- As illustrated in
FIG. 1 to FIG. 5 , this embodiment provides a replaceable lipstick container. The replaceable lipstick container includes a rotatingmember 10, anouter base 20 and anouter cover 40. The rotatingmember 10 is used to mount a lipstick. Theouter cover 40 and theouter base 20 define a closed space for enclosing the rotatingmember 10. The rotatingmember 10 includes aninner base 11 and asleeve 12. Theinner base 11 and thesleeve 12 are rotatably coupled to each other. When theinner base 11 rotates relative to thesleeve 12, the lipstick is exposed from or retracted into the sleeve. Theouter base 20 includes amounting groove 21 for mounting the rotatingmember 10. When the rotatingmember 10 is positioned in themounting groove 21 of theouter base 20, theouter base 20 may drive the rotatingmember 10 to rotate. That is, theouter base 20 drives theinner base 11 to rotate relative to thesleeve 12. - In this specific embodiment, when the rotating
member 10 is positioned in themounting groove 21 of theouter base 20, theinner base 11 and theouter base 20 are coupled to each other via a magnetic coupling member. The magnetic coupling member axially positions theinner base 11 and theouter base 20. The axial positioning herein refers to that when no external force is applied, theouter base 20 and the rotatingmember 10 are securely coupled to each other axially. That is, the rotatingmember 10 may not slide away from the mounting groove of theouter base 20. Where the rotating member needs to be replaced, a sufficiently great axial force is applied to the rotatingmember 10, such that a magnetic attraction force between the magnetic coupling members is not sufficiently great to secure the rotatingmember 10 to theouter base 20, and thus the rotatingmember 10 is removed from theouter base 20. - In this specific embodiment, the magnetic coupling member includes a first
magnetic member 31 and a secondmagnetic member 32. The firstmagnetic member 31 is a magnet, and the secondmagnetic member 32 is a ferromagnetic metal. The firstmagnetic member 31 is arranged on theinner base 11, and the secondmagnetic member 32 is arranged on the mountinggroove 21 of theouter base 20. When the rotatingmember 10 is positioned in the mountinggroove 21 of theouter base 20, the firstmagnetic member 31 and the secondmagnetic member 32 are in contact, such that theinner base 11 and theouter base 20 are axially positioned via a magnetic attraction force. - Specifically, the first
magnetic member 31 is positioned at a bottom of theinner base 11, the secondmagnetic member 32 is positioned on a bottom surface of the mountinggroove 21 of theouter base 20, and when the firstmagnetic member 31 and the secondmagnetic member 32 are in contact, the firstmagnetic member 31 and the secondmagnetic member 32 are in contact with each other via a planar surface. In addition, the firstmagnetic member 31 is detachably arranged on theinner base 11. Such configuration may ensure that the firstmagnetic member 31 is cyclically used. After use of the lipstick, an external force is applied to the rotatingmember 10 to remove the rotatingmember 10 from theouter base 20. It should be noted that in this case, the firstmagnetic member 31 is still secured to theinner base 11 of the rotatingmember 10. After the rotatingmember 10 is removed from theouter base 20, the firstmagnetic member 31 is removed from theinner base 11 of the rotatingmember 10, and a new rotatingmember 10 is assembled. That is, when a rotatingmember 10 with a non-used lipstick is assembled, the firstmagnetic member 31 is secured again to the new rotatingmember 10. That is, only one firstmagnetic member 31 needs to be configured for oneouter base 20 that may be cyclically used. Only one firstmagnetic member 31 may be configured to a plurality of rotatingmembers 10 for replacement. In this way, the total manufacturing cost of the lipstick container is reduced. - In this specific embodiment, the
inner base 11 and theouter base 20 are radially positioned via engagement of concave and convex portions. The radial positioning herein refers to that when theouter base 20 rotates, theouter base 20 may simultaneously drive theinner base 11 to rotate. That is, when theouter base 20 rotates, under the effect of the engagement of the concave and convex portions, theinner base 11 rotates together with theouter base 20, and theinner base 11 rotates relative to thesleeve 12. Specifically, an outer side wall of theinner base 11 is provided with a first concave and convex structure, a bottom inner side wall of the mountinggroove 21 is provided with a second concave and convex structure. When the rotating member 1-is inserted into theouter base 20, the first concave and convex structure on theinner base 11 and the second concave and convex structure on theouter base 20 are engaged to radially position the rotatingmember 10 and theouter base 20. When theouter base 20 rotates, under the effect of the engagement of the first concave and convex structure and the second concave and convex structure, theinner base 11 rotates together with theouter base 20, and theinner base 11 rotates relative to thesleeve 12. - In this specific embodiment, the outer cover, the outer base and the first magnetic member of the replaceable lipstick container may all be cyclically used. This greatly reduces the manufacturing cost of the lipstick container, and effectively reduces the pollution caused by the discarded lipstick container to the environment.
