Claims (14)

  1. Toilet-seat arrangement (1) comprising at least one swing-action element (2), having two spaced-apart hinge parts (3), and
    a fastening element (4), by means of which the at least one swing-action element (2) can be connected to a toilet bowl (5) in a pivotable manner via the hinge parts (3),
    wherein the fastening element (4) has a first hinge mount (6) for one of the two hinge parts (3) and a second hinge mount (7) for the other one of the two hinge parts (3), and
    wherein the fastening element (4) has two clamping portions (8, 9), by means of which the fastening element (4) can be clamped in relation to the toilet bowl (5), characterized in that the two clamping portions (8, 9) are connected to one another via a resilient rod (10), wherein hinge mounts (6, 7), the clamping portions (8, 9) and the rod (10) are formed in one piece.
  2. Toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the rod (2) is designed in a resilient manner such that the two clamping portions (8, 9) can be moved resiliently from a starting position into an installation position and, in the installed state, are located in a clamping position, which is located between the starting position and the installation position, such that the spring force which is provided by the resilient rod (10) gives rise to a clamping force (K), by means of which the fastening element (4) can be clamped in relation to the toilet bowl (5).
  3. Toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that an interspace (Z) is located between the two clamping portions (8, 9), wherein the interspace (Z) is bounded on one side by the rod (2), wherein, on a side which is directed towards the interspace (Z), the clamping portions (8, 9) are provided with a convex surface (11), which engages in an undercut (12) on the toilet bowl (5).
  4. Toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rod (10) merges in arcuate fashion into the respective clamping portion; and/or in that the rod (10) is designed in the form of a flexible rod; and/or in that the rod (10) has a square or round or rectangular or elliptical cross section; and/or in that the rod (10) extends along a curved line or along a straight line.
  5. Toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fastening element (4) is designed symmetrically in relation to a plane of symmetry (S) running transversely and centrally through the rod (10).
  6. Toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hinge mounts (6, 7) are located on the outer side in each case in relation to the respective clamping portion (8, 9); or in that the hinge mounts (6, 7) are located on the inner side in each case in relation to the respective clamping portion (8, 9).
  7. Toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the two clamping portions (8, 9) are located opposite one another and are arranged, in particular, at the ends of the rod (10); and in that the two hinge mounts (6, 7) are located opposite one another and are arranged, in particular, at the ends of the rod (10).
  8. Toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hinge mounts (6, 7) are open in the upward direction such that the at least one swing-action element (2) can be pushed, by way of its hinge parts (3), into the hinge mounts (6, 7) from above; and/or in that the hinge mounts (6, 7) and the hinge parts (3) are connected to one another mechanically, wherein the connection is a latching connection or a quick-locking mechanism, which can be released in particular without any tools being used.
  9. Toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the two hinge parts (3) on the swing-action element are arranged rigidly in relation to one another via the swing-action element (2), wherein, when the two hinge parts (3) are located in the respective hinge mount (6, 7), the hinge parts (3) form a stop for the clamping portions (8, 9) such that, with the hinge parts (3) inserted, the clamping portions (8, 9) cannot be disengaged from the toilet bowl.
  10. Toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one swing-action element (2) is a seat (13) or a lid (14); and/or in that one swing-action element (2) is arranged in the form of a seat (13) and one swing-action element (2) is arranged in the form of a lid (14), wherein the hinge parts (3) of the seat (13) and the hinge parts (3) of the lid (14) are located preferably in a common hinge mount (6, 7) in each case.
  11. Toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fastening element (4) is made of metal, in particular of steel.
  12. Arrangement comprising a toilet bowl (5) and a toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the toilet bowl (5) has two mounts (15), wherein in each case one of the clamping portions (8, 9) projects into in each case one of the mounts (15).
  13. Arrangement according to Claim 12, characterized in that the mounts (15) each have an undercut (12), wherein the clamping portions (8, 9) engage in the undercut (12);
    and/or
    in that the mounts (15) are accessible from two opposite sides;
    and/or
    in that an elevated region (19) extends away from a bearing surface, on which the at least one swing-action element (2) rests, wherein the mount extends laterally into the elevated region (19), and wherein the interspace (Z) between the two clamping portions (8, 9) is filled by said elevated region (19) .
  14. Method for assembling a toilet-seat arrangement (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that, in a first step, the fastening element (4) is connected to the toilet bowl (5); and
    in that, in a second step, the hinge parts (3) of the swing-action element are positioned in the hinge mounts (6, 7).
