Abstract

Sachet comprising: • a first and a second wall (10, 20), • a closure assembly (3) comprising a first and a second support web (30, 32) that are connected to the first and the second wall (10, 20), respectively, and each have a closure element (34), the first support web (30) being connected discontinuously along its length to the first wall (10) of the sachet (1) so as to form at least one passage (40) between this first support web (30) and the first wall (10) of the sachet (1) from the outside of the sachet (1), said passage (40) allowing local deformation of the first support web (30) for modifying the relative local orientation of the closure elements (34) while the walls (10, 20) are being moved apart and making it easier to separate the closure elements (34).

Description

 BAG HAVING A MASKED OPENING

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

 The present invention relates to the field of packaging bags. More specifically, the present invention relates to the field of packaging bags comprising opening / closing means, for example and not limited to the form of complementary profiles.

BACKGROUND

 Many packaging bags and many closure devices for this purpose have already been proposed.

 Most known closure devices for this purpose comprise two complementary profiles, for example of the male / female type or velvet type / hooks, or type of complementary hooks, carried by respective support webs.

The document FR 2 628 067 has in particular proposed a bag comprising two main walls comprising two complementary closure profiles carried by respective support webs respectively fixed on the walls. The fixing zone of the support web on the wall is not superimposed on the male section but offset with respect thereto in order to articulate the corresponding support web on the wall at the level of the fastening zone. As described in document FR 2 628 067, the preceding arrangement makes it possible to prevent the pressure inside the bag from being applied to the closure profiles and tends to separate them. Indeed, the separation of the walls of the bag (to open the latter) leads to a possible pivoting of the support web at the hinge zone formed by its fixing, without risk of separation of the closure profiles.

Sachets meeting this provision have already rendered great service and make the reopening of the bag difficult, so as to assure its user that its contents can not come out easily. It has also been proposed in document FR 2 963 927 that the two zones for fastening the sails are located at a distance and on each side of the corresponding complementary profiles so that one of the articulated sails is directed towards the inside of the bag while that the other articulated sail is directed towards its mouth.

 These bags are even more resistant to internal and external stresses of the walls of the bag, so much so that it is now very difficult to open them without damaging the closing device or the walls of the bag.

However, in some cases, it may be necessary to be able to open the bag without damaging it, in order to access its contents while being sure of being able to close it after opening.

 Such a bag finds, for example, application in the field of the packaging of harmful products, such as laundry tablets. Indeed, it is important to be able to guarantee users that the bag remains closed between two uses, in particular to prevent children from accessing its contents, while leaving the possibility for parents to open and close the bag. repeatedly without the risk of damaging it, and preferably without the successive openings and closings are too difficult.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A first object of the invention is therefore to provide a bag comprising opening / closing means, for example and not limited to the form of complementary profiles, and having a system for easily opening said opening / closing means. Where appropriate, when the opening means are articulated on one and / or the other wall of the bag, the system must allow an adult to open a bag despite the hinge effect generated by the joint. For this purpose, the invention proposes a sachet comprising:

 a first and a second wall connected together so as to define lateral sides and a bottom of the bag,

 - A closure assembly comprising a first and a second support web respectively connected to the first and second wall and each having a complementary closure member.

 The first support veil is connected discontinuously along its length to the first wall of the bag so as to provide at least one passage between the first support veil and the first wall of the bag from the outside of the bag. This passage thus allows local deformation of the first support web clean to change the local relative orientation of the closure elements during a separation of the walls of the bag and facilitates the separation of the complementary closure elements. Some preferred but non-limiting characteristics of the sachet described above are the following, taken individually or in combination:

 the first support veil has an upper edge and a lower edge, the lower edge being closer to the bottom of the bag than the upper edge and the upper edge being connected in a discontinuous manner to the first wall of the bag, so as to preserve the passage ,

 the upper edge of the first support web is fixed continuously to the first wall along a first section and is separated continuously from said first wall along a second section, and the lower edge of the first support web; is fixed continuously on the first wall along the second section over all or part of its height,

