Claims (15)

  1. Table de cuisson (10) comprenant au moins un dispositif de surveillance (16), dans laquelle :
    - la table de cuisson (10) inclut au moins une zone de cuisson (12 ; 28),
    - le dispositif de surveillance (16) est connecté à la table de cuisson (10) par l'intermédiaire d'au moins une connexion de signal électrique avec et/ou sans fil,
    - le dispositif de surveillance (16) inclut au moins un système capteur (22),
    - le dispositif de surveillance (16) inclut au moins un support allongé (18 ; 24) pour supporter le système capteur (22),
    - le support (18 ; 24) est déplaçable entre un état de non-fonctionnement et un état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16), et
    - le système capteur (22) est dirigé, à partir du dessus, vers au moins une zone de cuisson (12 ; 28) dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16),
    - caractérisée en ce que le système capteur (22) est prévu pour détecter un changement de la couleur de l'aliment sur la table de cuisson (10), et
    - le système capteur en raison du changement de la couleur de l'aliment reconnaît si la nourriture est prête ou doit être retournée.
  2. Table de cuisson selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que
    le système capteur (22) inclut au moins une caméra, au moins un capteur infrarouge et/ou au moins un réseau de capteurs infrarouges.
  3. Table de cuisson selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que
    le système capteur (22) est agencé au-dessus de la table de cuisson (10) dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16), dans laquelle, de préférence, le système capteur (22) est agencé au-dessus du centre de la table de cuisson (10) dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16).
  4. Table de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le système capteur (22) est agencé dans une partie d'extrémité du support (18 ; 24), éloignée en ce qui concerne la table de cuisson (10), dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16).
  5. Table de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le support (18 ; 24) est déplaçable par un moteur et/ou manuellement par un utilisateur.
  6. Table de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de surveillance (16) inclut au moins un bras pivotant (18) et au moins une articulation (20), dans laquelle ledit bras pivotant (18) sert de support (18) pour supporter le système capteur (22), et dans laquelle l'articulation (20) est reliée entre le bras pivotant (18) et la table de cuisson (10), et dans laquelle le bras pivotant (18) pivote entre l'état de non-fonctionnement et l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16).
  7. Table de cuisson selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le bras pivotant (18) est déplaçable manuellement et/ou par un élément ressort, dans laquelle de préférence le bras pivotant (18) est déplaçable de l'état de non-fonctionnement à l'état de fonctionnement par l'élément ressort et de l'état de fonctionnement à l'état de non-fonctionnement manuellement par l'utilisateur.
  8. Table de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de surveillance (16) inclut au moins une colonne (24), dans laquelle ladite colonne (24) sert de support (24) pour supporter le système capteur (22), et dans laquelle la colonne (24) est abaissée à l'intérieur de la table de cuisson (10) dans l'état de non-fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16), et dans laquelle la colonne (24) s'étend verticalement ou est inclinée au-dessus de la table de cuisson (10) dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16).
  9. Table de cuisson selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la colonne (24) est sous forme de barre télescopique.
  10. Table de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le système capteur (22) est prévu pour détecter la température sur les zones de cuisson (12 ; 28).
  11. Table de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le système capteur (22) est prévu pour détecter la présence, le placement et/ou la taille d'un ustensile de cuisson sur la table de cuisson (10).
  12. Table de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le système capteur (22) est prévu pour détecter le type, la taille et/ou la couleur d'un aliment sur la table de cuisson (10).
  13. Table de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le système capteur (22) est prévu pour détecter un déplacement de l'ustensile de cuisson et/ou de l'aliment sur la table de cuisson (10).
  14. Table de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la table de cuisson (10) inclut au moins une interface utilisateur (14), dans laquelle le système capteur (22) est dirigé sur ladite interface utilisateur (14) dans l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif de surveillance (16), et dans laquelle, de préférence, le système capteur (22) est prévu pour détecter au moins un doigt d'un utilisateur sur l'interface utilisateur (14) afin de reconnaître une opération sur ladite interface utilisateur (14).
  15. Table de cuisson selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la table de cuisson (10) est une table de cuisson à gaz et/ou une table de cuisson électrique, particulièrement une table de cuisson à induction et/ou les zones de cuisson peuvent être jointes, particulièrement deux, ou plus, zones de cuisson peut être reliées en une seule zone de cuisson.
