Claims (4)

  1. Presse à rouleaux (1) destinée à désintégrer un produit à broyer fragile, ladite presse à rouleaux comprenant
    - au moins deux rouleaux de broyage (2, 3),
    - un bâti de machine (4), qui comporte
    - au moins une membrure supérieure (5) et/ou
    - au moins un élément de cadre supérieur contigu (6), et
    - au moins une membrure inférieure (7) et/ou
    - au moins un élément de cadre inférieur contigu (8),
    - au moins une tête de bâti destinée à stabiliser l'au moins une membrure supérieure (5) ou l'au moins un élément de cadre supérieur contigu (6) lorsque la presse à rouleaux (1) est ouverte côté tête pour remplacer les rouleaux de broyage (2, 3),
    la tête de bâti comprenant une traverse transversale supérieure (10) qui
    - est supportée par au moins deux supports latéraux (11, 12) et
    - est reliée à l'au moins une membrure supérieure (5) ou l'au moins un élément de cadre supérieur contigu (6),
    caractérisée en ce que
    le bâti de machine (4) est fermé par au moins une pièce de tête (13, 14) entièrement détachable du bâti de machine (4) et de la tête de bâti, la traverse transversale (10) étant soulagée, lorsque le bâti de machine (4) est fermé, par la pièce de tête (13, 14) entièrement détachable du bâti de machine (4).
  2. Presse à rouleaux selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la pièce de tête (13, 14) entièrement détachable du bâti de machine (4) est formée indépendamment et sans liaison avec la traverse transversale (10).
  3. Presse à rouleaux selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les au moins deux supports latéraux (11, 12) sont espacés d'une distance telle que les rouleaux de broyage (2, 3) passent entre lesdits supports avec une longueur qui s'étend à chaque fois sur un arbre central.
