Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a spreader, in particular for winter maintenance vehicles, comprising a limited by rigid walls scattering container with a bottom, extending in the longitudinal direction of the spreader Streustoffaustrag adopted, one of these fed Streustoffausbring adopted and a liquid system, which at least one laterally outside of the scattering container arranged rigid side tank and comprises at least one arranged in the interior of the scattering container shape and volume changeable tank bag.
  • spreaders For smoothness control on traffic areas (roads, paths, squares, runways, apron) widespread blunting and / or thawing scattering substances are applied.
  • spreaders usually spreaders are used, as they are well known in various designs.
  • such spreaders In the interests of the highest possible efficiency, such spreaders generally have a fluid system which can be particularly adapted to moisten the solid (for example granular) spreading material to be dispensed by means of the spreader discharge device. Because not only does this accelerate the onset of the thawing effect of thawing scattering material; Also, the adhesion of the scattering agent on the sprinkled surface is improved, thereby reducing the risk of shipping spreaded matter through the air swirls of fast moving vehicles.
  • the ratio between the solid spreading material to be applied and the liquid used for wetting it hangs thereby on a variety of factors. Under certain conditions, it is even favorable to apply pure liquid (eg brine) to the traffic area, for which typically additional spray equipment is used.
  • pure liquid eg brine
  • JP 2009 287180 A describes a spreader with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the present invention is directed to provide a comparison with the above-described prior art in terms of practicality further improved spreader of the type specified.
  • the spreader according to the invention which has the features set forth in the introduction, is further distinguished by the fact that at the maximum volume of the bag, at least 90% of its volume is arranged at a level above the at least one side tank.
  • the at least one tank bag is arranged completely or at least almost completely at a level above the at least one side tank.
  • the spreader according to the invention also results in a hierarchical filling of the communicating side tanks and tanks. At one only Partial exhaustion of the total capacity of the side tank (s) and tank sacks is thus ensured that the largest possible volume for receiving solid scattering material is available in the scattering container. This is for the optimal, efficient use of the spreader of great advantage.
  • the inventive arrangement of tank bag / sacks and side tank (s) relative to each other is favorable if, according to the invention, at least one intermediate bottom is arranged in the interior of the scattering container on which rests the at least one tank bag. The false bottom is arranged substantially above the scattering material discharge device, so that below the false bottom always remains an area for solid scattering material.
  • the said at least one intermediate bottom can be arranged in the region of the parting plane between a scattering substance container upper part and a scattering substance container lower part, in the case of a two-part embodiment of the scattering substance container with a lower part and an upper part attached thereto at least one side tank is limited in terms of its height substantially to the height of the lower part.
  • the respective intermediate floor does not cause a hermetically sealed completion of the subspace down; rather, it is more or less pronounced perforated, so that the limited by him subspace communicates through openings with the underlying area of the scattering container. For example, any foreign objects that have entered the subspace can leave it downwards and be removed from the spreader together with the solid spreading material.
  • the at least one tank bag is received, according to the invention, in a shape and volume changeable subspace of the scattering container, which is limited inter alia by a rigid, pivotable sideways articulated, actively adjustable by means of a pivotable partition wall.
  • the active adjustability d. H. Pivotability of that partition which laterally delimits the subspace containing the tank bag by means of a pivot drive, at least in the sense of reducing the volume of the subspace, is particularly useful insofar as the geometry of the subspace and thus the geometry of the subspace in the respective position of the partition let pretend this recorded bag.
  • the filling level of the bags subsequent partition walls d. H.
  • the present invention allows by the said active specification of the geometry of the subspace active specification of the geometry of the recorded in this bag even if this is only partially filled. This too is an invaluable advantage for the optimal utilization of the total volume of the scattering container with changing ratios of solid scattering material and liquid under different operating conditions.
  • a joint for the said rigid, sideways pivotally mounted partition wall is arranged on the intermediate floor explained above.
  • each tank bag is suspended at its opposite upper edge regions on the associated partition and on the adjacent side wall of the scattering container.
  • the separating wall-side suspension can be effected in particular in the region of braces stiffening the dividing wall, which for their part preferably extend as far as joints, by means of which the dividing wall is pivotably articulated.
  • Ventilation stubs provided on the at least one tank bag can in particular be arranged in spatial proximity to the side wall-side suspensions of the respective tank bag, so that they retain their position with changing volume of the tank bag.
  • the scattering container on at least one rigid, stationary top cover which limits the subspace in which the at least one tank bag is received, at its maximum volume partially and at its minimum volume completely upwards.
  • the cover forms a stop for the pivotable partition, which the for the space available for the tank bag laterally, in particular when acting on the stop partition wall between the cover and the partition a trickle seal can act.
  • a ventilation system for the fluid system namely a connecting line, which two edge at the top of the respective tank - in the longitudinal direction of the spreader spaced from each other - arranged ventilation stub with each other, and possibly also one - at several one behind the other arranged tank bags - longitudinal coupling line, which connects the two connecting lines together.
  • Such a backflow of liquid contained in the tank bag - through said connecting line - makes it possible for a surge formation to occur in specific driving situations (in particular during heavy braking of the vehicle) by virtue of the connection between two ventilation stubs arranged at a distance from one another in the longitudinal direction of the spreader compensated to a certain extent and the tank bag is mechanically relieved in this way. This can contribute to an increased, compared to the prior art increased life and reliability of the spreader.
  • the tank bag - at least in its fully filled state and correspondingly maximum volume of the respective subspace - abut the flexible traction means.
  • the flexible traction means of the pivoting drive additionally perform a stabilizing function, which additionally counteracts an inadmissible deformation of the tank bag by sloshing of the liquid contained, especially during acceleration and braking of the winter maintenance vehicle.
  • the flexible traction means winches are particularly preferably arranged in the respective subspace adjacent to the side wall of the scattering substance reservoir.
  • the flexible traction means is also possible, for example (with or without prior deflection of the flexible traction means via rollers, rollers or the like) by means of linearly acting adjusting drives (eg rack drives, hydraulic cylinders).

  • the respective partition can be locked in different positions if necessary by means of a latching or locking device, wherein it is moved by releasing the latching or locking means by means of the spring drive in the sense of a reduction of the associated subspace.
  • the spring can be designed as a tension spring extending in the longitudinal direction of the spreader, wherein in this case the flexible traction means is deflected via a roller or another deflecting device.

  • partition stop elements may advantageously be flexible in their turn, for example by design as straps or straps extending above the respective bag between the respective partition and a fixed component (side wall, cover, or the like.) Of the scattering container.
  • a stationary intermediate wall is particularly preferably arranged in the interior of the scattering container.
  • mechanical loads acting on the material of the tank bags can be substantially reduced in special operating situations (for example, strong acceleration or deceleration) compared with the situation that the same volume of liquid is accommodated in a single tank bag instead of being distributed to two (or more) tank bags.
  • the distribution of the total capacity of the tank bags to a larger number of the same allows a particularly high degree of flexibility and usability of the spreader.
  • embodiments of the present invention also explicitly include embodiments with only two tank bags (even arranged on different sides of the spreader) or even only one single tank bag.
