Definitions
- the present invention relates to a Mehrfachrometulpe for connecting an electrical conductor component with an electrical assembly.
- contact elements having a plurality of contact surfaces to the conductor component.
- the current transmitted from the conductor component to the electrical assembly is distributed to the plurality of contact surfaces and reduced correspondingly to each individual contact surface.
- the publication DE 20 2011 110 604 U1 shows a spring pressure piece with two end portions, which are each formed as contact areas.
- the contact areas are provided for installation on a busbar.
- the spring pressure piece is made of a longitudinally extending rail which is looped so that there is an acute angle between the first end portion and a center connecting the end portions and an obtuse angle between the center piece and the second end portion.
- the end portions are therefore arranged at the open ends of the spring pressure piece.
- two such spring plungers are connected together with a contact element to a four-contact spring pressure piece.
- the contact element is arranged on the middle piece of both spring pressure pieces and extends transversely to these.
- the busbar with an electrical assembly is connectable.
- a contact element is known.
- This contact element comprises at least two contact rails extending in a longitudinal direction, which are arranged one above the other and spaced apart in a contact direction.
- the contact rails are connected by a connector.
- the contact element is characterized in that the connecting piece is arranged on a first side of the contact rails on this, and extends in the longitudinal direction and in the contact direction, so that the contact element in a cross-section transverse to the longitudinal direction, which extends through the connecting piece, about u- is formed shaped.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a Mehrfachrometulpe with contact elements in which the current path small, and the contact pressure of the contact surfaces of an electrical conductor component by the other contact surface of the same contact element little affected, and in particular approximately the same, wherein the respective contact element In addition, it is inexpensive to produce.
- the object is achieved with a Mehrfachrometulpe with at least two contact elements.
- Each contact element is in turn provided for connecting an electrical conductor component to an electrical assembly.
- the contact element comprises at least two contact rails extending in a longitudinal direction, which are arranged one above the other and spaced apart in a contact direction.
- the contact rails are therefore not connected to each other along the longitudinal direction, but they each have two open ends.
- the current path therefore does not flow through a loop-shaped center piece, but becomes laterally into the connecting piece directed. Due to the lateral arrangement of the connecting piece of the current path is shortened. A heat caused by the current can therefore be dissipated faster.
- the Mehrfachrometulpe is also provided for abutment with opposite sides of the conductor member.
- the contact elements are arranged mirror-symmetrically to a median plane. They are also arranged one above the other in the contact direction. As a result, the conductor component is jammed between the contact rails.
- the first contact rails which extend beyond the second contact rails in the longitudinal direction, are preferably arranged on the outside, and the second contact rails are arranged on the inside of the multi-contact tulip.
- the connecting piece is preferably arranged in the connection region of the contact elements.
- adjacent connecting pieces of the Mehrfachrometulpe are respectively arranged on opposite narrow sides of the same contact rail. This allows easy insertion of the conductor component between the contact elements. The conductor component is then inserted between the contact elements and into the connection area in the Mehrfachrometulpe.
- the contact rails are not connected together along the longitudinal direction, their angles do not influence directly.
- the contact force with which one of the two contact rails bears against the conductor component is therefore not or almost not influenced by the other contact rail.
- the contact force of the contact rails is therefore essentially independently adjustable.
- the contact rails, in particular their length, their shape and / or the material of which they are made, are preferably dimensioned such that the contact force of the contact rails of the contact element is approximately the same.
- An electrical conductor component according to the invention is both an at least partially planar electrical conductor such as a busbar, as well as an electrically conductive contact surface, for example, on a printed circuit board.
- the front contact rail in the contact direction extends in the longitudinal direction beyond the rear contact rail in the contact direction.
- the contact rails can be arranged one above the other without touching each other.
- the one extending in the longitudinal direction over the other contact rail addition contact rail is also referred to as a first contact rail, and the other contact rail as the second contact rail.
- the contact rails preferably each have a first open end and a second open end opposite the first open end. At its first open end or near the first open end, a contact surface for abutment with the conductor component is provided in each case.