the lower edge of the first support web is connected to the first wall in a continuous manner between the lateral sides of the bag,

the first support web is divided into a lower part and an upper part, the lower part being closer to the bottom than the upper part and carrying the closure element, and in which the part upper part of the first support veil is connected in a discontinuous manner to the first wall so as to protect the passage,

 the first support veil is divided into a lower part and an upper part, the lower part being closer to the bottom than the upper part and carrying the closure element, and in which the upper part of the first veil is locally cut from way to save the passage,

 the passage has a length, in the direction extending between the sides of the bag, of between 12 mm and 35 mm,

 the second support veil is hinged to the second wall so that the traction on the walls of the bag when the complementary closure elements are engaged causes the rotation of the support webs around said complementary closure element,

 the second support veil is fixed on the second wall in a localized area which is not superimposed with the closure element and which is offset with respect to said closure element, so that the second support veil is articulated on the second wall,

 the second support veil is divided into a lower part and an upper part, the lower part being closer to the bottom than the upper part and carrying the closure element, and in which the localized zone at which the second part is fixed is support veil on the second wall is part of the lower part of said second support veil,

 the upper part of the second support veil has a height less than a height of the closure element,

 the first and second support webs are connected to the first and second walls via a first and a second extension web, respectively, at least one of the support webs being attached to the sail; remote extension of its upper edge,

 the second part of the additional wall is fixed close to the lateral sides of the first wall, between the second support web and the fold,

the complementary closure elements each comprise at least one complementary profile, preferably at least two complementary profiles, for example between three and six complementary profiles, and / or

 all or part of the complementary profiles comprises sequential alterations substantially parallel to the lateral sides, typically sequential crashes. A second object of the invention is to provide a packaging bag that is able to withstand the internal and external stresses of the walls of the bag, while allowing easy opening and closing of its mouth by a user other than a child , in particular to prevent access to the inside of the bag to children while ensuring the user the ability to open and repeatedly close the bag without the risk of damage.

For this purpose, the invention proposes a sachet comprising:

 a first and a second wall, each comprising a lower edge and an upper edge interconnected by lateral sides,

a closure device comprising a first and a second support veil each comprising at least one complementary profile, the first and second support webs being secured near the lateral sides of the second wall, and

 an additional wall, comprising a first pan and a second pan, the first pan being fixed along the upper edge of the second wall while the second pan is fixed on the first wall.

 The additional wall is folded between the first pan and the second pan along a fold, so that the second pan extends towards the upper edge of the first wall. Furthermore, the first support veil and the second support veil are fixed on the first wall, the second support veil being further fixed on the second panel of the additional wall so that a biasing stress of the first and second wall of the bag when the complementary profiles are engaged causes a rotation of the closure device around the second support web. Some preferred but non-limiting characteristics of the bag according to this second aspect are the following, taken alone or in combination:

 the second panel of the additional wall is fixed near the lateral sides of the first wall, between the first support web and the fold, the second support web comprises an upper part carrying the at least one complementary section and a lower part. extending in the extension of the upper part, from the complementary section, the upper part being closer to the upper edge of the first wall than the lower part and the second support veil being fixed on the first wall at the upper part the lower part being at least partially free with respect to said first wall,

a passage between the upper part and the first wall is formed in order to form an access zone to a region of the first wall which extends opposite the at least one complementary section of the second support veil, so that the upper part is divided into three consecutive sections between the two lateral sides of the first wall, namely: a first section, extending between one of the lateral sides of the first wall and the access area, a second section, extending along the access zone, between the first section and the third section, and a third section, extending between the access zone and the other lateral side of the first wall,

 the second support web is fixed along the first and third sections, but left free with respect to the first wall along the second section so as to form the passage, said passage passing between the upper part and the first wall,

