Claims (15)

  1. Capsule (1) pour la préparation d'un produit comestible, adaptée de sorte à pouvoir être confinée dans un dispositif de préparation de produit (10) au moyen de parties de confinement respectives (11, 12) de sorte à pouvoir être traversée par un écoulement de liquide sous pression à l'intérieur de celle-ci, moyennant quoi ladite capsule (1) comprend :
    - une partie de récipient (2) configurée par exemple dans une forme générale frusto-conique, présentant une paroi de base (21) agencée en amont et une paroi latérale (22) qui définit une ouverture (23) agencée en aval, et présentant en outre une région de rebord (24) qui se développe latéralement le long du périmètre de ladite ouverture (23),
    - une partie de couvercle (3) configurée en guise de membrane ou d'élément de type folio, et adaptée de sorte à pouvoir être unie à ladite région de rebord (22), et
    - un élément d'étanchéité (4),
    ladite capsule (1) étant caractérisée
    en ce que ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) est fourni en guise de pièce libre de forme annulaire, de sorte qu'il peut être déplacé le long d'une extension du côté extérieur de ladite paroi latérale (22) à proximité de la surface orientée vers l'amont de ladite région de rebord (24), et
    en ce que ladite partie de récipient (2) présente des moyens de retenue adaptés de sorte que ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) peut être retenu de manière libre au sein de ladite extension de paroi latérale (22) au voisinage de la surface orientée vers l'amont de ladite région de rebord (24),
    moyennant quoi ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) est adapté de sorte à pouvoir être appuyé contre ladite surface orientée vers l'amont de la région de rebord (24) lorsque ladite capsule (1) est à l'intérieur dudit dispositif de préparation de produit (10) au niveau d'une position prête à préparer ledit produit comestible.
  2. Capsule (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) présente une première surface d'étanchéité (41) orientée vers l'aval et adaptée de sorte à pouvoir être appuyée directement contre la surface orientée vers l'amont de ladite région de rebord (24), et une seconde surface d'étanchéité (42) orientée vers l'amont, moyennant quoi lesdites première et seconde surfaces (41, 42) sont différentes.
  3. Capsule (1) selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite seconde surface d'étanchéité (42) présente une caractéristique de surface (43) adaptée pour fournir une connexion d'étanchéité avec l'une desdites parties de confinement (11, 12) dudit dispositif de préparation de produit (10).
  4. Capsule (1) selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) présente deux régions périmétriques d'épaisseur de paroi différente, incluant une région périmétrique intérieure (44) qui se développe le long de l'extension périmétrique intérieure dudit élément d'étanchéité (4), moyennant quoi ladite région périmétrique intérieure (44) est préférablement fournie flexible.
  5. Capsule (1) selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le côté extérieur de ladite paroi latérale (22) présente des moyens de retenue adaptés de sorte à limiter le mouvement dudit élément d'étanchéité (4) le long de ladite paroi latérale (22) à uniquement une région voisine de ladite région de rebord (24), moyennant quoi ladite région voisine ne s'étend préférablement pas au-delà d'une extension correspondant à 1/3, plus préférablement à 1/4, de l'extension totale de ladite paroi latérale (22).
  6. Capsule (1) selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le côté extérieur de ladite paroi latérale (22) présente une pluralité de zones de saillie (25) disposées le long d'une direction radiale et à distance de ladite région de rebord (24), moyennant quoi lesdites zones de saillie (25) sont adaptées de sorte à empêcher ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) de passer dans un mouvement orienté vers l'amont au-delà desdites zones de saillie (25).
  7. Capsule (1) selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le côté extérieur de ladite paroi latérale (22) présente au moins deux, préférablement au moins trois zones de saillie (25) sur ladite paroi latérale (22), moyennant quoi lesdites zones de saillie (25) sont préférablement réparties de manière régulière le long du périmètre extérieur de ladite paroi latérale (22).
  8. Capsule (1) selon les revendications 6 et 7, caractérisée en ce que lesdites zones de saillie (25) sont configurées en forme de coin orienté vers l'aval, ou similaire, de sorte à fournir une augmentation du périmètre de ladite paroi latérale (22) dans la direction vers l'aval, et adaptées de sorte à fournir un passage dudit élément d'étanchéité (4) sous pression dans un mouvement orienté vers l'aval mais à empêcher ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) de passer au-delà.
  9. Capsule (1) selon les revendications 6 à 8, caractérisée en ce que lesdites zones de saillie (25) présentent un profil en hauteur inférieur à 2 mm, préférablement inférieur à 1 mm, par rapport au plan de surface de ladite paroi latérale (22).
  10. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisée en ce que lesdites zones de saillie (25) sont fournies en guise d'au moins l'une de :
    - une pièce unique conjointement avec ladite partie de récipient (2), et
    - une pièce qui est différente de ladite partie de récipient (2).
  11. Capsule (1) selon les revendications 6 à 10, caractérisée en ce que lesdites zones de saillie (25) sont configurées en guise d'au moins l'une de :
    - une variation localisée de forme de ladite paroi latérale (22), et
    - une variation localisée d'épaisseur de ladite paroi latérale (22).
  12. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) présente une caractéristique de surface (43) fournie en guise de surface non coplanaire avec l'orientée vers l'amont dudit élément d'étanchéité (4).
  13. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) présente une caractéristique de surface (43) fournie en guise de surface non plane le long d'une région adjacente au périmètre intérieur dudit élément d'étanchéité (4).
  14. Capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) est fourni dans un matériau qui fournit une stable et sensiblement rigide, et en ce que ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) est fourni dans un matériau plastique, et préférablement dans un matériau différent, ou de composition différente, que ladite partie de récipient (2).
  15. Procédé pour la préparation d'un produit comestible, tel qu'un café espresso, moyennant quoi ledit procédé comprend les étapes :
    - fourniture d'un dispositif de préparation de produit (10) dans une position ouverte où une partie de confinement en amont (11) est éloignée d'une partie de confinement en aval (12),
    - fourniture d'une capsule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14 à l'intérieur dudit dispositif de préparation de produit (10), moyennant quoi ladite capsule (1) présente une région de rebord (24) et un élément d'étanchéité (4),
    - actionnement dudit dispositif de préparation de produit (10) dans un mouvement de fermeture jusqu'à atteindre une position fermée où lesdites parties de confinement en amont et en aval (11, 12) qui confinent ladite capsule (1),
    caractérisé en ce que pendant ledit mouvement de fermeture du dispositif de préparation de produit (10), ladite partie de confinement en amont (11) déplace ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) de ladite capsule (1) vers une position proche de la surface orientée vers l'amont de la région de rebord (24), de sorte que ledit élément d'étanchéité (4) fournit une fonction d'étanchéité d'écoulement de liquide sous pression entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur dudit dispositif de préparation de produit (10).
