Claims (8)

  1. Machine de fabrication d'articles à fumer en forme de tige (1), comprenant :
    - des moyens de déroulement (2) servant à dérouler au moins un rouleau (2a) de bande (100) de matière pour l'industrie du tabac ; la bande (100) étant adaptée pour être déroulée le long d'une direction d'alimentation (X) longitudinale ;
    - des premiers moyens de coupe (3) servant à couper la bande (100), situés en aval des moyens de déroulement (2) et configurés pour recevoir et couper la bande (100) de manière à créer une pluralité de rubans longitudinaux (101) le long de la direction d'alimentation (X) longitudinale, les premiers moyens de coupe (3) comprenant au moins un premier rouleau (4) et un second rouleau (5) agissant conjointement l'un avec l'autre et configurés pour créer la pluralité de rubans longitudinaux (101) sur la bande (100) coulissant entre les rouleaux (4, 5) ;
    - des moyens de regroupement et de convoyage (10) configurés pour regrouper et convoyer les rubans longitudinaux (101) provenant des premiers moyens de coupe (3) pour créer au moins un flux continu (100') ;
    - une garniture de mise en forme (12) configurée pour recevoir au moins un flux continu (100') et pour l'enrouler progressivement dans une bande de papier (13) pour former au moins une tige continue (100"), l'au moins une tige continue (100") comprenant une pluralité de rubans longitudinaux (101) ;
    - des seconds moyens de coupe (14), servant à couper l'au moins une tige continue (100"), situés en aval de la garniture de mise en forme (12) et configurés pour couper l'au moins une tige continue (100") en une pluralité d'articles à fumer en forme de tige ;
    - des moyens de formage (7) pour réaliser une pluralité de zones longitudinales (103) à pliage facile de telle manière que chaque ruban longitudinal (101) comporte au moins une zone longitudinale (103) à pliage facile,
    dans laquelle les moyens de formage (7), servant à réaliser une pluralité de zones longitudinales (103) à pliage facile, sont situés sur le premier rouleau (4) et comprennent au moins une entre :
    - une pluralité de disques de sertissage (8) configurés pour comprimer la bande (100) de telle manière que chaque zone longitudinale (103) à pliage facile comporte au moins un sertissage longitudinal ;
    - une pluralité de disques d'entaillure (9) de diamètre réduit configurés pour couper partiellement l'épaisseur de la bande (100) de telle sorte que chaque zone longitudinale (103) à pliage facile comporte au moins une ligne d'entaille longitudinale ;
    et dans laquelle le premier rouleau (4) comprend également une pluralité de disques de coupe (6), de préférence rotatifs, configurés pour réaliser des rubans longitudinaux (101) comportant des bords (102) droits ou ondulés ou en zigzag, le second rouleau (5) étant lisse.
  2. Machine (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle chaque disque de coupe (6) a un profil de coupe droit ou ondulé ou en zigzag.
  3. Machine (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les disques de coupe (6) sont alternés avec les disques de sertissage (8) et/ou avec les disques d'entaillure (9) de diamètre réduit, de sorte que chaque ruban longitudinal (101) comprend au moins un sertissage ou une ligne d'entaille.
  4. Machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les moyens de regroupement et de convoyage (10) comprennent au moins un élément (11) en forme d'entonnoir comportant une section transversale (11a) d'entrée adaptée pour recevoir les rubans longitudinaux (101) et une section transversale (11b) de sortie adaptée pour expulser le flux continu (100') formé lorsque les rubans longitudinaux (101) sont alimentés à travers l'élément (11) en forme d'entonnoir, les moyens de regroupement et de convoyage (10) comprenant de préférence au moins deux éléments (11) en forme d'entonnoir juxtaposés horizontalement ou au moins partiellement superposés.
  5. Machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, comprenant des moyens d'aspiration associés aux moyens de regroupement et de convoyage (10) et configurés pour faciliter le regroupement des rubans longitudinaux (101).
  6. Machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, comprenant au moins un dispositif servant à appliquer un additif sur la bande et/ou sur les rubans longitudinaux (101), par exemple un liquide ou des particules métalliques.
  7. Machine (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, comprenant un dispositif servant à réduire la charge électrostatique de la matière pour l'industrie du tabac, de préférence situé en amont des premiers moyens de coupe (3).
  8. Machine (1) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, comprenant au moins un capteur de détection configuré pour détecter le bourrage et/ou les ruptures dans les rubans longitudinaux (101), l'au moins un capteur de détection étant de préférence situé entre les premiers moyens de coupe (3) et les moyens de regroupement et de convoyage (10).