 - only a region of the second support web which extends between the complementary sections and the upper edge of the first wall is fixed on the first wall, the region carrying the at least one complementary section being free with respect to said first wall, the upper part comprising a through slot along the second section, at the limit of the complementary profiles,

 a region of the upper part which extends from the at least one complementary section along the second section is cut in order to form the passage, said passage passing between the upper part and the first wall,

 the second section of the upper part extends over a length of between 1.5 centimeters and three centimeters along the upper part of the second support veil, for example between 12 millimeters and thirty-five millimeters,

 the lower part can be fixed to the first wall along the second section and thus close the passage,

the first support veil comprises an upper part carrying the at least one complementary profile and a lower part extending in the extension of the upper part, from the complementary profile, the upper part being closer to the upper edge of the first wall; than the lower part, and in which a height of the upper part of the first support veil is substantially equal to a height of the profiles complementary, so that the upper part does not exceed complementary profiles,

 the additional wall is formed integrally and in one piece with the second wall and extends in the extension of said second wall, or the additional wall is attached and fixed on the second wall, close to its upper edge, so as to extending towards the lower edge of said second wall, or the additional wall is attached and fixed to the second wall, away from its upper edge, for example in a region adjacent to the fold,

 the first support web is integrally formed with the additional wall or is attached and fixed on the additional wall,

 the first wall and the second wall are welded together along their lateral sides between the fold and their upper edge,

 the second support veil is fixed at a distance from the upper edge of the first wall,

 the fold extends at a distance of between 30 and 70 millimeters, typically of the order of forty millimeters, from the upper edge of the second wall;

 the first and second support webs each comprise at least two complementary profiles, preferably at least three, for example between three and six, and / or

 all or part of the complementary profiles comprises sequential alterations perpendicular to the upper edge of the associated wall, typically sequential crashes.

 A bag 1 comprises, in a conventional manner per se, a first and a second wall 10, 20 connected together so as to define lateral sides and a bottom 2 of the bag 1, as well as a mouth, extending in the opposite direction from its bottom 2.

 The sachet 1 can be produced using a single sheet folded on itself and welded on two sides or of several sheets, for example two sheets welded together at their sides, preferably along ridges connecting the walls and forming the lateral sides and the bottom 2 of the bag 1.

 The bag 1 further comprises a closure assembly 3. The closure assembly 3 extends near the mouth.

The closure assembly 3 comprises a first and a second support web 30, 32 respectively connected to the first and second walls 10, 20. Each support web 30, 32 carries at least one complementary closure element 34, for example complementary profile type, velvet band / hook, etc.

The first support veil 30 has an upper portion 30a and a lower portion 30b, the upper portion 30a being closer to the mouth of the bag 1 than the lower portion 30b. The lower part 30b also carries all or part of the closure element 34. In order to allow a local deformation of the first support web 30 able to modify the local relative orientation of the closure elements 34 during a separation of the walls of the bag 1 and to facilitate the opening of the closure assembly 3, the first veil support 30 is connected discontinuously along its length to the first wall 10 of the bag 1 so as to provide at least one passage between the first support veil 30 and the first wall 10 of the bag 1, from outside the bag 1 .

 This configuration is particularly advantageous in the case of a bag 1 whose closure assembly 3 is difficult to open, such as a closure assembly 3 articulated on at least one of the walls of the bag 1, but also finds application when the closing assembly 3 is conventional (not articulated). Indeed, to open the closure assembly 3, it is sufficient for a user:

 inserting one of its thumbs from the outside of the bag 1 - either through the mouthpiece - so as to grip the second wall 20, preferably close to the closure element 34 of the second support veil 32,

- To introduce his second thumb into the mouth of the bag 1 in the passage 40 formed between the first wall 10 and the first support web 30 (see Figure 7). In this position, the support webs are substantially parallel to each other, and

 - Spread the walls by applying a force on said walls through the first inch and second thumb shown in Figure 8b) which extends substantially perpendicular to the plane of the closure assembly 3 (see Figures 8a and 8b).

