Definitions
- the invention relates to packaging for objects, e.g. Cakes, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- KR 100 859 816 shows a pizza box according to the preamble of claim 1, with a support with a plurality of radially arranged wings, one of the wings each pointing downward, the supporting portion tapers downward.
- EP 2 676 899 shows a stackable packaging for ice cream cones, wherein specially shaped cavities are provided for receiving the ice cream cones, and wherein the packaging consists of compostable natural fibers.
- molded parts made of Styrofoam which have a recess for the object, e.g. the cake, and which are inserted into a cardboard box.
- the molded parts made of Styrofoam have a large volume and cannot be transported in a space-saving manner.
- blisters made from thermoplastics can be delivered nested and stacked, but the blisters have a lower compression pressure, which is unfavorable when palletizing.
- the object of the invention is therefore to provide stable packaging for objects, in particular cakes, which requires little space and which can be easily recycled.
- a packaging which comprises a bottom surface and a molded part made of fiber casting material arranged on the bottom surface and that the molded part has a height wall which is divided into wall sections by formations, the lower edges of the wall sections delimiting the lower end surface of the height wall and the upper edges of the wall sections delimit the upper end face of the vertical wall and that at least one wall section is arranged perpendicular to the bottom surface in such a way that it can absorb an upsetting pressure acting on the vertical wall.
- the packaging according to the invention enables the objects to be transported on pallets, since the packaging can absorb a high compression pressure.
- the individual molded parts have a small volume and can be nested and stacked.
- the packaging consists of an environmentally friendly material.
- Pulp-containing cast fiber material is made from pulp-containing fibers.
- Cellulose, paper, cardboard and also waste paper can be used as raw materials.
- Additives such as are known from paper and cardboard manufacture, among other things, can be added.
- Raw materials are suspended in a so-called pulper with the addition of water and, if necessary, mixed with additives.
- the resulting pulp is then shaped in special molds.
- a vacuum is applied to a mold made of sieve-like material so that water is drawn off through the mold while fibers are deposited on the mold and the molded part is formed.
- the composition of the pulp and the suction time are important criteria for the material properties.
- the molded part is lifted off the mold and dried.
- the molded part has a uniform wall thickness.
- re-pressing can be provided. This process is particularly suitable for producing sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging, since recycled material can be used for production, and the packaging itself can be recycled as waste paper.
- Known packaging made of pulp-containing fiber casting can only absorb a low compression pressure; in particular, a larger number of supporting elements is necessary to absorb the pressure, so that the packaged objects are usually much smaller than the packaging.
- the size of the packaging is limited by the material strength and wall thickness.
- Known forms of packaging are therefore not suitable, for example, for a cake with a diameter of 26 cm and a height of 8 cm. Only the embodiment according to the invention makes it possible to use this advantageous material for packaging, for example, cakes.
- the upsetting pressure was previously also limited by the fact that known molded parts due to the manufacturing process contain no vertical areas. Because of the vertical wall sections, the invention enables far greater upsetting pressures to be absorbed.
- the height wall is a thin-walled, largely flat area of the molded part, the longitudinal extent of which is usually significantly greater than its height.
- a wall section is understood to mean a section of the vertical wall which extends over the entire height of the vertical wall. The wall section is delimited at the lower end by the lower end face of the vertical wall and at the upper end by the upper end face of the vertical wall. The height of the vertical wall is therefore to be understood as the distance between the lower and the upper end face.
- a compression pressure that acts on the vertical wall thus acts on the upper end face of the vertical wall and is passed on via the vertical wall to the lower end face of the vertical wall.
- the vertical arrangement of the wall sections can be subject to slight fluctuations and must be considered in connection with the usual manufacturing conditions for cast fiber parts. In particular, it can be assumed that the angle does not deviate by more than +/- 2 ° from the vertical.
- the wall section is also considered to be vertical if the vertical alignment is deviated from in small areas, for example in the area of reinforcing webs.
- the side of the wall section is bounded by formations. In the side view, the formations are usually perpendicular to the upper and lower edges of the wall sections.
- Formings are understood to mean areas of the height wall at which the directional alignment of the height wall changes.
- the vertical wall forms warps or is deformed.
- the vertical wall has, for example, curves or kinks in the formations which extend from the lower to the upper end face, and is bent or folded in this way.
