Definitions
- the present invention relates to a household dishwasher.
- spray arms In household dishwashers, items to be cleaned are usually loaded with washing liquor using rotatable spray arms. Such spray arms comprise a large number of spray arm nozzles through which the washing liquor emerges. The recoil of the exiting wash liquor sets the spray arm in rotation. Since the spray arm nozzles move on a circular path, a round crockery basket adapted to this circular path is ideal with regard to the loading of the wash ware with wash liquor. However, since the basic shape of most household dishwashers extends in length and width dimension, there can also be areas in a polygonal crockery basket that cannot be optimally loaded with washing liquor. To keep the spray shadow as small as possible, several spray arms can be used instead of one spray arm. If several intermeshing spray arms are arranged on an identical spray arm level, mutual control of the intermeshing spray arms is required. This can be done via belts, toothed pulleys, gears, stepper motors, electronic brakes or the like.
- the WO 2004/023968 A2 describes a dishwasher with a first spray arm and a second spray arm.
- the spray arms are arranged in different spray arm levels, the axes of rotation of the spray arms being tilted toward one another.
- the EP 0 559 466 B1 describes a dishwasher with several spray arms, which are arranged in different spray arm levels, so that the spray arms are placed one above the other.
- the DE 10 2010 032005 A1 discloses a household dishwasher according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a household dishwasher with a first spray arm, which has a first spray circuit, a second spray arm, which is one with the first Has spray circuit overlapping second spray circuit, and a synchronizing device which is configured to adapt a speed of the first spray arm to a speed of the second spray arm or vice versa.
- the synchronization device comprises a first magnetic field assigned to the first spray arm and a second magnetic field assigned to the second spray arm, the first magnetic field and the second magnetic field having the same polarization, so that the first magnetic field and the second magnetic field repel one another when the household dishwasher is operating to prevent contact of the first spray arm and the second spray arm during a rotational movement of the same.
- the first magnetic field and the second magnetic field are each designed as a north pole or as a south pole.
- the synchronizing device enables the speed of rotation of the first spray arm and the speed of the second spray arm to be synchronized without requiring mechanical coupling of the spray arms.

- the spray circles overlap in particular in an overlap area. In the overlap area, washware is particularly intensively loaded with washing liquor, which results in a particularly good cleaning effect in the overlap area.
- the first spray arm and the second spray arm are arranged in a common spray arm plane.
- the spray arm level can, for example, run centrally through the two spray arms and each divide them into an upper shell and a lower shell.
- the spray arm level can also be spanned by spray arm nozzles of the spray arms. Because the first spray arm and the second spray arm are arranged in a common spray arm plane, they engage in one another when the same is rotated. - the first spray arm and / or the second spray arm each have a magnetic element, in particular a permanent magnet element.
- the magnetic element can, for example, be glued or clipped onto the respective spray arm. Alternatively, the magnetic element can be arranged within the material of the respective spray arm.
- the magnetic element is extrusion-coated with a plastic material.
- two magnetic fields with different polarization are assigned to each spray arm.
- Each spray arm is preferably assigned four magnetic fields, two magnetic fields each having the same polarization. That is, two magnetic fields are formed as the south pole and two magnetic fields as the north pole.

- the spray arms 15, 20, 26, 32, 35, 38 are set in rotation by the pressure of the exiting washing liquor.
- the repulsion of the magnetic fields 42 to 45 ensures that the spray arms 15, 20, 26, 32, 35, 38 do not touch and synchronization of the speeds of the spray arms 15, 20, 26, 32, 35, 38 takes place. This means that the spray arms 15, 20, 26, 32, 35, 38 are each accelerated or braked depending on one another.
- the synchronization device 41 ensures that the spray arms 15, 20, 26, 32, 35, 38 are synchronized without a mechanical or electromechanical coupling. Spray shadows can be minimized by using the small spray arms 26, 32, 35, 38. This can be achieved in particular by placing the small spray arms 26, 32, 35, 38 in the corners of the washware receptacle 14. Electrical or mechanical synchronization means can thus be dispensed with in the area of the washing tub 2 which is subjected to washing liquor. Since such synchronization means are dispensed with, they cannot fail either. There is also no fear of energy loss due to mechanical synchronization means.
- the spray arms 15, 20, 26, 32, 35, 38 can be prevented from colliding with one another.
- the Spray arms 15, 20, 26, 32, 35, 38 can be easily removed for cleaning without having to consider a gear or other coupling means. No correct positioning of the spray arms 15, 20, 26, 32, 35, 38 is required. All spray arms 15, 20, 26, 32, 35, 38 can be used in a common spray arm level SE, since they control each other.
- the overlapping areas 25, 31, 34, 37, 40 are applied particularly intensively with washing liquor and can be highlighted in color for the user as intensive zones.
- the large spray circles 19, 24 make it possible to reduce the nozzle pressure since the nozzle spray angle can be better adapted to the load.
- the items to be washed, in particular cups can be set steeply, since the accessibility of the items to be washed is improved by the larger spray circuits 19, 24. Due to the steeper cup position, less residual water remains in the cup base, which means that less water has to be evaporated. This leads to energy savings.

Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Haushalts-Geschirrspülmaschine.The present invention relates to a household dishwasher.
In household dishwashers, items to be cleaned are usually loaded with washing liquor using rotatable spray arms. Such spray arms comprise a large number of spray arm nozzles through which the washing liquor emerges. The recoil of the exiting wash liquor sets the spray arm in rotation. However, since the basic shape of most household dishwashers extends in length and width dimension, there can also be areas in a polygonal crockery basket that cannot be optimally loaded with washing liquor. To keep the spray shadow as small as possible, several spray arms can be used instead of one spray arm. Against this background, it is an object of the present invention to provide an improved household dishwasher.
Accordingly, a household dishwasher with a first spray arm, which has a first spray circuit, a second spray arm, which is one with the first Has spray circuit overlapping second spray circuit, and a synchronizing device which is configured to adapt a speed of the first spray arm to a speed of the second spray arm or vice versa. The synchronization device comprises a first magnetic field assigned to the first spray arm and a second magnetic field assigned to the second spray arm, the first magnetic field and the second magnetic field having the same polarization, so that the first magnetic field and the second magnetic field repel one another when the household dishwasher is operating to prevent contact of the first spray arm and the second spray arm during a rotational movement of the same.
For example, the first magnetic field and the second magnetic field are each designed as a north pole or as a south pole. The synchronizing device enables the speed of rotation of the first spray arm and the speed of the second spray arm to be synchronized without requiring mechanical coupling of the spray arms. The first magnetic field and the second magnetic field are each generated with the aid of a magnetic element or a magnetizable, in particular ferromagnetic, material. The magnetic field and / or the magnetizable material can be part of the synchronizing device. The synchronization device can comprise a large number of magnetic fields. The spray circles overlap in particular in an overlap area. In the overlap area, washware is particularly intensively loaded with washing liquor, which results in a particularly good cleaning effect in the overlap area.
According to one embodiment, the first spray arm and the second spray arm are arranged in a common spray arm plane.
The spray arm level can, for example, run centrally through the two spray arms and each divide them into an upper shell and a lower shell. Alternatively, the spray arm level can also be spanned by spray arm nozzles of the spray arms. Because the first spray arm and the second spray arm are arranged in a common spray arm plane, they engage in one another when the same is rotated. This results in a particularly small space requirement in a vertical direction.
According to a further embodiment, the first spray arm and / or the second spray arm are at least partially made of a magnetizable material.
As a result, additional magnetic elements can be dispensed with. In particular, the magnetizable material is a ferromagnetic material.
According to a further embodiment, the first spray arm and / or the second spray arm are at least partially made of metal or a magnetizable plastic material.
For example, the spray arms each have an upper shell and a lower shell, which are connected to one another with the aid of injection-molded connecting elements. The connecting elements can be made of the magnetizable plastic material. In this way, material savings can be achieved through the economical use of the magnetizable plastic material. Alternatively, the spray arms can be made, for example, at least in sections of a magnetizable metal sheet.
According to a further embodiment, the first spray arm and / or the second spray arm each have a magnetic element, in particular a permanent magnet element.
The magnetic element can, for example, be glued or clipped onto the respective spray arm. Alternatively, the magnetic element can be arranged within the material of the respective spray arm.
According to a further embodiment, the magnetic element is extrusion-coated with a plastic material.
This protects the magnetic element from moisture. Additional fastening means for fastening the magnetic element to the respective spray arm can be dispensed with.
According to a further embodiment, two magnetic fields with different polarization are assigned to each spray arm.
Each spray arm is preferably assigned four magnetic fields, two magnetic fields each having the same polarization. That is, two magnetic fields are formed as the south pole and two magnetic fields as the north pole.
According to a further embodiment, each spray arm has a first spray arm section, a second spray arm section and an axis of rotation arranged centrally between the spray arm sections, wherein each spray arm section is assigned two magnetic fields with different polarization.
The number of spray arm sections is arbitrary. Three or four spray arm sections can also be provided. With the help of the axis of rotation, the respective spray arm is rotatably mounted on a washing container of the household dishwasher. Rinsing liquor can also be supplied to the respective spray arm via the axis of rotation.
According to a further embodiment, the household dishwasher comprises a third to nth spray arm which has a third to nth spray circuit which overlaps with the first spray circuit or the second spray circuit, the third to nth spray arm having a third to n- The first magnetic field or the second magnetic field and the third to nth magnetic field have the same polarization, so that the first magnetic field or the second magnetic field and the third to nth magnetic field repel one another when the household dishwasher is operating to prevent contact of the first spray arm or the second spray arm and the third to nth spray arms when the same is rotated.
The number of spray arms is arbitrary. For example, six spray arms are provided. n is preferably greater than four and an integer. In particular, the spray arms can have spray circles with different diameters. For example, a third to sixth spray arm each have a spray circle whose diameter is smaller than a diameter of a respective spray circle of the first spray arm and the second spray arm. The third to sixth spray arms can then each be arranged in a corner of a washware receptacle of the household dishwasher. In this way, a particularly uniform loading of the wash ware with wash liquor can be achieved.
According to a further embodiment, the household dishwasher comprises a washing container on which the spray arms are rotatably mounted.
Alternatively, the spray arms can also be rotatably mounted on items to be washed in the household dishwasher. The household dishwasher preferably comprises a plurality of washware receptacles which are placed one above the other in the wash container. A large number of spray arms can be assigned to each washware receptacle, which are each arranged above or below the respective washware receptacle.
Further possible implementations of the household dishwasher also include combinations of features or embodiments described above or below with reference to the exemplary embodiments that are not explicitly mentioned. The

The functionality of the
The
When the
The overlapping