In practice, the passage 40 makes it possible to locate the point of application of the force at the closure element 34 of the first support veil 30, or even of the lower part of the first support veil 30 (according to the height of the passage 40 ) (see Figure 8b). In this way, in the cases where the second support veil 32 is articulated, during the separation of the walls, the gripping of the first wall 10 behind the first support veil 30 makes it possible to limit the rotation of the closure assembly 3 and so bring closer to the direction separating the direction of application of the force on the closure elements 34.

 By way of comparison, as illustrated in FIGS. 6a and 6b, when the user attempts to open conventionally a bag 1 comprising a hinge (zones 31 or 33), the tensile force applied to the walls 10, 20 has the effect of rotating the closure assembly and aligning it with the direction of application of this force (see the arrows in FIG. 6b), ie perpendicular to the direction of separation of the closure elements 34 (said direction separation member extending perpendicularly to the plane of the support webs 30, 32). As a result, the closure members 34 remain engaged and prevent the opening of the bag 1.

By connected, it will be understood here that the support web 30, 32, is either attached and fixed, for example by welding, on the associated wall, either material (that is to say formed integrally and in one piece) with said wall 10, 20. The weld can be of the thermal welding type, an ultrasonic weld, for example by points, or both (carried out successively).

 Of course, the first and the second support web 30, 32 can be connected according to the same or different techniques to the wall 10, 20 associated: for example, the first support web 30 can be attached and fixed on the first wall 10 while the second support web 32 may be integral with the second wall 20, or vice versa.

In one embodiment, the passage 40 extends along a substantial height of the first support veil 30, to allow the user to better block the movements of the first support veil 30.

The first support web 30 may for example be divided into several consecutive sections, each corresponding to a part of the first support web 30 which is or is not welded to the first wall 10. For example, in an exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIG. 5, the first support veil 30 can be divided into three sections A, B, C:

 a first section A which extends between one of the lateral sides of the bag 1 and the passage 40, in which the first support veil 30 is connected to the first wall 10,

 - a second section B, which extends along the passage 40, wherein the first support web 30 is not connected over at least a portion of its height to the first support web 30, so as to provide the passage 40, and

 a third section C, which extends between the other of the lateral sides of the bag 1 and the passage 40, in which the first support veil 30 is connected to the first wall 10.

 The first support web 30 is then well connected discontinuously along its length to the first wall 10 of the bag 1, since it is not fixed on at least a part of its height to the first wall 10 along the second section. B.

 By length, here will be understood the dimension which extends along the direction of extension of the closure assembly 3 and which extends between the lateral sides of the bag 1. Furthermore, height will include the dimension extending perpendicularly to the direction of extension of the closure assembly 3 and extending between the mouth and the bottom 2 of the bag 1.

It will be understood that the bag 1 may comprise more sections, including two disjoint sections in which the first support web 30 is not connected to the first wall 10 over part of its height.

In one embodiment, the passage 40 may extend over the entire height of the upper part 30a of the first support veil 30, or even possibly to an area underlying the closure element 34. For this, the upper part 30a of the first support veil 30 can be connected to the first wall 10 in the first and third sections A, C, for example by welding, while it is left free (not welded) along the second section B.

 Alternatively, the upper portion 30a of the first support web 30 may comprise a local notch at the second section B and connected to the first wall 10 along the first and second sections A, C. The notch may in particular be obtained by cutting of the upper part of the first support veil 30, at the level of the second section B. In one embodiment, in order to facilitate the opening of the closure assembly 3, the lower part 30b of the first support veil 30 is connected in such a way that continues over all or part of its height to the first wall 10 of the bag 1 in the area that extends opposite the passage 40. This continuous connection of the lower portion 30b in the extension of the passage 40 increases the effort applied by the first wall 10 to the closure elements 34 in the direction of separation, and thus to simplify their separation and the opening of the closure assembly. In one embodiment, only a lower zone, underlying the closure member 34, of the lower portion 30b of the first support web 30 is connected to the first wall 10 (see FIG. 5). In this way, the user can introduce his thumb into the passage beyond the closure element 34, which facilitates the triggering of the separation of the closure elements 34.

