Claims (12)

  1. Cooking appliance device with at least one heating coil (10a - 10d), which has at least two windings (12a - 12d, 13a - 13d), wherein a winding (12a - 12d, 13a - 13d) defines exactly one circulation of the heating coil (10a - 10d), and with at least one fixing device (14a - 14d), which fixes the heating coil (10a - 10d) at least partially mechanically in an assembled state, wherein the fixing device (14a - 14d) comprises a support unit (16a - 16d) and a retaining unit (18a - 18d) which is embodied separately from the support unit (16a - 16d) as a mechanical structural unit and is arranged on the heating coil (10a - 10d), characterised in that the retaining unit (18a - 18d) in the assembled state fixes each of the windings (12a - 12d, 13a - 13d) separately on the support unit (16a - 16d), wherein the retaining unit (18a - 18d), for fixing of the healing coil (10a - 10d), connects each of the windings separately to the support unit (16a - 16d).
  2. Cooking appliance device according to claim 1, characterised in that the retaining unit (18a - 18d) consists at least partially of a material with a thermal expansion coefficient which is at least essentially identical to a thermal expansion coefficient of the heating coil (10a - 10d).
  3. Cooking appliance device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the retaining unit (18a - 18d) comprises a multiplicity of retaining elements (20a - 20d, 22a - 22d, 24a - 24d, 26a - 26d), wherein at least two of the retaining elements (20a - 20d, 22a - 22d, 24a - 24d, 26a - 26d) are assigned to at least one of the windings (12a - 12d).
  4. Cooking appliance device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the retaining unit (18a - 18d) is embodied at least partially in one piece with the heating coil (10a - 10d).
  5. Cooking appliance device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the retaining unit (18a - 18d) has at least one retaining element (20a - 20d, 22a - 22d, 24a - 24d, 26a - 26d), which is embodied as a retaining clasp, a retaining hook, a retaining clip and/or a retaining bolt.
  6. Cooking appliance device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support unit (16a - 16d) is embodied at least partially to be electrically insulating.

  9. Cooking appliance device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support unit (16a - 16d) has at least one retaining recess (32b) to accommodate the retaining unit (18a - 18d).
  10. Cooking appliance device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised by a positioning unit (34a), which is provided for positioning of the retaining unit (18a - 18d) and/or the support unit (16a - 16d) relative to the heating coil (10a - 10d).
  11. Cooking appliance device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the support unit (16d) is arranged between an electrically conductive retaining element (92d, 91d, 90d) of the retaining unit (18d) and the heating coil (10d) and the retaining element penetrates at least one retaining recess (32d, 33d) of the support unit (16d), in order to create a connection to the heating coil (10d).
  12. Cooking appliance (40a - 40d) with at least one cooking appliance device according to one of claims 1 to 11.