- the shape of the height wall ensures that the height wall is stable and it prevents it from buckling to the side. This allows greater pressures to be absorbed. This applies in particular to the wall sections aligned perpendicular to the floor surface.
- the moldings allow space-minimizing stacking for the transport of the individual moldings, since the moldings of several similar moldings can be placed one inside the other or on top of one another and the moldings can thus be nested and stacked.
- the wall sections are arranged at least at the edge regions of the height wall perpendicular to the floor surface. This achieves a particularly effective force transmission at the edge areas of the packaging, which makes it possible to pack particularly large objects.
- the vertical wall rests at least partially, in particular at least in a wall section arranged perpendicular to the floor surface, with its lower end surface on the floor surface. This configuration results in an advantageous power transmission via the molded part to the floor surface.
- the height wall has a uniform height over the entire longitudinal extent. It can thereby be achieved that the force absorption by the molded part is distributed over the largest possible area of the molded part. It can also be provided that the height of the vertical wall determines the height of the molded part. This ensures that an upsetting pressure which acts on the molded part from above is absorbed by the height wall.
- the molded part consists essentially of the vertical wall. As a result, the most uniform and large-area force transmission of the upsetting pressure via the molded part to the bottom surface can be guaranteed.
- the molded parts can be stacked without any problems in this embodiment.
- the molded part can in particular be designed in one piece.
- the contour of the end face can be selected during manufacture.
- the radius of the formations can determine the arrangement of the wall sections. It can be avoided that the molded part breaks at the formations.
- a shape with a narrow radius can also be referred to as a kink, and a shape with a large radius as a curve.
- a molded part can also have differently designed shapes. As a result of the shapings, it can be achieved that the wall sections are arranged in a tilt-stable manner, so that the molded part receives tilt stability.
- the height wall has a curved course at least in sections, the extreme points being on the formations.
- the curvilinear course of the elevation wall becomes particularly clear when looking at the end faces. If one assumes that the longitudinal extent of the vertical wall runs along an x-axis, the sequence of wall sections and shapes can be described using a curve discussion. The edge of a rectangular floor area, for example, can be assumed as the x-axis.
- the curved course of the elevation wall has extreme points, i.e. minima and maxima. Minima are points in the vicinity of which a function does not take a value that is smaller. Maxima, on the other hand, are points in the vicinity of which a function does not assume a greater value.
- the extreme points of the curve are therefore on the formations. Formings facing the edge of the floor surface are considered minima. Formations that face the center of the floor area represent the maxima. Furthermore, a distinction can be made between local and global extreme points. Local extreme points relate to the immediate vicinity of the extreme point. Global extreme points also represent an extreme point over the entire course of the curve. An object, e.g. a cake, with its side wall usually rests against the formations of the height wall, which represent maxima. It is also possible for a wall section to connect two maxima and for the packaged object to rest against this wall section.
- the flat surface area can take up 10-40% of the longitudinal extent of the vertical wall.
- the flat surface area can be viewed as a wall section that connects two formations which each terminate the curved edge area.
- the flat surface area can in particular connect two minima and be arranged on a connecting line between the global minima or on a parallel to this connecting line.
- the height wall or one of the end faces or both end faces have a curved profile over the entire course.
- a particularly stable embodiment is achieved in this way.
- the height wall or one of the end faces or both end faces have a zigzag course.
- the object e.g. the cake, rests with its side wall on the serrated formations lying on a straight line. With this arrangement of the shapes, a cake can be optimally packed with a straight side.
- one of the end faces or both end faces are designed in such a way that they show an undulating course and in the plan view the extreme points are arranged such that the minima lie on a first straight line and the maxima lie on a second straight line, wherein the first and the second straight line run parallel to one another.
- This embodiment also enables an advantageous packaging of cakes with at least one straight side.
- the maxima lie on an arc of a circle and the global minima on a parallel to the chord located outside the circle.
- a cake with a circular circumference can be packaged particularly well.
- the maxima lie on an elliptical arc and the global minima on a line parallel to the elliptical chord. This allows an oval cake to be packaged particularly well.
- the global minima are arranged along the edge of a rectangular floor area. A particularly space-saving packaging is thus provided.
- a particularly stable and at the same time space-saving embodiment is obtained if the height wall has five to forty shapes. It is advantageous if an odd number of formations is provided. Due to the odd number of formations, the end areas point in the same direction. This is advantageous if the end regions are intended to counteract slipping of the molded parts in the packaging.
