Claims (15)
- Dispositif pour l'impression de corps creux (01), avec une roue segmentée (03) pouvant tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (34), dans lequel la roue segmentée (03) présente sur sa périphérie plusieurs segments (32) les uns derrière les autres destinés respectivement à recevoir un blanchet (33), dans lequel au moins un des blanchets (33) disposés sur un des segments (32) est disposé de manière à rouler ou au moins à pouvoir rouler sur le corps creux (01) à imprimer, caractérisé en ce que chacun des blanchets (33) est disposé respectivement sur un support métallique en forme de plaque, dans lequel le support métallique en forme de plaque respectif est réalisé de manière flexible et forme avec le blanchet (33) disposé sur lui respectivement un blanchet métallique, dans lequel chacun des blanchets métalliques réalisés respectivement à partir du support avec le blanchet (33) disposé sur lui est disposé ou peut au moins être disposé respectivement en tant que tel d'un bloc de manière interchangeable sur un des segments (32) de la roue segmentée (03), dans lequel le support respectif, disposé sur un des segments (32) de la roue segmentée (03), du blanchet métallique concerné est retenu sur ce segment (32) dans une coopération de formes et/ou à force.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des segments (32) voisins sont séparés respectivement les uns des autres par un évidement (36) dirigé parallèlement à l'axe de rotation (34) de la roue segmentée (03), dans lequel le support du blanchet métallique concerné est replié à angle aigu sur son bord avant (37) dans le sens de rotation de la roue segmentée (03), dans lequel ce repliage (38) du support dans l'état de fonctionnement, disposé sur un segment (32) de la roue segmentée (03), de ce blanchet métallique est placé sur un bord avant (39), dans le sens de rotation de la roue segmentée (03), de l'évidement (36) concerné réalisé sur la périphérie de la roue segmentée (03), dans lequel le repliage (38) du support est disposé ou peut au moins être disposé sur ce bord (39) de l'évidement (36) dans une coopération de formes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, en association à la roue segmentée (03), un dispositif pour le remplacement automatique des blanchets métalliques est prévu.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif pour le remplacement automatique des blanchets métalliques est conçu de façon modulaire et présente comme modules un dispositif de stockage (42) pour plusieurs blanchets métalliques ainsi qu'un dispositif (43) pour un transport vertical du dispositif de stockage (42) précédemment cité et un dispositif (44) pour un transport horizontal de respectivement un des blanchets métalliques entre le dispositif de stockage (42) et un des segments (32) de la roue segmentée (03).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (44) pour le transport horizontal des blanchets métalliques présente un chariot (46) mobile de façon bidirectionnelle entre deux points d'extrémité, dans lequel respectivement un blanchet métallique individuel est transporté ou peut au moins être transporté avec le chariot (46).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 ou 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs groupes d'impression sont prévus, dans lequel au moins un des groupes d'impression est mis en contact ou peut au moins être mis en contact sur au moins un des blanchets métalliques (33) disposés sur la périphérie de la roue segmentée (03), dans lequel au moins un des groupes d'impression présente un cylindre porte-plaque (04), dans lequel, en association au cylindre porte-plaque (04) concerné, un changeur de plaque (14) pour le remplacement automatique d'une plaque d'impression est disposé sur ce cylindre porte-plaque (04).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le changeur de plaque (14) présente une surface d'appui (16), sur laquelle peut être posée la plaque d'impression à disposer ou disposée sur le cylindre porte-plaque (04), dans lequel cette surface d'appui (16) peut être déplacée de manière bidirectionnelle le long d'un chemin de transport entre au moins deux positions définies, dans lequel la plaque d'impression à disposer sur le cylindre porte-plaque (04) est disposée en repérage sur la surface d'appui (16) du changeur de plaque (14) en ce qui concerne sa position de montage sur le cylindre porte-plaque (04).
- Procédé pour faire fonctionner un dispositif, présentant une roue segmentée (03), pour l'impression de corps creux (01), dans lequel respectivement un blanchet métallique (33) est disposé sur au moins un segment (32) de la roue segmentée (03) présentant sur sa périphérie plusieurs segments (32) les uns derrière les autres, dans lequel au moins un blanchet métallique (33) disposé sur un des segments (32), lors d'une rotation de la roue segmentée (03), roule sur le corps creux (01) à imprimer, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif, prévu en association à la roue segmentée (03), pour le remplacement automatique de blanchets métalliques (33), suite à une instruction donnée à son unité de commande, retire automatiquement le blanchet métallique (33) à disposer sur le segment (32) concerné de la roue segmentée (03) d'un dispositif de stockage (42) et le transporte au segment (32) concerné de la roue segmentée (03).
- Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif pour le remplacement automatique de blanchets métalliques (33) présente un dispositif (44) pour un transport horizontal des blanchets métalliques (33) avec un chariot (46) mobile, dans lequel les blanchets métalliques (33) à transporter sont transportés respectivement couchés sur le chariot (46).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs blanchets métalliques (33) sont stockés dans le dispositif de stockage (42), dans lequel les blanchets métalliques (33) sont déposés respectivement individuellement l'un après l'autre sur le chariot (46) du dispositif (44) pour le transport horizontal des blanchets métalliques (33) et sont transportés les uns après les autres vers un des segments (32) de la roue segmentée (03).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (44) pour le transport horizontal des blanchets métalliques (33) évacue alternativement un blanchet métallique (33) enlevé d'un des segments (32) de la roue segmentée (03) et transporte un nouveau blanchet métallique (33) du dispositif de stockage (42) vers un segment (32) libre de la roue segmentée (03).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il est surveillé par un capteur ou au moyen d'un élément de commutation (49) si un blanchet métallique (33) à prélever du dispositif de stockage (42) a été déposé sur le chariot (46) du dispositif (44) pour le transport horizontal.
- Ensemble machine pour la fabrication prête à remplir de corps creux (01), avec un dispositif pour l'impression des corps creux (01) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7.
- Ensemble machine selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble machine est réalisé pour la fabrication prête à remplir de corps creux, dans lequel les corps creux (01) sont fabriqués à partir de métal, en particulier à partir d'aluminium ou d'une matière plastique et/ou les corps creux (01) sont réalisés respectivement sous la forme d'une boîte en deux parties.
- Ensemble machine selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce qu'une roue à mandrins est disposée dans le sens de transport des corps creux (01) devant le dispositif pour imprimer les corps creux (01), dans lequel la roue à mandrins et la roue segmentée (03) sont entraînées individuellement respectivement par un entraînement propre et sont commandées par une unité de commande dans leur comportement de rotation respectif.
