Claims (12)

  1. Module de bâtiment (23) destiné à fabriquer des bâtiments à plusieurs étages (18), dans lequel le module de bâtiment (23) présente deux parois latérales (24) rectangulaires orientées de manière parallèle l'une par rapport à l'autre, un élément de plancher (25) rectangulaire relié aux deux parois latérales (24) et un élément de plafond (26) rectangulaire relié aux deux parois latérales (24), dans lequel les parois latérales (24) sont disposées sur l'élément de plancher (25) dans des sections de bord de plancher (27) de l'élément de plancher (25), dans lequel l'élément de plafond (26) est disposé sur les parois latérales (24) dans des sections de bord de plafond (28) de l'élément de plafond (26), dans lequel les parois latérales (24), l'élément de plancher (25) et l'élément de plafond (26) présentent la même longueur et dans lequel une largeur (29) des sections de bord de plancher (27) et des sections de bord de plafond (28) correspond respectivement à une épaisseur de paroi latérale (30) si bien que les parois latérales (24) sont disposées totalement entre l'élément de plancher (25) et l'élément de plafond (26), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de plafond (26) est formé par un élément de construction plat (1, 19) avec une surface de base rectangulaire, dans lequel l'élément de construction (1, 19) présente, dans au moins une section de bord latéral (2, 20), des évidements (4, 21), entre lesquels des parties faisant saillie (5, 22) sont formées, si bien que deux éléments de construction plats (1, 19) peuvent être disposés de telle sorte que les parties faisant saillie (5, 22) d'un élément de construction (1, 19) viennent en prise avec les évidements (4, 21) de l'autre élément de construction (1, 19) et inversement, dans lequel la section de bord latéral (2, 20) est interrompue en totalité par chacun des évidements (4, 21), et l'élément de plafond (26) présente précisément ainsi dans les sections de bord de plafond (28) des évidements de plafond (31, 39), entre lesquels des parties faisant saillie de plafond (32, 40) sont formées, dans lequel les sections de bord de plafond (28) sont interrompues respectivement en totalité par les évidements de plafond (31, 39), que l'élément de plancher (25) est formé par l'élément de construction plat (1, 19) avec une surface de base rectangulaire, dans lequel l'élément de construction (1, 19) présente dans au moins une section de bord latéral (2, 9, 13, 20) des évidements (4, 21), entre lesquels des parties faisant saillie (5, 22) sont formées si bien que deux éléments de construction plats (1, 19) peuvent être disposés de telle sorte que les parties faisant saillie (5, 22) d'un élément de construction (1, 19) viennent en prise avec les évidements (4, 21) de l'autre élément de construction (1, 19) et inversement, dans lequel la section de bord latéral (2, 20) est interrompue en totalité par chacun des évidements (4, 21), et l'élément de plancher (25) présente précisément ainsi dans les sections de bord de plancher (27) des évidements de plancher (33, 37), entre lesquels des parties faisant saillie de plancher (34, 38) sont formées, dans lequel les sections de bord de plancher (27) sont interrompues respectivement en totalité par les évidements de plancher (33, 37), et que les évidements de plafond (31, 39) et les parties faisant saillie de plafond (32, 40) et les évidements de plancher (33, 37) et les parties faisant saillie de plancher (34, 38) sont adaptés les uns aux autres de telle sorte que les parties faisant saillie de plafond (32, 40) peuvent venir en prise avec les évidements de plancher (33, 37) et les parties faisant saillie de plancher (34, 38) peuvent venir en prise avec les évidements de plafond (31, 39) lorsque deux modules de bâtiment (23) sont disposés de manière décalée l'un au-dessus de l'autre.
  2. Module de bâtiment (23) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les évidements (4, 21) et les parties faisant saillie (5, 22) présentent les mêmes dimensions.
  3. Module de bâtiment (23) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la section de bord latéral (2, 20) s'étend en totalité le long d'une arête latérale (6) de l'élément de construction (1, 19).
  4. Module de bâtiment (23) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de construction (1, 19) présente d'autres sections de bord latéral (2, 20) avec d'autres évidements (4, 21) et parties faisant saillie (5, 22).
  5. Module de bâtiment (23) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de construction (1, 19) présente des sections de bord latéral (2, 20) avec d'autres évidements (4, 21) et parties faisant saillie (5, 22) sur au moins deux côtés se faisant face l'un l'autre de l'élément de construction (1, 19).
  6. Module de bâtiment (23) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parois latérales (24) sont vissées à l'élément de plancher (25) et à l'élément de plafond (26).
  7. Module de bâtiment (23) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sont insérées dans des côtés frontaux des parois latérales (24) des premières parties de liaison de côté frontal, avec lesquelles des parois latérales (24) de deux modules de bâtiment (23) disposés l'un au-dessus de l'autre peuvent être vissées les unes aux autres.
  8. Module de bâtiment (23) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sont insérées dans les côtés frontaux des parois latérales (24) des deuxièmes parties de liaison de côté frontal, avec lesquelles les parois latérales (24) peuvent être vissées à une paroi disposée sur les côtés frontaux des parois latérales (24).
  9. Bâtiment à plusieurs étages (18) avec des modules de bâtiment (23) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel chaque étage du bâtiment (18) présente des modules de bâtiment (23) disposés à distance les uns par rapport aux autres en une rangée et dans lequel les modules de bâtiment (23) sont disposés de manière décalée les uns par rapport aux autres d'étage en étage si bien que les parties faisant saillie de plancher (34, 38) d'un module de bâtiment (23) disposé à un étage supérieur viennent en prise avec des évidements de plafond (31, 39) de deux modules de bâtiment (23) disposés de manière adjacente d'un étage situé en dessous.
  10. Bâtiment à plusieurs étages (18) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que des parois latérales (24) disposées les unes au-dessus des autres de différents modules de bâtiment (23) sont vissées les unes aux autres sur les côtés frontaux des parois latérales (24).
  11. Bâtiment à plusieurs étages (18) selon la revendication 9 ou la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le bâtiment à plusieurs étages (18) présente une paroi latérale frontale disposée sur un côté frontal de bâtiment du bâtiment (18) formé par des côtés frontaux des modules de bâtiment (23), dans lequel la paroi latérale frontale est vissée aux côtés frontaux, tournés vers le côté frontal de bâtiment, des parois latérales (24) des modules de bâtiment (23).
  12.
