A bag 30.4 is arranged in the feed direction immediately behind the slot 18 between the two shaft areas 14.4, 16.4. The bag 30.4 is held open by a bag opener 86, shown here only schematically.

In Vorschubrichtung hinter der Tüte 30.4 befindet sich ein Scheibenhalter 88. Claims (2)

  1. Slicing machine for elongate foodstuffs (12),
    - having a housing with an introduction region for the elongate foodstuff (12) and with a removal region for the sliced elongate foodstuff (24),
    - having a cutting knife for the elongate foodstuff (12),
    - having a shaft (10) for receiving the elongate foodstuff (12), the longitudinal direction of which corresponds to the feeding direction of the elongate foodstuff (12),
    - having a packaging device for the sliced elongate foodstuff (12), which is present inside the housing,
    - wherein the packaging device has at least one bag opener (34) and at least one store for bags (30, 30.3),
    - wherein a bag (30, 30.3) provided by the store for bags is able to be kept open by the bag opener (34) at least in the region of the bag opening (32),
    - wherein the store for bags (30, 30.3) is arranged in the immediate vicinity of the cutting knife, such that the sliced slices (20) are able to be inserted bit by bit into the bag (30, 30.3),
    - characterized in that
    - a holding-down means (40) is provided, by way of which the closed end region (36) of the bag (30, 30.3) is able to be held in the direction of the shaft bottom,
    - the open peripheral region of the bag (30, 30.3) is able to be kept open by the bag opener (34),
    - the holding-down means (40) has a front holding arm (42) and a rear holding arm (44), wherein the front holding arm (42) is mounted so as to be pivotable or so as to be displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the shaft (10) such that the front holding arm (42) is pivoted or displaced bit by bit in the feeding direction by the sliced slices (20) and the bag (30, 30.3) is opened up bit by bit ever further for the sliced slices (20) by the pivoted or displaced front holding arm (42).
  2. Method for slicing elongate foodstuffs (12) by means of a slicing machine, having the following method steps:
    - the elongate foodstuff (12) is introduced into a shaft (10) of the slicing machine,
    - the elongate foodstuff (12) is guided past a cutting knife in the feeding direction,
    - the sliced slice pack (24) is packaged into a bag (30, 30.3) within the slicing machine,
    - wherein, during the slicing operation, the sliced slices (20) are inserted bit by bit into the bag (30, 30.3) such that a slice pack (24) is formed within the bag (30, 30.3),
    - characterized in that
    - the closed end region (36) of the bag (30, 30.3) is held in the direction of the shaft bottom by at least one holding-down means (40),
    - the open peripheral region (32) of the bag (30, 30.3) is kept open such that the sliced slices (20) can be inserted into the bag (30, 30.3),
    - the at least one holding-down means (40) has a front holding arm (42) and a rear holding arm (44), wherein the front holding arm (42) is pivoted or displaced bit by bit in the feed direction by the sliced slices (20),
    - the bag (30, 30.3) is opened up bit by bit ever further for the sliced slices (20) by the pivoted or displaced front holding arm (42).
