).Said coping 9 is moreover configured so that the water overflowing from the bathing volume flows over the coping to the collection system 7 during the operation of the overflow swimming pool (see figure 6 ), or again, during upward movements of the mobile platform (see figure 7a ). During downward movements of the mobile platform 3, the water comes out through the collection system and flows over the coping 9 to the bathing volume (see figure 7b ).

The upper surface of the coping 9 may have a (slight) slope with respect to the horizontal when the swimming pool operates in overflow (or during movements of up or down the platform and as visible to figures 6, 7a and 7b ): this slope is rising, from the bathing volume to the collection system 7. At the end of high stroke, the mobile platform 3 can carry the coping 9, which pivots slightly, and up to a position where its upper surface, then substantially horizontal, extends the mobile platform (then in the raised and closed position Pf) and the surface of trampling of the collection system 7.

According to an illustrated embodiment, the buffer tanks 8 can be received at the periphery, outside the double wall forming the circulation duct 6, received in a hollow structure 11, the water collection system 7 being located plumb and above the hollow structure, laterally to the circulation duct 6.

The hollow structure 11 may extend over the entire periphery of the double wall forming the circulation pipe 6, forming a plurality of vertical boxes 12, distributed over the periphery, said buffer tanks 8 respectively received in said vertical boxes 12.

This hollow structure 11 advantageously forms the peripheral sealed envelope which makes it possible to contain the pressure of the water volume of the main tank: the vertical inner side wall 111 peripheral of this structure 11 is preferably sealed and constitutes the outer vertical wall of the double wall forming the circulation duct 6, a second opposite outer lateral wall 112, parallel, which can constitute the outer lateral envelope of the swimming pool. Vertical walls 113 extend regularly over the periphery, perpendicular to the walls 111 and 112, and make it possible to partition the peripheral inter-space between the two walls 111 and 112 into the plurality of vertical caissons 12. These vertical partitions 113 have the function of stiffening the hollow structure 11 which is subjected to the pressure of the volume of water on its inner wall 111, and thus of limiting the deflection of the wall 111 under the effect of the pressure.

A thermal insulation, such as synthetic foam (expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene, polyurethane, phenolic foam or other) makes it possible to line the hollows of the structure 11, and in particular each buffer tank 8 from the outside, the insulation received lining the inter-space between the buffer tank 8 and the interior walls of the box 12. This limits the lateral heat losses to the swimming pool.

Still with a view to limiting heat loss, a seal system 10 can make it possible to ensure the tight closure between the mobile platform 3 and the coping 9, in said raised position Pf for closing the mobile platform, and as illustrated in figure 8 .

According to an embodiment illustrated without limitation to the figure 5 , the system 7 for collecting overflowing water can comprise a chute 70, a grid 71, a closure and bypass member 72, or even a shutter system 79.

The water receiving chute 70 extends over the entire periphery of the bathing volume: it is locally U-shaped, and comprising a bottom wall, and two projecting side walls, extending on either side. another of the bottom wall, defining an upper opening of the water receiving chute. The inner side wall located on the side of the bathing volume has first openings 76, in communication with the circulation duct 6. The chute also has second openings 78, in particular on the bottom wall, in communication with the buffer tanks 8 .

The substantially horizontal grid 71 covers the upper opening of the water receiving chute 70. The upper surface of the grid 71 also constitutes the trampling surface of the water collection system 7.

The closure and bypass member 72 is internal to the chute and movable relative to the chute 70, vertically.

This movable member can take three positions, illustrated in figures 6 to 8 :
  • a first high position PI for which the closure and bypass member 72 closes the grid in the low position P1 of the collection system 7 then in said second state E2 for which the mobile platform 3 is in the raised position Pf and for closing the swimming pool, and as illustrated by way of example on figure 8 ,
  • a second position PII, lower than the first position for which the closure and bypass member 72 releases the openings of the grid 71, in the low position P1 of the water collection system for which the mobile platform is static, in low submerged position, allowing the overflowing water to pass through the grid 71 and fall into the water-receiving chute 70, the shutter and bypass member 72 closing off the first openings 76, in particular the side openings of the chute, the water collected in the chute being discharged through the second openings 78 to the buffer tanks 8, and as illustrated by way of example on figure 6 ,
  • a third position PIII, higher than the first and second positions, for which the closure and bypass member 72 carries and supports the grid 71 above the level of the raised position Pf for closing the platform, freeing the first openings 76 of the water receiving chute, constituting the high position P2 of the water collection system 7, the closure and bypass member constituting in this high position said peripheral anti-overflow barrier B, the water pushed by the movements of the platform flowing through said circulation duct 6, through the first openings 76 of the water receiving chute, and as illustrated in figures 7a and 7b .

The shutter 72 and bypass member is a body preferably extending over the entire length of the grid, the upper surface of which has for example pads 74 closing off the openings of the grid in the PI position, and as illustrated in the figure 8 .

