Weiters betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Einbringung und/oder Entnahme wenigstens eines Aufnahmebehälters, insbesondere Arzneimittelbehälters, in eine solche Transport- und/oder Lagervorrichtung. Des Weiteren weist der Stand der Technik darauf hin, Lagerboxen an der Ober- und Unterseite mit verschiedenen Aufnahmen oder Rändern auszuführen, um ein Stapeln der Lagerboxen zu ermöglichen. Derartige Lagerboxen bieten die Möglichkeit, Schüttgut oder Kleinteile einfach und platzsparend zu transportieren oder zu lagern. Solche Lagerboxen sind beispielsweise in der

Es wird die Befüllung einer solchen Transport- und/oder Lagervorrichtung nämlich mittlerweile vorwiegend automatisch ausgeführt, wobei beispielsweise ein Roboterarm Kleinteile in eine solche Transport- und oder Lagervorrichtungen schlichtet. Wenn die Abmessungen der Transport- und/oder Lagervorrichtungen nicht einem Vielfachen der Abmessungen des Inhalts entsprechen, dann ist es nach der Lagerung oder dem Transport allerdings nicht möglich, in gleicher Art und Weise die in die Vorrichtung eingebrachten Kleinteile auch wieder automatisch zu entnehmen, da nach einem Transport oder einer Lagerung nicht mehr davon ausgegangen werden kann, dass sich das Füllgut noch an der gleichen Position befindet. Der Stand der Technik bietet mehrere mögliche Lösungsvarianten, um zuvor genanntes Problem zu lösen, wie beispielsweise die Verwendung einer aufwendigen Sensorik und Regel- / Steuereinheit. Dabei werden die Positionen des Füllgutes in den Transport- und oder Lagervorrichtungen festgestellt und anschließend wird eine Entnahmevorrichtung (beispielsweise ein Roboterarm) durch eine Regel- / Steuereinheit aufgrund der festgestellten Positionen gesteuert oder geregelt. Eine weitere Möglichkeit ist die Bereitstellung von Transport- und/oder Lagervorrichtungen in unterschiedlichen Größen. Claims (15)
- A transport and/or storage apparatus (1) for transporting and/or storing at least one receiving container (8), in particular a drug container, having a top side (15) which is at least region-wise and in particular completely open in order to be able to introduce the receiving container (8) into the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) and/or to be able to remove it from the transport and/or storage apparatus (1), an underside (4) which is opposite to the top side (15) and on which the receiving container (8) can be arranged, and a lateral boundary (2) by way of which the top side (15) is connected to the underside (4), wherein the lateral boundary (2) has at least one moveable device (3) for securing in position the receiving container (8) arranged in the transport and/or storage apparatus (1), wherein the moveable device (3) has an apparatus (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) for moveably connecting the device (3) to the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) and at least one force storage means (24, 34, 35) which is adapted to space the device (3) from the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) and to exert a force on the receiving container (8) arranged in the transport and/or storage apparatus (1), wherein a support surface (16) for the receiving container (8) to stand on is provided on the underside (4), wherein the support surface (16) is delimited by the lateral boundary (2) and the at least one moveable position-securing device (3), wherein provided at the at least one moveable position-securing device (3) is at least one actuating element (6) by means of which the position-securing device (3) is moveable, wherein the support surface (16) can be increased in size by a movement of the at least one moveable position-securing device (3) by way of the at least one actuating element (6), wherein the lateral boundary (2) has precisely four side surfaces which respectively include an angle relative to each other, wherein the underside (4) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) is of a substantially rectangular base configuration, characterised in that arranged at two adjacent side surfaces is at least one moveable position-securing device (3), wherein the moveable devices (3) respectively have a recess (30) for region-wise receiving a further device (3a) for securing the position of receiving containers (8) arranged in the transport and/or storage apparatus (1).
- The transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to claim 1 wherein the apparatus (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) for moveably connecting the device (3) to the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) includes the at least one force storage means (24, 34, 35).
