Description

The invention relates to a stand, in particular a stand according to the preamble of claim 1.

Display, in particular display figures made of paper, cardboard, cardboard or the like such as in FR 2 770 320 A are often used as decoration in shop windows or on tables or as an advertising medium for a wide variety of products. However, displays can also be designed as installation figures or game figures. Most often, such displays are folded from a blank of paper, cardboard, cardboard or the like. This folding process can be as complicated as required, depending on the complexity of the installation. The complexity in the manufacture of such displays is particularly disadvantageous for play figures, since these are to be assembled as toys for children by the same as part of the game. Likewise, it turns out to be disadvantageous that a folded-up installation figure cannot be used for any other application. For example, a display that serves as an advertising medium can no longer serve as a table decoration or game figure.

The invention is based on the object of creating a stand, in particular a stand, which is simple to manufacture and can be used in a flexible manner.

A stand to solve this problem has the features of claim 1. This stand, in particular this set-up figure made of paper, cardboard, cardboard or the like, consists of at least a first blank and at least a second blank, the first blank being foldable into a base element having two transverse sides, two long sides, a standing side and a receiving side. In addition, the second blank can be plugged onto the base element as a plug-in element to stabilize the base element. The second cut can have different functions. Depending on the nature and design of the second blank or the plug-in element, this can be used as decoration for, for example, tables or shop windows, advertising material or play figures. The base element can, for example, be a neutral base, which interacts equally with each plug element. However, it is also conceivable that the nature of the base element or its design is adapted to the purpose of the plug element.

An embodiment of the present invention is that the base element is formed like a truncated pyramid. It can be provided that the area, in particular the projected area of the standing side, is larger than the area, in particular the projected area of the receiving side. Because the surface of the stand side is larger than that of the receiving side, the stand can be stable.

The invention preferably further provides that the first blank is such that the transverse sides after folding to the base element are each composed of an inner wall and an outer wall, which in particular can be folded almost congruently one above the other, the outer wall or the inner wall Wall preferably protrude in the area of the receiving side beyond the inner wall or outer wall. The one-sided protrusion of one wall over the other gives the transverse side a certain flexibility in this area, which can be advantageous when the base element and the plug element are plugged together. It is also conceivable that the long sides after folding to the base element are each composed of an inner wall and an outer wall, which in particular can be folded almost congruently over one another, preferably the outer wall or inner wall protrudes beyond the inner wall or outer wall in the region of the receiving side.

In particular, the invention can further provide that the inner walls and the outer walls of the first blank each have a recess that is open on one side and that the recesses can be superimposed when the walls are folded to form the base element with the open side in the direction of the receiving side. The recesses can also be any slots, notches, or the like.

A particularly advantageous embodiment of the present invention provides that the outer walls each have at least one opening, which are in particular of identical design and are positioned in the same way, preferably of circular, oval or rectangular design. In cooperation with the inner walls, the openings in the outer walls thus form a trough or depression. However, it is also conceivable that the inner walls equally have openings which then lie one above the other when the base element is folded together with the openings of the outer walls.

Furthermore, the present invention can provide that the bottom side is assigned an opening, in particular a slot-like opening, which preferably extends to the long sides and transverse sides and serves to form a receptacle in the lower region of the base element. This slot-like opening is designed such that it can serve, for example, as a receptacle for a holder, such as a piece of cardboard, a glass rim or another toy. In addition, the slot-like opening can be designed such that the base element results in the shape of a torso of a game figure, in particular a male.

A particularly advantageous embodiment of the present invention provides that the plug-in element is designed as a plate-like silhouette with a front and a back, the silhouette being of any shape is trainable. For example, the silhouette can act as an advertising medium, as an individual decoration for, for example, Christmas table decorations or the like, but also as the upper body of a game figure, which in combination with the base element designed as a body part results in a game figure or a male. Similarly, a variety of different characters such as people, animals, plants or objects of any kind can be formed. In addition, it is provided that the silhouettes of different stands are interchangeable, so that new combinations of plug-in elements and base elements can be formed. This is not only possible for play figures, but also for play figures in combination with stands for decorative or advertising purposes.

Furthermore, it is provided that the blank forming the plug-in element can be folded into the desired silhouette, in particular to be foldable in itself to improve stability. In addition, it is provided that the blank can be folded into a more complex three-dimensional structure, which can also be assembled as a plug-in element with the base element.

According to the invention, it is further provided that the plug-in element has three tabs, namely two outer and one middle, and recesses are formed between the tabs. These tabs and the recesses are designed such that the plug-in element can be plugged into the receiving side of the base element and the recesses of the plug-in element can preferably be pushed into one another with the recesses of the inner and outer walls that are open on one side. As a result of this plugging together, the plug-in element is fixed in the base element by the walls which bend slightly outwards, in which the walls press against the inside of the outer tabs. In addition, the folded base element is at least largely fixed in its folded state by this plugging together.