- the molded part is designed with mirror symmetry to its axis bisecting the longitudinal extension. In this way, a uniform transfer of the upsetting pressure to the molded part can be achieved.
- the height wall extends over the entire width of the floor area.
- the height wall enables the compression pressure to be transmitted over the entire width of the floor area. This results in very stable packaging.
- the vertical wall has at least one reinforcing web made of fiber casting material that runs parallel to the bottom surface.
- the formations and thus the shape of the height wall are stabilized by reinforcement bars. This enables simple machine handling of the molded parts.
- the reinforcement webs represent an exception to the flat design of the height wall, but without impairing the function of the height wall.
- the molded part has at least one connecting surface which is arranged at the level of the upper end surface.
- the connecting surface is in particular oriented perpendicular to the vertical wall and connects at least two wall sections which are separated and preferably adjacent by at least one shaping.
- a connecting surface can prevent contaminants from entering the spaces between the wall sections of the height wall from above.
- the molded part has at least one connecting wall, preferably oriented perpendicular to the bottom surface, which connects two shapes, the connected shapes being spaced from one another by more than one wall section.
- the connecting wall can e.g. can be obtained by folding back an end region of the height wall. This can also be done directly during the packaging of the cakes, so that the space requirement for transport is kept low for this embodiment as well.
- a packaging can be designed to be particularly stable if the molded part has a uniform solid wall thickness of 0.5-10 mm, in particular 1.5-3 mm. This wall thickness enables a particularly advantageous arrangement of the wall sections, it being possible to avoid breaking at the formations.
- An advantageous transfer of the upsetting pressure can be achieved if it comprises at least two, preferably exactly two or four, molded parts according to one of Claims 1 to 11.
- the upsetting pressure is distributed particularly evenly if the molded parts are designed identically. This effect can be additionally reinforced if molded parts of identical design are opposite one another in mirror symmetry.
- the packaging has an interior space for receiving the object to be packaged, which is laterally bounded by at least one molded part.
- the interior space is laterally bounded by the height wall, in particular by the shapes of the height wall facing the interior space.
- the spaces which are formed between the wall sections due to the formations are not intended to accommodate the objects, e.g. of the cakes provided.
- the interior can take on different shapes depending on the design of the molded parts.
- the area above maxima is primarily provided for receiving objects. It is also possible for a wall section to be arranged between two shapes, in particular between two maxima, in such a way that it laterally delimits the interior space.
- the use of molded parts can limit a round interior space, which is very well suited for cakes with a circular circumference.
- the interior is completely surrounded by at least one molded part. A particularly stable support of the interior can thereby be achieved.
- the interior space is delimited laterally by at least two molded parts, the molded parts being spaced from one another.
- a stable support can be achieved with minimal space requirement for the packaging.
- the interior is divided into several separate sub-spaces by at least one molded part. This can be particularly advantageous if one package is to be used for several objects, since these cannot then slip against one another.
- the interior space is delimited on its underside by the floor surface.
- This embodiment can achieve that the Packaging can be made very space-saving, since the object to be packaged, for example the cake, rests directly on the floor surface.
- the height of the packaging and the height of the molded part can be limited to the height of the item to be packed.
- the packaging has an outer wall which vertically delimits the bottom surface. It can also be provided that the bottom surface is rectangular, in particular square, and is delimited by the outer wall on at least two opposite, preferably four, sides. This can prevent the molded parts from slipping off the floor surface.
- a rectangular design of the floor area also enables space-saving transport.
- the molded part can be compressed over its longitudinal extent at least in its end regions, so that a spreading between two opposite sides of the outer wall is achieved.
- the molded parts can also be prevented from slipping on the floor surface.
- provision can also be made for slots to be provided in the outer wall which can accommodate the end regions of the molded parts.
- the packaging is surrounded by outer packaging, in particular by a shrink-wrap and / or a cardboard slipcase.
- a particularly advantageous embodiment for square cakes can be that the packaging has a rectangular bottom surface, bounded vertically on all four sides by an outer wall, on which four identical molded parts are arranged, which are in contact in their end areas and an interior space for receiving an object completely surrounded, with the molded parts essentially consisting of the vertical wall, the upper and lower end faces having the same distance over the entire course and being congruent one above the other, and that the vertical wall has a curved course, and with its minima on a first straight line and with their maxima lie on a second straight line, the first and second straight lines running parallel and the minima lying against the outer wall.
