Claims (3)

  1. BOUCHON-VERSEUR ANTI-REMPLISSAGE (1), à insérer par pression dans le goulot d'une bouteille, du type qui comprend un corps cylindrique creux (2), équipé sur sa base inférieure (3) d'un trou (4) et fermé au sommet par un capuchon (5), équipé d'un bec verseur de dosage (6), comprenant des ouvertures appropriées (7) et un couvercle (8), le corps cylindrique creux renferme une bille (9) flottant entre le trou (4) et le couvercle (8), ledit corps (2) présentant une surface latérale extérieure lisse (10) et une épaisseur propre à le rendre rigide, dans lequel une micro-déformation se produit lors de ladite insertion par pression du bouchon-verseur (1), le bouchon-verseur étant caractérisé en ce que dans le capuchon (5) se trouve une bague externe gaufrée (11) qui adhère au corps (2), ladite bague est reliée au collier (12) du bec verseur de dosage (6) à travers une paroi circulaire inclinée (13), le couvercle (8) étant supporté à travers de nervures radiales inclinées (14), faisant saillie à partir de la base du collier susmentionné, dans lequel la bague (11), la paroi (13) et les nervures (14) forment une géométrie en forme de point de rebroussement, et en ce que la micro-déformation qui se produit lors de l'insertion par pression du bouchon-verseur (1) est absorbée par une déformation de la paroi circulaire inclinée (13), rendue possible par la configuration particulière à géométrie flexible du capuchon (5).
  2. BOUCHON-VERSEUR ANTI-REMPLISSAGE (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la base (3) sur laquelle sont formées les encoches d'aération (15) est positionnée en retrait par rapport à une extrémité inférieure (16) du corps (2), de sorte que lorsque la bille (9) repose sur ladite base pour fermer le trou (4), ladite bille (9) n'est pas visible, car elle est totalement contenue dans ledit corps (2).
  3. BOUCHON-VERSEUR ANTI-REMPLISSAGE (1) selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité (16) du corps (2) se termine par une partie biseautée et flexible (17).