- the contact rails are preferably flat with a broad side of the conductor component.
- the broad side preferably extends in the longitudinal direction and a transverse direction which extends transversely to the longitudinal direction and transversely to the contact direction.
- the contact rails preferably have two narrow sides, which are arranged opposite one another and adjacent to the broad side. The narrow sides preferably extend in the longitudinal direction and in the contact direction.
- the connecting piece is arranged in each case on aligned narrow sides of the contact rails. It is particularly preferably formed in one piece with these, preferably as a stamped and bent component made of a flat strip material. It is particularly preferred that the connecting piece extends just in the longitudinal direction and the contact direction.
- the contact rails are preferably arranged parallel to one another in a connection region in which the connection piece is arranged on the contact rails.
- a connecting angle between the contact rails and the connecting piece is therefore preferably in each case 90 °.
- the contact rails each have at least two or more contact tongues which are arranged next to one another in the transverse direction.
- Each of the contact tongues preferably has a contact surface in each case.
- the contact tongues preferably extend from the connection region to the first open end.
- the contact rails in particular the contact tongues, are bent or bent in the contact direction. For this they preferably have an obtuse-angled kink.
- the contact tongues are each formed arc-shaped on the contact surface, so that they have no sharp edges, and the conductor component is not damaged by the contact tongues.
- the contact tongues preferably have an obtuse-angled arc.
- the Mehrfach.tulpe is in a cross-section which extends transversely to the longitudinal direction, and which extends through the connecting piece, formed approximately w-shaped.
- This training allows a one-piece production of Mehr.
- tulip in particular as a stamped and bent part of a flat strip material.
- the connecting pieces are arranged in the connecting region in each case parallel to each other.
- the contact rails in the connection region are each arranged parallel to one another.
- the object is further achieved with a Mehrfachrometulpe, in particular with such Mehrfachrometulpe having four contact rails.
- the contact rails extend in a longitudinal direction. They are arranged one above the other in a contact direction transversely to the longitudinal direction and spaced from each other. In this case, the adjacent contact rails are each connected to each other by a connecting piece.
- the multi-contact tulip is formed in a cross-section transverse to the longitudinal direction approximately w-shaped.
- Adjacent connecting pieces of the Mehrfachrometulpe are therefore arranged in each case on opposite narrow sides of the same contact rail.
- This embodiment of the multi-contact tulip has the advantage that the conductor component can be inserted centrally into the multi-contact tulip into the connection region.
- two contact rails are located on opposite sides of the conductor component to this. Preferably, they are arranged mirror-symmetrically to one another. The contact force is then distributed symmetrically to the median plane on both sides. As a result, the conductor component between the contact rails, in particular between the contact tongues, securely clamped.
- the Mehrfachrometulpe has a plurality of contact surfaces, with which it rests against the conductor member.
- the contact surfaces in particular the same contact rail and / or contact rails arranged opposite one another, contact the conductor component with approximately the same contact force.
- bent contact tongue affects the other contact tongues and their contact force with which they rest against the conductor component, due to the lateral arrangement of the connectors, the contact force of the other contact tongues not or at least not essential.
- the current path that the electric current travels from the electrical assembly to the conductor component or vice versa is short due to the laterally arranged connection pieces, and therefore electrical power or heat can be dissipated quickly via the multiple contact tulip.
- the Mehrfachrometulpe can be made in one piece, in particular from a flat strip material as a stamped and bent part. Therefore, it is inexpensive to produce.
- a first side 51 of an electrical contact element 1 is shown.
- the contact element 1 has two contact rails 11, 12, which extend in a longitudinal direction 31.
- the contact rails 11, 12 are arranged one above the other in a contact direction 32. They are spaced apart in the contact direction 32.

- the kinks 181, 191 of the contact rails 11, 12 are arranged offset to one another in the longitudinal direction 31. In this case, the kink 181 of the second contact rail 12 is arranged in the longitudinal direction 31 in front of the kink 191 of the first contact rail 11. It is provided directly on the connecting region 150, while the kink 191 of the first contact rail 11 is spaced therefrom in the longitudinal direction 31.