 Typically, in the exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIG. 5, the lower part 30b of the first support veil 30 is connected over part of its height to the first wall 10 along the second section B (see the hatched area 44).

Optionally, in order to stiffen the attachment of the lower portion 30b of the first support web 30 to the first wall 10, transverse welds 42 may further be made at the boundary between the first and second sections A, B of a on the border between the second and the third section B, C on the other hand (whatever the height on which the lower portion 30b is welded to the first wall). Note that such transverse welds 42, in addition to stiffening the attachment of the first support web 10, provide a seal between the outside and the inside of the bag 1 at the second section B, despite the presence of the passage 40.

 At the first and third sections A, C, the lower part 30b can be left free (as illustrated in FIG. 5, in which the hatched areas represent the welded portions of the first support veil 30) or connected continuously to the first one. wall 10 of the bag 1 over all or part of its height, in which case the lower portion 30b is then connected to the first wall 10 of a lateral side of the bag 1 to the other.

In order to allow the passage 40 of an inch, preferably the thumb of an adult, the passage 40 has a length, in the direction of extension of the closure assembly 3 between the lateral sides of the bag 1, between 12 mm and 35 mm.

 In one embodiment, the passage 40 is closer to one side of the bag 1 than to the other of said sides, so as not to extend centrally. In this way, the passage 40 is less likely to be solicited when handling the bag 1. Typically, the edge of the passage 40 may extend at a distance between 10% and 30% of the distance between the lateral sides of the bag 1, that is to say for a bag 1 having a length, between lateral sides, 100 mm, the edge of the passage 40 extends at a distance of between 10 mm and 30 mm from one of the lateral sides.

In one embodiment, each closure member 34 comprises a plurality of complementary profiles, as illustrated in FIGS. 3 to 11, preferably between three and six complementary profiles, for example five.

The presence of several complementary profiles 34 makes it possible to facilitate the engagement of the closure assembly 3 since the external faces of the walls 10, 20 of the bag 1, reducing the accuracy necessary to ensure their closure. It also ensures a better resistance to the internal and external stresses of the walls 10, 20 of the bag 1.

 The complementary profiles 34 may be male / female type, male / male (arrow-shaped profiles, as shown in the figures) velvet / hooks, or type complementary hooks.

 The complementary profiles 34 can be altered sequentially by forming successive alterations along the complementary profiles 34 in a direction transverse to the support webs. The sequential alterations are sequential local modifications of the complementary profiles 34, which may include sequential crushing and / or sequential incisions without material removal (ie either only sequential crashes or only sequential incisions, either sequential crushing and sequential incisions) and / or sequential notches with removal of material. We can refer in particular to the international application No. EP2012 / 073186 in the name of the Applicant, which describes examples of realization of sequential alterations.

 In one embodiment, all or part of the complementary profiles 34 may include sequential alterations. Thus, several complementary profiles 34 may include sequential alterations while at least one complementary profile 34 may remain intact, or vice versa.

In the following, examples of closure assemblies 3 will now be described in relation to the appended FIGS. 1 to 4. However, these are nonlimiting exemplary embodiments, insofar as the invention applies to any closure assembly 3 comprising support webs 30, 32, integrally formed on the walls 10, 20 of the bag 1 or attached and fixed on said walls 10, 20, having closure elements 34. In these exemplary embodiments, the second support veil 32 can be articulated on the second wall 20 so that traction on the walls of the bag 1, when the complementary closure elements 34 are in engagement, causes rotation of the support webs 30, 32 around said complementary closure elements 34.

According to a first exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, the second support veil 32 is fixed on the second wall 20 in a localized zone 33 which is not superimposed with the closure element 34 and which is offset with respect to said element of closure 34, so that the second support web 32 is hinged to the second wall 20. Such a fixing has for example been described in the document FR 2 628 067 in the name of the Applicant, whose content is incorporated herein by reference.