According to the invention, it is provided that the outer tabs have latching elements which are preferably aligned with the middle tab and which correspond to the openings in the outer walls of the base element. Because the locking elements are web-like, are preferably formed like barbs, the plug-in elements form a fixed, in particular releasable connection with the base elements. The interaction of the locking elements and the openings in the walls means that the base elements do not automatically unfold again. To release the plug-in element or the silhouette from the base element, the walls having the openings must be pressed in slightly so that the latching elements are released and the silhouette can be pulled off upwards. This connection and disconnection of the silhouette with the base element is extremely effective, in particular stable and is also easy to handle.

It is preferably provided that the blanks can be punched out or triggered or cut out from a piece of paper, cardboard, cardboard or the like. In addition, the folded edges of the base element or the plug element can be pre-folded or perforated. The height of the stands can be a few centimeters or a few decimeters but also in the meter range. The relative sizes of the base element and the plug element are arbitrary. The base elements and the plug elements preferably have a height of between 5 and 10 cm. The standing side of the base element is preferably between 5 and 10 cm ² . The surface of the blanks is such that it can be painted, glued or the like as desired.

The present invention describes a stand, in particular a stand made of paper, cardboard, cardboard or the like, which can be plugged together from a base element and a plug element. One of many conceivable exemplary embodiments is shown in FIGS 1 to 7 a standing figure is shown. However, the invention is not limited to the installation figure shown here, but rather is also directed to displays for decoration purposes, advertising purposes or the like.

The installation figure 10 is composed of a base element 11 and a plug-in element 12. Both the base element 11 and the plug-in element 12 can be assembled or folded from a first blank 13 and a second blank 14. Both the first blank 13 and the second blank 14 can be cut out of a sheet of paper, a piece of cardboard or the like. However, it is also conceivable that the first blank 13 and the second blank 14 are pre-punched or pre-perforated.

According to the exemplary embodiment shown here, the first blank 13 has two long sides 15, two inner walls 16, two outer walls 17 and a standing side 18 ( Fig. 1 ). The sides or the walls are separated from one another by folded edges 19. The inner walls 16 each have a slot-like recess 20 on an upper side. These recesses 20 extend into the inner wall 16 and are open on one side. The upper edge regions of the recess 20 have a radius, so that there is a continuous transition to the adjacent edges. The outer walls 17 also have recesses 21 at their upper ends. These recesses 21 of the outer walls 17 are designed in the same way as the recesses 20 of the inner walls 16. However, the outer walls 17 project in the object to the inner walls beyond an upper edge 22 of the adjacent long side. Therefore, the recesses 21 are slightly deeper than the recesses 20.

In addition, the outer walls 17 have additional openings 23. These openings 23 are according to the in Fig. 1 Embodiment shown elongated, but can also be circular, oval, rectangular or the like. The openings 23 are positioned approximately centrally on the outer walls 17, but can also be positioned differently. The openings 23 are preferably parallel to the recesses 21 on the outer walls 17.

A further recess 24 extends over the standing side 18 and can extend as far as the long sides 15 ( Fig. 1 ). This recess 24 is elongated, but can also be oval, circular, rectangular or the like.

A base edge 25, which is assigned to the long side 15 of the outer wall 17, is slightly longer than a corresponding base edge of the other long side 15. This is achieved in that the standing side has two projections 26. These projections 26 make a base edge 25 wider than the stand side 18. This is particularly important for the subsequent folding process of the first blank 13.

To form the base element 11, the first blank 13 is folded along the fold edges 19 into the paper plane, so that a truncated pyramid is formed. When folding the first blank 13, the outer walls 17 are placed over the inner walls 16 so that they together form transverse sides 27 of the base element 11. The recesses 20 and 21 of the inner wall 16 and the outer wall 17 coincide when the first blank 13 is folded. After folding, the opening 23 forms a cup-like depression with the inner wall 16. However, it is also conceivable that the inner walls 16 have openings corresponding to the openings 23, so that these two openings then coincide when folded. Characterized in that the outer wall 17 is slightly longer than the inner wall 16, an upper part of the outer wall 17 in the folded state protrudes beyond the inner wall 16 or the upper edge. The upper edges 22 and the upper sides of the inner wall or outer walls 17 together form a receiving side 28.