L'une des faces latérales 75 glissant le long de la paroi latérale de la goulotte située du côté du volume de baignade présente une partie basse non ajourée, apte à obturer les premières ouvertures 76, dans la position PII dudit organe 72 d'obturation et de dérivation, et une partie supérieure ajourée, autorisant l'eau à traverser la paroi latérale dans la troisième position PIII dudit organe 72 d'obturation et de dérivation, et comme illustré aux figures 7a ou 7b.One of the side faces 75 sliding along the side wall of the chute located on the side of the bathing volume has a non-perforated lower part, able to close the first openings 76, in the position PII of said closure member 72 and bypass, and an openwork upper part, allowing water to pass through the side wall in the third position PIII of said closure and bypass member 72, and as illustrated in figures 7a or 7b .

Said shutter and bypass member 72 can be actuated up or down using an actuator, such as a motorized worm screw, as illustrated in figure 5 the screw of which cooperates with a nut integral with the body of the member 72.

The shutter system 79 is internal to the chute, located between the bottom of the chute and the member 72. This shutter system 79 closes the second openings 78 when the collection system 7 is in the high position P2 and so that the water flows through the first openings 76 and, on the other hand, opens the second openings 78 in the first state E1 of the collection system when the collection system is in the low position P1 and so as to that the overflow water collected in the chute is directed to the buffer tanks 8.

It may be a shutter system 79 with vertical displacement, as illustrated in the figures, or else with horizontal displacement, sliding along guide rails on the bottom of the chute.

This system 7 for collecting overflow water comprises:
  • a water receiving chute 70, of U-shaped section, comprising a bottom wall, and two side walls, extending on either side of the bottom wall, the inner side wall located on the side of the bathing volume having first openings 76, in particular lateral in communication with the circulation duct 6, and second openings 78, in particular at the bottom, in communication with the buffer reservoirs 8,

Notably, the system 7 further comprises:
  • a movable part 702 internal to the chute 70 and movable relative to the chute 70 and to said static part 701 which can take three positions:
    • - a first closing position PI 'for which said mobile part 702 closes the inter-space between the coping 9 and said static part 701, the water collection system 7 then in said second state E2 for which the mobile platform 3 is in the raised position Pf and for closing the swimming pool, the upper surface of the movable part 702 extending the base surface of said static part 701: this first position PI 'is illustrated by way of indication on figure 15 ,
    • - a second position PII ', lower than the first position for which the mobile part 702 opens the water receiving chute 70, allowing the overflowing water to fall into the water receiving chute 70, in said low position P1 of the water collection system then in the first state E1 for which the mobile platform is static, in the lower submerged position, the mobile part 702 closing off the first openings 76, in particular the side openings of the chute, the water collected in the chute being discharged to the through second openings 78 to the buffer tanks 8: this first second PII 'is illustrated by way of indication figures 9 and 10 ,
    • - a third position PIII ', greater than the first and second positions, for which said movable part 702 is arranged above the level of the raised position Pf for closing the platform, freeing the first openings 76 of the chute from water reception, forming the high position P2 of the water collection system 7, said movable part 702 forming in this high position said peripheral anti-overflow barrier B and said upper mouth system 60, the water pushed by the movements of the platform flowing through said circulation duct 6, through the first openings 76 of the water reception chute: this third second PIII 'is illustrated by way of indication in figures 12 and 13 .

On remarque que la partie mobile 702 comprend une paroi supérieure 702a, une paroi latérale 702b qui vient obturer les premières ouvertures 76 dans la deuxième position PII' ou libérer les premières ouvertures 76 dans la troisième position PIII'.Note that the mobile part 702 comprises an upper wall 702a, a side wall 702b which closes the first openings 76 in the second position PII 'or free the first openings 76 in the third position PIII'.

The mobile part 702 is integral with a shutter system 79 which in the position PII 'opens the second openings 78, and in the position PIII' closes them.
The mobile part 702 forms the upper mouth system 60, in position PIII ', with the presence of side opening 702c oriented towards the bathing volume and through which the water can enter or exit during the movements of the platform 3. The waters internally passing through part 702 are guided by an internal wall 702d forming an angle transmission.

The collection system can comprise at least one actuator, with three stable positions, configured respectively for the control of the movable part 702 according to said first position PI ', said second position PII' and said third position PIII '.

Advantageously, this actuator can be of the pneumatic type, avoiding the use of an electric actuator in a humid environment.

For example, said actuator with three stable positions comprises:
  • an actuator rod 703 integral with the movable part 702 integral with a cam 704, mounted to pivot relative to the axis of the rod, said cam having cam lugs 705
  • a fixed cylinder 706, having sloping notches 707, 708, including first notches 707 receiving the cam lugs 705 in said first closed position PI 'of said mobile part 702 and second notches 708, lower level than the first notches, receiving the cam lugs in said second position PII 'said movable part 702, said first notches 707 and the second notches distributed alternately on the periphery of the fixed cylinder 706,
  • a plunger 709, of axis coaxial with the fixed cylinder 706, received coaxially inside the fixed cylinder 706, configured to move up or down, without the possibility of rotation along the axis of the fixed cylinder 706, having at its upper end a plurality of slopes 710,
  • a pneumatic balloon 711 received in the fixed cylinder 706, in the deflated state in the first position PI 'and the second position PII' of the movable part 702 and in the inflated state to actuate the plunger to rise in the third position PIII 'of said mobile part 702.