- The transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to claim 1 or claim 2 wherein the device (3) has a delimitation device (25) for delimiting the spacing of the device (3) from the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1), preferably wherein the delimitation device (25) is in the form of a recess (26) in the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) and/or in the form of a retaining device (27) which is connected to the apparatus (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) for moveably connecting the device (3) to the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) and/or is formed by the at least one force storage means (24, 34, 35).
- The transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the device (3) has a support structure (28) at which the apparatus (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) for moveably connecting the device (3) to the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) and the at least one force storage means (24, 34, 35) are arranged, preferably wherein the support structure (28) has a contacting surface (29) for contacting receiving containers (8) arranged in the transport and/or storage apparatus (1).
- The transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4 wherein- the apparatus (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) for moveably connecting the device (3) to the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) is in the form of a sheet metal portion and/or hinges and/or bar and/or force storage means (24, 34, 35), and/or- the at least one force storage means (24, 34, 35) is in two parts and/or is in the form of a spring flap (31), and/or- the device (3) has a restriction device (39), preferably in the form of a flap (40), for restricting the mobility of the device (3) in a direction (R', R") parallel to a longitudinal extent of the device (3).
- The transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5 characterised in that the at least one moveable position-securing device (3) is in one piece with the lateral boundary (2) or is in the form of a component separate from the lateral boundary (2), wherein the at least one moveable device (3) can be preferably subsequently connected to the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) by way of the apparatus (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) for moveably connecting the device (3) to the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1).
- The transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6 characterised in that the at least one moveable position-securing device (3) is so adapted that it can hold the receiving containers (8) arranged in the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) by a positively locking and/or force-locking engagement.
- The transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7 characterised in that the at least one moveable position-securing device (3) is arranged in such a way that it can hold the receiving containers (8) arranged in the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) above and/or below a notional central plane of the lateral boundary (2).
- The transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8 characterised in that the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) has a receiving apparatus (5) for stackably arranging at least two transport and/or storage apparatuses (1).
- The transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9 characterised in that upon a movement of the at least one moveable position-securing device (3) the position of the top side (15) remains unchanged relative to the underside (4) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1).
- The transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 10 characterised in that the at least one actuating element (6) is so arranged that the actuating element (6) is accessible from the outside.
- An arrangement comprising at least one transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 11 and a machine for filling receiving containers (8), in particular drug containers, having at least one introducing and/or removal apparatus with which the receiving containers (8) can be introduced into and/or removed from the at least one transport and/or storage apparatus (1), and at least one actuating apparatus (7) for moving the at least one position-securing device (3) of the receiving containers (8) arranged in the transport and/or storage apparatus (1).
- A method of introducing and/or removing at least one receiving container (8), in particular a drug container, into a transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the at least one receiving container (8) is introduced into the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) by way of the top side (15) and/or the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) is removed by way of the top side (15), wherein the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) has at least one actuating element (6) by means of which the position-securing device (3) is moveable and which is provided at the at least one moveable position-securing device (3), and wherein the at least one actuating element (6) is acted upon with a force, preferably from the outside, at least during introduction and/or removal of the at least one receiving container (8).
- The method of producing a transport and/or storage apparatus (1) including the following method steps:- providing a transport and/or storage apparatus (1) according to one of claims 1 to 11, wherein the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) has a top side (15) which is at least region-wise, preferably completely, open, an underside (4) opposite to the top side (15), and a lateral boundary (2), by way of which the top side (15) is connected to the underside (4),- providing at least one and preferably two position-securing devices (3, 3a), and- connecting the at least one device (3) to the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) by way of the apparatus (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) for moveable connection to the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1).
- The method according to claim 14 wherein prior to the connection of the at least one device (3) to the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) by way of the apparatus (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) for moveable connection to the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) the following step is additionally carried out:- providing at least one and preferably four recesses (26) in the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1) for at least region-wise receiving the apparatus (23, 36, 37, 38, 41) for making the moveable connection, and/or- providing at least one further recess (33) which is preferably separate from the at least one recess (26) in the lateral boundary (2) of the transport and/or storage apparatus (1), by way of which the at least one device (3) can be acted upon with a force so the at least one device (3) can be moved within the transport and/or storage apparatus (1).