The plug element 12 is formed from the second blank 14 ( Fig. 2 ). That in the Fig. 2 The illustrated embodiment of a second blank 14 is an axially symmetrical upper body of a figure. The blank 14 can be folded along the axis of symmetry 29 such that the parts 30 and 31 of the second blank 14 coincide. The two coinciding parts 30 and 31 can be joined together, in particular glued together or the like. The upper part 32 of the erection figure 10 thus formed has, in addition to a stylized head as tabs 33, 34, 35, stylized arms and a belly. The tabs 33 and 35 include recesses 36 and 37 with the tab 34. When the two parts 30 and 31 are folded together, the tabs and the recesses 36, 37 coincide. The tabs 33 and 35 have locking elements 38 directed toward the tab 34. These locking elements 38 describe a widening of the tabs 33 and 35 and can be designed like barbs.

In the Fig. 4 a base element 11 and a plug-in element 12 are shown before being assembled into a set-up figure 10. The base element 11 and the plug element 12 are plugged together according to the arrow 40. The tab 34 passes through the receiving side 28. The recesses 36 and 37 are pushed over the transverse sides 27. The locking elements 38 come into a locking connection with the openings 23 ( Fig. 5 ).

By assembling the plug-in element 12 and the base element 11, the erection figure 10 ( 6, 7 ). In the Fig. 6 is shown by the dashed line how the tab 34 and the locking elements 38 of the plug element 12 and the second blank 14 together with the base element 11. In this position, the plug-in element 12 is firmly connected to the base element 11 without having to use additional means such as, for example, adhesive. To remove the plug-in element 12 from the base element 11, only the transverse sides 27 have to be pushed slightly inwards, so that the locking elements 38 are released from the openings 23 and the plug-in element 12 can be pulled out of the base element 11. Thereafter, the base element is free to accommodate another plug-in element 12 with a different silhouette.

Claims (12)

1. Stand-up display, in particular stand-up display figure (10), made of paper, cardboard, paperboard or the like, consisting of at least one first blank (13) and at least one second blank (14, 39), wherein the first blank (13) can be folded to form a base element (11) having two transverse sides (27), two longitudinal sides (15), a standing side (18) and a receiving side (28) and the second blank (14, 39) as plug-in element (12) can be plugged onto the base element (11) to stabilize the base element (11), wherein the plug-in element (12) has three tabs (33, 34, 35), namely two outer tabs (33, 35) and one middle tab (34), between which recesses (36, 37) are formed, wherein the outer tabs (33, 35) have latching elements (38) corresponding to openings (23) in outer walls (17) of the base element (11), and wherein the latching elements (38) are in the form of webs in order to form a fixed connection between the base element (11) and the plug-in element (12), and the tabs (33, 34, 35) and the recesses (36, 37) are formed such that the plug-in element (12) can be plugged into the receiving side (28) of the base element (11), and characterized in that the base element (11) is in the form of a truncated pyramid.

Stand-up display according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the first blank (13) is provided such that, after the folding to form the base element (11), the transverse sides (27) are each composed of an inner wall (16) and the outer wall (17), which in particular can be folded one on top of the other almost congruently, preferably the outer wall (17) and inner wall (16) respectively protrude beyond the inner wall (16) and outer wall (17) in the region of the receiving side (28).

Stand-up display according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the inner walls (16) and the outer walls (17) of the first blank (13) each have a recess (20, 21) that is open on one side and, when the walls (16, 17) are being folded to form the base element (11), the recesses (20, 21) can be joined one on top of the other with the open side in the direction of the receiving side (28).

Stand-up display according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an in particular slot-like aperture (24) is assigned to the standing side (18) and preferably extends to the longitudinal sides (15) or transverse sides (27) to form a receptacle in the bottom region of the base element (11).
7. Stand-up display according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the plug-in element (12) is formed as a plate-like silhouette having a front and a rear side, wherein the silhouette may be of any desired form.
8. Stand-up display according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second blank (14, 39) forming the plug-in element (12) can be folded to form the desired silhouette, in particular can be folded together to improve the stability in itself.
9. Stand-up display according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the recesses (36, 37) of the plug-in element (12) and the recesses (20, 21) of the inner and of the outer walls (16, 17) that are open on one side can be pushed one into the other.
10. Stand-up display according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the outer tabs (33, 35) have latching elements (38) that are aligned with respect to the middle tab (34) and correspond to the openings (23) in the outer walls (17) of the base element (11).
11. Stand-up display according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the latching elements (38) are of barb-like form in order to form a fixed, in particular detachable, connection between the base element (11) and the silhouette.
12. Stand-up display according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the blanks (13, 14, 39) can be punched out or detached out of a piece of paper, paperboard, cardboard or the like and the folding edges (19) are pre-folded or perforated.