- the packaging has a bottom surface that is vertically delimited on at least two opposite sides by an outer wall has, on which two identical molded parts are arranged in such a way that they delimit an interior space for receiving an object by being mirror-symmetrically opposite each other and in their end regions are each spread against the opposite sides of the outer wall, the molded parts essentially consisting of the height wall, the End faces have the same distance over the entire course and are congruent on top of one another and have a curved course in the edge areas of the height wall, the end faces having maxima that lie on an arc and minima that lie on a parallel to the circular chord, the parallel to the circular chord in particular lies on the edge of the floor surface.
- FIGs. 1-8 a preferred embodiment of a packaging for cylindrical objects, such as round cakes, is shown.
- This embodiment includes two alike designed molded parts 2 (cf. Figures 4-8 ), an outer wall 16 and a bottom surface 1, which together delimit a cylindrical interior space 15.
- the molded parts 2 essentially consist of the vertical wall 3.
- the vertical wall 3 is a thin-walled, largely flat area of the molded part 2, which is significantly larger in its longitudinal extension than its height 8.
- the vertical wall 3 extends over the total height 8 of a molded part 2. That is, the height 8 of the height wall 3 corresponds to the height 8 of the molded part 2.
- the longitudinal extension of the vertical wall 3 is divided into wall sections 5 by formations 4.
- the wall sections 5 are designed such that the lower edges 19 delimit the lower end face 6 of the vertical wall 3 and the upper edges 20 delimit the upper end face 7 of the vertical wall 3.
- Fig. 4 shows, the upper and lower end faces 6, 7 of the vertical wall 3 are arranged in line with one another in plan view.
- the wall sections 5 for the most part lie on a straight line through the upper and lower end faces 6, 7.
- Fig. 5 shows that the end faces 6, 7 run parallel to one another and that the formations 4 run over the entire height 8 of the vertical wall 2. That is, a formation 4 extends from the lower end face 6 to the upper end face 7. In the side view, a formation 4 is usually perpendicular to the edges of the wall sections 5. In the embodiment shown, the height wall 3 has a uniform height 8 over its entire length on. The upsetting pressure is thus evenly distributed over the entire height wall 3.
- the folded arrangement of the vertical wall 3 stabilizes the vertical wall 3 and prevents it from buckling to the side.
- the end faces 6, 7 become larger and the upsetting pressure is distributed over a larger area.
- twenty-nine formations 4 are provided. As Fig. 4 shows, in this embodiment the formations 4 have a different radius and are therefore folded with different sharpnesses.
- the formations 4 initially have a narrow radius. This is followed by a wall section 5 which is arranged such that it faces the center of the floor surface 1 and directly delimits the interior space 15. Following this wall section 5, the edge area 21 again has sharp shapes 4.
- a cake can be secured very well against damage caused by sliding sideways, since the wall section 5 facing the interior 15 offers a large support surface for the side wall of the cake.
- the formations 4 run in the area between the edge areas 21 in waves with a larger radius.
- the corrugations in the central area can also be omitted and replaced by a flat surface area, so that the molded part 2 has a partly curved and partly straight course.
- the vertical wall 3 has a curved profile over its entire longitudinal extent. This means that the upper end face 7 describes a curve in the plan view.
- the longitudinal extension of the vertical wall 3 runs along the x-axis, the axis 18 represents the y-axis.
- the vertical wall 3 describes a curve, the extreme points of which lie on the formations 4.
- the minima 9 of this curve face the edge of the floor area 1.
- Global minima 9 lie on the edge of the floor area 1.
- the maxima 10 face the center of the floor area 1.
- the maxima 10 lie on a circular arc 17.
- flat points are partially arranged between the extreme points.
- the molded part 2 is mirror-symmetrical along the axis 18. This results in a uniform shift of the upsetting pressure onto the molded parts 2.
- the molded parts 2 have reinforcing webs 12.
- the vertical wall 3 does not lie on a straight line through the upper and lower end faces 6, 7.
- the reinforcing webs 12 are very narrow in relation to the vertical wall 3, so that the vertical wall 3 appears flat despite the reinforcing webs 12 the height wall 3 nevertheless to be regarded as vertical.
- two reinforcing webs 12 are provided, which run parallel to the bottom surface 1. This means that the reinforcement webs 12 each have the same distance from the floor surface 1 over their entire course.
