Claims (9)
- Baguette de recouvrement (10) destinée à être appliquée sur un élément de montage (1) tel que par exemple un châssis dormant de porte ou de fenêtre au niveau de la transition avec une zone de paroi ou d'enduit (2) voisine, comprenant un profilé de recouvrement (11) qui peut être fixé sur l'élément de montage (1), la baguette de recouvrement (10) comprenant un système d'étanchéité intégré comportant une languette d'étanchéité flexible (12) qui est fixée sur le profilé de recouvrement (11) par une première zone de bord (13) dans la direction longitudinale de la baguette de recouvrement (10) et qui comporte sur la seconde zone de bord (14) libre un bourrelet en matériau adhésif (15) à élasticité permanente pour permettre une fixation sur la zone de paroi ou d'enduit (2) voisine,
caractérisée en ce que
la languette d'étanchéité flexible (12) et le bourrelet en matériau adhésif à élasticité permanente (15) du système d'étanchéité intégré sont recouverts du côté visible dans la position de montage conforme, par le profilé de recouvrement (11) et si elle est présente par une lèvre de protection (19). - Baguette de recouvrement (10) conforme à la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
la languette d'étanchéité flexible (12) comporte, sur la première zone de bord (13), sur un côté, une première bande de colle (16) pour permettre sa fixation sur le profilé de recouvrement (11) et sur son autre côté, une seconde bande de colle (17) équipée d'un film de recouvrement (18) pelable pour permettre une fixation conforme sur l'élément de montage (1). - Baguette de recouvrement (10) conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que
le profilé de recouvrement (11) comporte, dans la direction longitudinale de la baguette de recouvrement (10) une lèvre de protection (19) qui s'applique, dans la position de montage conforme de la baguette de recouvrement (10) sur la zone de paroi ou d'enduit (2) voisine. - Baguette de recouvrement (10) conforme à la revendication 3,
caractérisée en ce que
le profilé de recouvrement (11) comporte, sur son bord situé à l'opposé de la zone de paroi ou d'enduit (2) voisine d'une branche de recouvrement (20) dirigée vers l'élément de montage (1). - Baguette de recouvrement (10) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que
la languette d'étanchéité flexible (12) forme, dans la position de montage conforme de la baguette de recouvrement (10), au moins une boucle de mouvement (22) entre ses emplacements de fixation sur le profilé de recouvrement (11) et le bourrelet en matériau adhésif (15) à élasticité permanente. - Baguette de recouvrement (10) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisée en ce que
le profilé de recouvrement (11) et réalisé sous la forme d'une baguette plane. - Baguette de recouvrement (10) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisée en ce que
le profilé de recouvrement (11) est réalisé sous la forme d'une baguette à chambre creuse. - Procédé permettant d'appliquer une baguette de recouvrement (10) conforme à la revendication 1, sur un élément de montage (1), par exemple un châssis dormant de fenêtre ou de porte, selon lequel la fente existant par rapport à une zone de paroi ou d'enduit (2) voisine est remplie d'une mousse in situ (3) par exemple d'une mousse en résine de polyuréthane, et la baguette de recouvrement (10) comporte une languette d'étanchéité flexible (12) qui est fixée sur un profilé de recouvrement (11) par une première zone de bord (13) dans la direction longitudinale de la baguette de recouvrement, et comporte sur sa seconde zone de bord (14) libre un bourrelet en matériau adhésif à élasticité permanente (15),
caractérisé en ce qu'
il comporte des étapes consistant à :- enlever partiellement la mousse in situ (3) au début de la fente entre l'élément de montage (1) et la zone de paroi ou d'enduit (2) pour obtenir un logement (4) ayant une section en forme de coin,- enlever un film de recouvrement (21) du bourrelet en matériau adhésif à élasticité permanente (15),- coller le bourrelet en matériau adhésif à élasticité permanente (15) sur la zone de paroi ou d'enduit (2) dans le logement en forme de coin (4),- enlever un film de recouvrement (18) d'une bande de colle (17) sur la première zone de bord (13) de la languette d'étanchéité (12), et- relever le profilé de recouvrement (11) et coller la bande de colle (17) sur l'élément de montage (1). - Système comprenant une baguette de recouvrement (10) un élément de montage (1) par exemple un châssis dormant de porte ou de fenêtre et une zone de paroi ou d'enduit (2) voisine, la baguette de recouvrement (10) comprenant un profilé de recouvrement (11) qui est fixé sur l'élément de montage (1), la baguette de recouvrement (10) comprenant un système d'étanchéité intégré avec une languette d'étanchéité flexible (12) qui est fixée, par une première zone de bord (13), sur le profilé de recouvrement (11) dans la direction longitudinale de la baguette de recouvrement (10), et comporte, sur sa seconde zone de bord (14) libre un bourrelet en matériau adhésif à élasticité permanente (15) permettant sa fixation sur une zone de paroi ou d'enduit (2) voisine,