Avantageusement, ledit actionneur est configuré pour qu'à chaque séquence de montée et descente du plongeur sous l'action du ballon pneumatique 711, les ergots de came 705 alors reçus dans les premières encoches 707 (ou alternativement dans lesdites secondes encoches 708) sont emportés à la montée par le plongeur 709, les pentes 710 du plongeur provoquant après dégagement des ergots de came 705 des premières encoches (ou alternativement les secondes encoches), le pivotement partiel de la came et des ergots de came, et jusqu'à la descente du plongeur 709) où les dits ergots partiellement pivotés viennent engager avec les deuxièmes encoches, ou alternativement lesdites secondes encoches, obtenant ainsi le passage du deuxième état E2 vers le première état E1 du système de collecte des eaux, (ou inversement).Advantageously, said actuator is configured so that at each up and down sequence of the plunger under the action of the pneumatic balloon 711, the cam pins 705 then received in the first notches 707 (or alternatively in said second notches 708) are carried away. on ascent by the plunger 709, the slopes 710 of the plunger causing, after disengaging the cam lugs 705 from the first notches (or alternatively the second notches), the partial pivoting of the cam and the cam lugs, and until the descent of the plunger 709) where said partially pivoted lugs engage with the second notches, or alternatively with said second notches, thus obtaining the passage from the second state E2 to the first state E1 of the water collection system, (or vice versa).

This sequence of the actuator making it possible to go from the first state E1 to the second state E2 of the collection system is described in detail below.
The figure 11 illustrates the actuator, the pneumatic balloon 711 in deflated state, and for which the cam lugs 705 of the cam 704 are received in the second notches 708 of the fixed cylinder defining the second position PII 'of the moving part 702 (first state E1 ).

The inflation of the pneumatic balloon 711 causes the rise of the plunger 709, the slopes of which 710 engage with the lugs 705 to cause the rise of the cam 704, and thus of the rod 703 integral with the movable part 702.

En position déployée de l'actionneur (ballon gonflé figure 14), on obtient la troisième position PIII' de la partie mobile 702 (figures 12 et 13 : troisième état E3).As soon as the cam lugs 705 escape the second notches 708, the cam lugs 705 slide and follow the slopes 710 of the plunger 709, causing the rotation of the cam 704 and the lugs by a fraction of a turn sufficient to position the lugs in position. right of the notches adjacent to the fixed cylinder, namely the first notches 707. In the deployed position of the actuator (balloon inflated figure 14 ), we obtain the third position PIII 'of the mobile part 702 ( figures 12 and 13 : third state E3).

When the pneumatic balloon 11 deflates, the plunger 709 descends, under the effect of gravity, until the cam lugs 705 engage with the first notches 707, the cam lugs 705 then following the slope of these notches 707 up to abutment of the lugs in these first notches ( figure 16 ) obtaining the first position PI 'of the moving part ( figure 15 : second state E2)

On comprend que la séquence suivante de montée puis descente de l'actionneur permet de passer du second état E2 vers le premier état E1.It will be understood that the following sequence of raising then lowering of the actuator makes it possible to pass from the second state E2 to the first state E1.

In general, the swimming pool has control means for actuating the pump system associated with the buffer tank (s) only when the collection system is in the first state E1 ( figure 6 ).

When the collection system is in the second state E2, and the platform is in the raised and closed Pf position, a set of internal nozzles associated with pumps makes it possible to stir the water confined in the main tank and the secondary tanks, and in order to avoid the presence of stagnant water.

The platform actuator system can include a plurality of actuators 4, 5, received in the double wall forming the circulation pipe 6, each actuator comprising a worm system having:
  • a motorized screw 4, substantially vertical received in the double wall of the circulation duct 6,
  • a nut integral with a support 5 projecting laterally from the mobile platform 3 cooperating with the worm.

This support 5 extends from the platform 3 from the bathing volume, crossing a vertical slot in the side wall 2, and into the duct 6 where it is provided with a nut cooperating with the screw 4.

The swimming pool, including the main tank, the buffer tanks 8, the side walls 2, the circulation duct, the mobile platform 3, the actuation systems 4,5, the water collection system 7, the hollow structure 11 is preferably a whole unit in one piece (self-supporting) which can be prefabricated, or even be delivered as a kit for assembly on site.

During installation, the swimming pool can be placed, buried, and in such a way that the peripheral floor S (the ground) to the swimming pool is substantially constructed at the height of the trampling surface of said collection system in said low position P1, and as illustrated in figures 6 and 8 .

Thanks to the hollow structure 11 which makes it possible to contain the water pressure and its self-supporting design, the swimming pool can be laid above ground, for example on a concrete slab: in such a case a peripheral floor to the pool, the height of which is substantially level with the mobile platform when in the raised and closed position.

Of course, other embodiments could have been considered without departing from the scope of the invention as defined by the claims below.