- the reinforcement webs 12 prevent the formations 4 from losing their shape during transport and industrial processing.
- no reinforcing webs 12 are provided in the end regions 11, so that the end regions 11 can be compressed.
- connection surfaces 13 are provided in the embodiment shown. As Fig. 8 shows two connection surfaces 13 are provided for each molded part 2.
- the connecting surfaces 13 are arranged parallel to the bottom surface 1 at the level of the upper end surface 7. In the embodiment shown, they each connect two wall sections 5, which are separated by five formations 4 and thereby cover the space between the wall sections 5 which faces the edge of the floor surface 1.
- the connecting surfaces 13 thus additionally stabilize the formations 4. In addition, a deposit of contaminants between the wall sections 5 is prevented.
- the end regions 11 are designed to be compressible, so that the formations 4 can be pushed together at the end regions 11.
- Figure 4a shows in the illustrated alternative embodiment that the end region 11 has become a connecting wall 14 by folding back along the outermost formation 4.
- This connecting wall 14 is perpendicular to the bottom surface 1 and connects formations 4 which are spaced apart by more than one wall section 5.
- the end area 11 can be fixed in the position as a connecting wall 14, for example, by gluing the end area 11 to a molding 4. It is particularly advantageous if, as in the embodiment shown, the connected formations 4 each represent global minima 9. This further stabilizes the packaging, especially against the effects of lateral forces. So that the shaped parts 2 can be stacked without any problems during transport, the end regions 11 can be folded back directly when the cakes are packaged.
- Fig. 1 shows that in the embodiment shown, the packaging has an outer wall 16.
- the end regions 11 are pushed together by the outer wall 16 and expanded against it. This prevents the molded parts 2 from slipping. It can be provided that the outer wall 16 has slots into which the end regions 11 can be pushed. The position of the molded parts 2 can thus be further fixed.
- the outer wall 16 in the embodiment shown is at least as high as the molded parts 2.
- the outer wall 16 delimits a square bottom surface 1 perpendicularly on all four sides.
- the floor surface 1 is designed as a flat floor plate.
- the molded parts 2 rest with the lower end face 6 of the vertical wall 3 on the bottom surface 1. All wall sections 5 are arranged perpendicular to the floor surface 1.
- the wall sections 5 are only partially arranged vertically.
- the wall sections 5 are only arranged in the edge regions 21 perpendicular to the floor surface 1.
- Fig. 1 shows that in the embodiment shown, the vertical wall 3 extends in its longitudinal extension over the entire width of the bottom surface 1.
- the molded parts 2 are arranged on the bottom surface 1 in such a way that their end regions 11 are each spread against two opposite sides of the outer wall 16.
- the two molded parts 2 are mirror-symmetrically opposite one another and do not touch one another.
- An interior 15 is provided for receiving an object. It is bounded laterally by the outer wall 16 and the molded parts 2.
- the maxima 10 laterally, or in the edge region 21 also the wall section 5 facing the interior 15, delimit the interior 15.
- the interior 15 is delimited by the floor surface 1.
- Fig. 9-13 a preferred embodiment for cuboid objects, for example for square cakes, is shown.
- This embodiment comprises four identically designed molded parts 2, an outer wall 16, a bottom surface 1, and a cuboid interior 15 delimited by the molded parts 2 and the bottom surface 1.
- the molded parts 2 each consist of the vertical wall 3.
- This embodiment therefore represents an implementation of the invention with very simple means. A compression pressure that acts on the packaging from above is transferred directly to the vertical wall 3.
- the vertical wall 3 is thin-walled and the longitudinal extension is significantly greater than the height 8.
- the longitudinal extension of the vertical wall 3 is divided into wall sections 5 by formations 4.
- the vertical wall 3 is stabilized by the folded arrangement.
- the area for absorbing the upsetting pressure is also enlarged.
- the lower edges 19 of the wall section 5 delimit the lower end face 6 of the vertical wall
- the upper edges 20 of the wall sections 5 delimit the upper end face 7 of the vertical wall 3.
- Fig. 11 shows that the formations 4 are perpendicular to the edges 19, 20 of the wall sections 5 in the side view.
- the end faces 6, 7 are congruent with one another in plan view. This embodiment enables a particularly large compression pressure to be taken up.
- the end faces 6, 7 are flat and have the same spacing over the entire longitudinal extent of the vertical wall 3.