 As described in document FR 2 628 067, the above arrangement makes it possible to prevent the internal pressure of the bag 1 from being applied to the closure elements 34 and tends to separate them. Indeed, thanks to this arrangement, the separation of the walls of the bag 1 (to open the latter) leads to a possible pivoting of the support web at the hinge zone formed by its fixing, without risk of separation of the closure elements 34 .

 In the document FR 2 628 067, the localized zone extends at the level of the upper part 32a of the second support veil 32 in order to avoid the risks of opening of the bag 1 resulting from the internal pressure applied by the contents of the bag 1 on the closure assembly 3.

 Alternatively, the localized area may extend in the lower part

32b of the second support web 32 to prevent opening of the bag 1 from the outside. To further reduce the possibilities of opening the bag 1, especially by children, the upper portion 32a of the second support web 32 may be of reduced height. In this way, the capture of the second support web 32 can not be possible, thus making it necessary to use the passage 40. For example, the height of the second support web 32 may be less than the height of the closure element 34 . In an exemplary embodiment, the height of the upper portion of the second support web may be less than or equal to 1 mm.

According to another variant (second embodiment) illustrated in FIG. 2, the two supporting webs 30, 32 may be connected to the wall 10, 20 opposite at a localized zone 31, 33. The localized zones 31, 33 may be arranged on respective opposite portions of the support webs 30, 32 (here the upper part 30a and the lower part 32b), respectively on either side of the complementary closure elements 34, so that one of the sails articulated (here the first support veil 30) is directed towards the inside of the bag 1 while the other articulated veil (here the second support veil 32) is directed towards its mouth. Such a configuration is for example described in the document FR 2 963 927 in the name of the Applicant, the content of which is incorporated herein by reference, and illustrated in FIG. 2. Alternatively, the localized zones 31, 33 may be arranged on respective parts of the support webs 30, 32 which extend opposite, that is to say on the upper parts 30a, 32a of the webs 30, 32 or on their lower part 30b, 32b.

According to a third exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIG. 3, the first and the second support webs 30, 32 can be connected to the first and second walls 10, 20 via a first and a second web. extension 12, 14, respectively, at least one of the support webs 30, 32 being attached to the extension web at a distance from its upper part 30a, 32a. Such a fixing has for example been described in the document FR 14 58288 in the name of the Applicant, the content of which is incorporated herein by reference.

In the document FR 14 58288, the support web 30, 32 can be fixed to the corresponding extension web 12, 14 in an area adjacent to the complementary closure element 34 carried by said support web 30, 32. In an alternative embodiment, the two support webs 30, 32 are each connected to an associated extension web 12, 14.

According to a fourth exemplary embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 4a to 4c, the bag 1 further comprises an additional wall 16 having a first panel 17 and a second panel 18. The first panel 17 of the additional wall 16 is connected to the second wall 20 near the mouth of the bag 1 while the second panel 18 is connected to the first wall 10. This configuration drastically reduces the risks of opening of the bag 1 by a young child and the risk of inadvertent opening of the bag 1 because of the internal stresses applied by the contents of the bag 1 on the closure device. Indeed, the separation of the upper edges of the bag 1 or the walls between the support webs and the bottom of the bag 1 has the effect of rotating the sails support 30, 32 of the closure device and align them with the axis of application of the forces on the walls (generally horizontally) thanks to the presence of the additional wall 16 which is deployed and the fixing of the first support veil 30 on the first wall 10. In this way, any additional effort on the support webs 30, 32 is applied in the plane of the support webs 30, 32, and no longer perpendicular to them.

 In one embodiment, the first panel 17 of the additional wall 16 extends inwardly of the bag 1. Optionally, the first panel 17 of the additional wall 16 may be welded to the lateral sides of the second wall 20, along two weld lines 17a (see Figure 4a).

 The second panel 18 of the additional wall 16 is fixed on the lateral sides of the first wall 10, at the level of the support webs 30, 32.

