- the yarn is then clamped between the mobile blade plate 16 and the yarn clamping plate 15, and is then cut off once the mobile blade plate 16 moves to a position where the yarn touches the fixed blade plate 17. More details of the cutting operation can be referred from the U.S. Patent No. 9,441,317 , and shall be omitted herein.
- these driving units 11 are arranged in a matrix. Taking the electronic yarn changing device 10 capable of six-color yarn changing in Fig. 2 for example, these driving units 11 are stacked and arranged in a 2x3 matrix. On the other hand, when these driving units 11 are arranged in a matrix, these impelling plates 12 respectively extend into gaps among these driving units 11, so as to prevent from interfering operations of other components. Further, the arrangement of this embodiment further minimizes the thickness of the electronic yarn changing device 10, further increasing the number of yarns that can be fed by the circular knitting machine.
- each driving unit 11 may be a pneumatic tank.
- the pneumatic tank includes a tank 111 and a pushing rod 112 penetrating the tank 111.
- each of the impelling plates 12 includes two of the connecting portions (121, 124),which are spaced and respectively connected the ends of the pushing rod 112.
- the two connecting portions (121, 124) are driven and moved to further push the impelling plate 12.
- the driving unit 11 may also be a stepping motor 20.
- An output shaft 201 of the stepping motor 20 may be provided with a gear 202, and the connecting portion 121 of the impelling plate 12 may be implemented by a rack.
- the gear 202 pushes the connecting portion 121 implemented in form of a rack to move the impelling plate 12.
- the yarn clamping plate 15 and the fixed blade plate 17 respectively comprise a plurality of installation holes (153, 171).

Claims (9)
- Dispositif de changement de fil électronique (10) pour une machine à tricoter circulaire, comprenant :
au moins deux unités d'entraînement (11), commandées individuellement par un signal électronique ; le dispositif de changement de fil électronique étant caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend en outre :au moins deux plaques de propulsion (12), assemblées respectivement aux unités d'entraînement (11), entraînées respectivement par les unités d'entraînement (11) pour réaliser un mouvement unidimensionnel, chacune des plaques de propulsion (12) comprenant au moins une partie de liaison (121) montée avec l'unité d'entraînement (11), une partie d'extension (122) s'étendant à partir de la partie de liaison (121) et parallèle à une direction de mouvement de la plaque de propulsion (12), et deux parties de poussée (123) s'étendant individuellement à partir de la partie d'extension (122), espacées d'une première distance (90) et perpendiculaires à la direction de mouvement de la plaque de propulsion (12) ; etau moins deux unités d'alimentation de fil (13), disposées côte à côte, chacune des unités d'alimentation de fil (13) comportant séquentiellement une plaque d'alimentation de fil (14), une plaque de serrage de fil (15), une plaque de lame mobile (16) et une plaque de lame fixe (17), la plaque d'alimentation de fil (14) comprenant une partie incurvée (141) ayant une longueur égale à la première distance (90) et parallèle à la direction de mouvement de la plaque de propulsion (12), et une partie d'alimentation de fil (142) s'étendant à partir de la partie incurvée (141) et perpendiculaire à la direction de mouvement de la plaque de propulsion (12), la plaque de serrage de fil (15) comprenant une pluralité de colonnes de guidage (151) disposées en correspondance de la partie incurvée (141) de telle sorte que la plaque d'alimentation de fil (14) est amenée à réaliser un mouvement bidimensionnel lorsque poussée par la plaque de propulsion (12), et des trous traversants (152) prévus de manière correspondante entre deux parties de poussée (123), la plaque de lame mobile (16) comprenant une partie corps (161), une partie lame de coupe (162) s'étendant à partir de la partie corps (161) et perpendiculaire à la direction de mouvement de la plaque de propulsion (12), et deux tiges de commande (163) prévues sur la partie corps (161) et faisant respectivement saillie vers les deux trous traversants (152) pour amener la plaque de lame mobile (16) à être propulsée par l'une des parties de poussée (123) et réaliser un mouvement unidimensionnel, et une seconde distance (91) inférieure à la première distance (90) étant présente entre les deux tiges de commande (163). - Dispositif de changement de fil électronique (10) pour une machine à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chacune des unités d'entraînement (11) est un réservoir pneumatique.
- Dispositif de changement de fil électronique (10) pour une machine à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le réservoir pneumatique comprend un réservoir (111) et une tige de poussée (112) pénétrant dans le réservoir (111), et chacune des plaques de propulsion (12) comprend deux des parties de liaison (121, 124) qui sont espacées et reliées respectivement à des extrémités de la tige de poussée (112).
- Dispositif de changement de fil électronique (10) pour une machine à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel la plaque de serrage de fil (15) et la plaque de lame fixe (17) comprennent respectivement une pluralité de trous d'installation (153, 171), et chacune de la pluralité de colonnes de guidage (151) est formée par un arbre horizontal pénétrant à travers la pluralité de trous d'installation (153, 171) qui sont situés sur la même ligne axiale.
- Dispositif de changement de fil électronique (10) pour une machine à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les unités d'entraînement (11) sont disposées dans une matrice.
- Dispositif de changement de fil électronique (10) pour une machine à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 5, comprenant en outre deux plaques de logement de protection (19), qui sont disposées sur deux côtés externes opposés des unités d'alimentation de fil (13), respectivement.
- Dispositif de changement de fil électronique (10) pour une machine à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant en outre une unité de commande électrique (18) reliée aux unités d'entraînement (11).
- Dispositif de changement de fil électronique (10) pour une machine à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chacune des unités d'entraînement (11) est un moteur pas-à-pas (20).
- Dispositif de changement de fil électronique (10) pour une machine à tricoter circulaire selon la revendication 8, dans lequel le moteur pas-à-pas (20) comprend un arbre de sortie (201) et un engrenage (202) disposé à une extrémité de l'arbre de sortie (201), et la partie de liaison (121) de la plaque de propulsion (12) est une crémaillère.