- the molded part 2 therefore has a uniform height 8 over the entire longitudinal extent.
- the upsetting pressure can therefore be recorded over the entire longitudinal extent of the vertical wall 3.
- the molded part 2 is thus particularly stable and can withstand high pressures. This is particularly advantageous for palletizing.
- the molded parts 2 can also be stacked one inside the other to save space. This is particularly advantageous for the transport and storage of the molded parts 2. Slight deviations that are caused by the manufacture are insignificant and may be possible.
- Fig. 9 shows that the vertical wall 3, or in the plan view the end faces 6, 7 of the vertical wall 3, have an undulating or curved course over the entire longitudinal extension and are designed mirror-symmetrically to an axis bisecting the longitudinal extension.
- minima 9 and six maxima 10 are provided, which lie on eleven formations 4.
- the minima 9 face the edge of the floor area 1, the maxima 10 face the center of the floor area 1.
- the minima 9 lie on a first straight line and the maxima 10 lie on a second straight line.
- the first and the second straight line are arranged parallel to one another.
- the object for example a cake, rests with its side wall against the maxima 10.
- the embodiment shown is therefore particularly suitable for cakes with a straight side wall.
- the vertical wall 3 describes a zigzag course and the formations 4 are designed as kinks.
- Fig. 9 shows that, in the embodiment shown, the formations 4, with the exception of the outermost formations 4 located at the end region 11, have a uniform radius.
- the radius determines the bearing surface of the side wall of the cake.
- the uniform radius leads to an even distribution on the side wall of the cake in the event of lateral forces, e.g. lateral impacts.
- Fig. 10 shows that the radius is somewhat larger at the end regions 11.
- the end regions 11 are designed so that they enclose a 45 ° angle with the first straight line.
- Two molded parts 2 are in contact with one another in the end regions 11 in such a way that they are arranged at right angles to one another.
- the end regions 11 can be designed to be compressible, so that the 45 ° angle is only reached when the molded parts 2 are put together.
- Fig. 9 shows, in the embodiment shown, the four molded parts 2 are in contact with one another in the end regions 11. That is to say, each molded part 2 is in contact with a further molded part 2 in each end region 11.
- Opposite molded parts 2 are mirror-symmetrical to one another. The fact that four identical molded parts 2 are provided, a square arrangement is achieved. This enables, on the one hand, a uniform distribution of the upsetting pressure over all four molded parts 2. This results in a particularly stable embodiment. On the other hand, rectangular packaging can easily be palletized and space-saving transport is possible.
- the interior 15 is provided for receiving the objects.
- the interior 15 is laterally delimited by the four molded parts 2.
- the interior 15 is cuboid in the embodiment shown. This embodiment is therefore very suitable for square cakes. On its underside, the interior 15 is delimited by the floor area 1.
- Fig. 13 shows that the shaped parts 2 each extend over the entire width of the bottom surface 1 in their longitudinal extension.
- the floor area 1 is square and designed as a flat floor plate.
- the molded parts 2 rest with the lower end face 6 of the vertical wall 3 on the bottom surface 1.
- The2012nwandung 3 is on the The entire course is aligned perpendicular to the floor surface 1.
- the upsetting pressure can thereby be transferred particularly well to the bottom surface 1 via the molded parts 2.
- the bottom surface 1 is delimited perpendicularly on all four sides by the outer wall 16. Slipping of the molded parts 2 from the floor surface can thus be prevented.
- the molded parts 2 are therefore held together by the outer wall 16. Slipping of the molded parts 2 on the floor surface is also avoided.
- the outer wall 16 ends at the level of the upper end face 7. This ensures that the molded parts 2 are secured against slipping or falling over and are held in their position on the bottom surface 1. This enables the packaging to absorb even greater compression pressures.
- outer packaging can be provided.
- a shrink-wrap or a cardboard slipcase can advantageously be provided as the outer packaging.
- Other common options are also possible.
- the interior 15 is divided by molded parts 2.
- the shape of the interior 15 can be designed as desired.
- molded parts 2, the maxima 10 of which lie on an elliptical arc, can be used for packaging cakes with an oval circumference.
- the molded parts 2 have a uniform, uniform wall thickness of 2 mm. Wall thicknesses of 0.5-10 mm, in particular 1.5-3 mm, are possible.
- the bottom surface 1 and the outer wall 16 consist of cardboard in the illustrated embodiments, but can also be made of any other suitable material.