 Here, the second panel 18 of the additional wall 16 is furthermore welded to the lateral sides of the first wall 10, between the lower part 32b of the second support web 32 and the fold 19 (see FIG. 4a) along two lines of welding 16a. In this embodiment, the second support veil 32 therefore extends away from the fold 19 and is not fixed on the portion of the second wall 20 which extends opposite the first panel 17 of the additional wall 16.

It will be understood that this configuration has the advantage of allowing an alignment of the portion of the second wall 20 with the portion facing the first wall 10, as illustrated in FIG. 4c, when a user pulls on their upper edges of the bag. 1 to access the interior of the bag 1. In this configuration, the forces are thus mainly applied to the ends of the support webs 30, 32 which are fixed on the lateral sides of the first wall 10, a small portion of the forces being also applied to the lower part 32b of the second support sail 32 and on the upper part 30a of the first support web 30, in the plane of said webs 30, 32. Such forces are however not likely to separate the complementary profiles 34 of the closure device. In this configuration, the first and second walls 10, 20 may be attached to one another along their lateral sides, between their lower edge and the fold 19, as illustrated in FIG. 4a.

 In a variant, the first wall 10 and the second wall 20 can be fixed together along their lateral sides, that is to say from the bottom of the bag to their upper edge, by welding or gluing. . In this variant of use, the opening of the bag 1 by traction on the upper edges of the first and the second wall 10, 20 is even more difficult, the possible separation of the upper edges of the walls 10, 20 limiting the pivoting of the additional wall 16 and thus the force that can be applied to the complementary profiles 34.

 In the example of FIGS. 4a to 4c, the first support veil 30 is fixed on the first wall 10 at its upper part 30a only, its lower part 30b remaining free with respect to the first wall 10. This configuration makes it possible to increase the hinge effect of the closure device, by allowing the pivoting of the first support veil 30 during the separation of the walls 10, 20 of the bag 1.

 Furthermore, the height of the upper portion 32a of the second support web 32 is such that said upper portion 30a does not exceed complementary profiles 34 (as shown in Figures 4b, 4c and 1 1 for example). In other words, the complementary profiles 34 reach the limit of the support web 32.

 It will be noted that the presence of the additional wall 16 and the fixing of the closure device at a distance from the upper edge of the walls 10, 20 make it possible to shift the closing device towards the inside of the bag 1 rather than at its mouth, which further reinforces the tendency of children to grasp the walls 10, 20 of the bag 1 rather than trying to grasp the support sails 30, 32, and reduces the risk of the child seeing the closure device when the bag 1 is placed on a support.

This tendency can be further reinforced by fixing the closing device so that the fold 19 extends at a distance d of the order of length of an inch of adult mouth (when the bag 1 is at rest), a distance d between 30 and 70 millimeters, typically of the order of forty millimeters for a bag 1 of a width of about twenty centimeters (see Figure 1 1). An adult will have no difficulty in opening the bag 1, placing his shoot at the bottom of the fold 19, while a toddler will have difficulty to introduce his thumbs in the fold 19 and in the passage 40, its hands are too small. The child can only grab the upper edges of the walls 10, 20, which does not open the bag 1.

 Such a fixation has for example been described in document FR 15

 In the document FR 53143, the second panel 18 of the additional wall 16 can also be fixed near the lateral sides of the first wall 10, between the second support veil 32 and the fold 19 in order to make the opening more difficult. of the bag 1 by simply pulling on the mouthpiece.

FIG. 11 illustrates a fifth embodiment of a bag 1. This fifth embodiment differs from the example illustrated in FIGS. 4a to 4c only in that the additional wall 16 is attached and fixed on the second wall 20. The other characteristics described in connection with the fourth embodiment therefore apply. mutatis mutandis to this fifth embodiment.

 The second wall 20 may however be of similar length to that of the first wall 10, since it is not necessary to bend it to form the additional wall. The additional wall 16 is however folded along the fold 19, between the first pan 17 and the second pan 18, so as to extend towards the mouth of the bag 1.