- Nevertheless, in other specific embodiment of the replaceable lipstick container according to the present application, the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member may be both made of a magnet or a ferromagnetic metal according to the actual needs, as long as when the two magnetic members are in contact with each other, these two members may be securely coupled to each other via a magnetic attraction force; the first magnetic member may also be securely arranged on the inner base of the rotating member; the engagement of the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member may also be adjusted according to the actual needs; and the radial securing between the outer base and the inner base of the rotating member may also be adjusted according to the actual needs. These details are not described herein any further.
- This embodiment additionally illustrates a replaceable lipstick container according to the present application. The structure of the replaceable lipstick container is substantially the same as that described in the specific embodiment 1. The difference lies in that in these two embodiment, configurations of the magnetic coupling members are different. In this specific embodiment, the outer side wall of the inner base and the inner side wall of the mounting groove are both arc-shaped side walls, the first magnetic member is arranged on the side wall of the inner base, the second magnetic member is arranged on the bottom inner side wall of the mounting groove, and when the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are in contact, the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are in contact with each other via a curved surface. As compared with the specific embodiment 1, in this specific embodiment, a contact area between the rotating member and the outer base is even greater, and the coupling effect thereof is better.
- Nevertheless, in other embodiment, even if the two magnetic members are both arranged on the side wall, these two magnetic members may also be in contact with each other via a planar surface or other irregular planar surface, which needs to be determined according to external profiles of the inner base and the outer base.
- This embodiment additionally illustrates a replaceable lipstick container according to the present application. The structure of the replaceable lipstick container is substantially the same as that described in the specific embodiment 1. The difference lies in that in these two embodiment, configurations of the magnetic coupling members are different. In this specific embodiment, the first magnetic member is integrally formed with the inner base, and the second magnetic member is integrally formed with the outer base. That is, the inner base may be integrally made of a magnet or a ferromagnetic material, the outer base may be integrally made of a magnetic or a ferromagnetic material, or the mounting groove of the outer base is partially made of a magnet or a ferromagnetic material.
- Such configurations simplify the structure of the lipstick container, such that the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member do not need to be separately arranged. In addition, the magnetic coupling between the rotating member and the outer base is further enhanced.
- Nevertheless, in other specific embodiment, the first magnetic member may be separately arranged, and the second magnetic member is integrally formed with the outer base; or the second magnetic member is separately arranged, and the first magnetic member is integrally formed with the inner base.
- This embodiment additionally illustrates a replaceable lipstick container according to the present application. The structure of the replaceable lipstick container is substantially the same as that described in the specific embodiment 1. The difference lies in that in these two embodiment, configurations of the specific structure for radial positioning the outer base and the inner base are different. In this specific embodiment, the magnetic coupling member includes a first magnetic member and a second magnetic member. The first magnetic member is provided with a first concave and convex structure, and the second magnetic member is provided with a second concave and convex structure. When the rotating member is positioned in the outer base, the first concave and convex structure and the second concave and convex structure are engaged to radially position the inner base and the outer base. When the outer base rotates, under the effect of the engagement of the first concave and convex structure and the second concave and convex structure, the inner base rotates together with the outer base, and the inner base rotates relative to the sleeve.
- Specific embodiment 5This embodiment additionally illustrates a replaceable lipstick container according to the present application. The structure of the replaceable lipstick container is substantially the same as that described in any one of the specific embodiment 1 to 4. The difference lies in that the manners of radially positioning the outer base and the inner base in the rotating member are different.
- In the specific embodiment 1 to 4, in the lipstick container, the inner base and the outer base are radially positioned via the engagement transmission of the concave and convex portions between the inner base and the outer base. However, in this specific embodiment, the inner base and the outer base are radially positioned via a magnetic attraction force. When the magnetic attraction force between the magnet coupling members is sufficiently great, under the effect of an external force, the outer base rotates, and when a static friction force generated by the magnetic attraction force between the magnetic coupling members between the magnetic coupling members is greater than the external force, the inner base rotates together with the outer base, such that the inner base rotates relative to the sleeve. In this way, the lipstick is raised or falls.