In this embodiment, the first panel 17 therefore also extends along the second wall 20, between its upper edge and the fold 19, while the second panel 18 which comprises the second support web 32 extends between the fold 19 and the free end of the additional wall 16.

 It will be noted that, whatever the embodiment, the second support web 32 could also be attached and fixed on the additional wall 16.

 Furthermore, as indicated above, the upper portion 32a of the second support web 32 may not extend beyond the complementary profiles 34. In other words, the complementary profiles 34 may extend to the limit of second support sail 32.

The bag 1 thus obtained is thus able to withstand the internal stresses (due to the bulk of the contents of the bag 1) and external (due to the action of a person - adult or child - on the mouth 2) walls 10, 20 of the bag 1, preventing any conventional opening of the bag 1 (by traction on the upper edges 10c, 20c of the walls 10, 20), even by an adult. Indeed, when the complementary profiles 14, 24 are engaged, the biasing of the walls 10, 20 of the bag 1 (ie perpendicular to the walls 10, 20 of the bag 1 according to the arrows F of Figures 4b and 4c) causes the tension the second wall 20 and the additional wall 30 and the rotation of the closure device around the second support web 22 to globally align the support webs 12, 22, the second wall 20 and the additional wall 30 with the direction of application of the efforts F. This alignment, visible in Figure 2b, prevents any opening of the bag 1, even by an adult.

To open a bag 1 according to the fourth or fifth embodiment, it is possible to use the passage 40, as described above.

Alternatively, in one embodiment, the bag 1 may be devoid of such a passage. It is then possible to pinch the sails support 30, 32 to move the complementary profiles 34 in opposite directions (shear). The free ends of the support webs 30, 32 being attached to the lateral sides of the first wall 10, this nipping has the effect of separating the complementary profiles 34 near one of these edges.

 The difficulty of opening by squeezing the support webs 30, 32 can be adjusted by welding the lateral sides of the first and second walls 10, 20 over their entire height.

 This difficulty can also be adjusted by modifying the position of the closure device with respect to the fold 19 and / or the mouth of the bag 1. Indeed, the Applicant has found that the lower the portion 32b of the second support web 32 was away from the fold 19, the more it was difficult to separate the complementary profiles by pinching, the additional wall 16 tending to dissipate the forces applied on the bag 1. A distance between the limit of the complementary profiles 34 (at the bottom 32b) and the fold 19 may for example be of the order of 5 to 30 mm, typically 25 mm.

 Furthermore, the closer the closure device to the mouth, the more users (adults or children) tend to grasp the device by the complementary profiles 34 and not by their lower parts 30b 32b, thus making it more difficult to move relative sails 30, 32 and thus the separation of their profiles 34. It will be noted that this nipping of the support sails 30, 32 is not obvious for children, who naturally tend to grab the bag 1 by its walls 10, 20 However, the opening of the bag 1 by urging the upper edges of the walls 10, 20 is not possible (without destroying the closure device of the bag 1) due to the rotation of the support webs 30, 32.

Moreover, only a significant nipping of the support webs 30, 32 would be likely to open the bag 1. However, such an effort is too intense for a child, who can not access the contents of the bag 1. Whatever the embodiment, the walls 10, 20 of the bag 1 may be made of an opaque (non-transparent) material, so as to reduce the possibility for children to see the closure assembly 3 through the walls 10 , 20.

 The walls 10, 20, the supporting webs 30, 32 and the complementary closure elements 34 may be made of a single material, in particular one of the following materials: polypropylene PP, polyethylene terephthalate PET polyethylene PE, high density polyethylene HDPE, low density polyethylene LDPE and their associated copolymers, ethylene copolymers and / or propylene copolymers.

 Alternatively, these different elements of the bag 1 may be made of different materials. In particular, a bag 1 comprising a first wall 10 and a second wall 20 made of polyethylene terephthalate and / or polyethylene and a closure assembly 3 (supporting webs 30, 32) may be mentioned in a non-limiting manner. and complementary closure members 34) of polypropylene.
