Claims (9)
- Machine pour remplir des récipients (2), comprenant un dispositif de transport (5) pourvu d'une pluralité d'unités de manutention (13), dont chacune est amenée par le dispositif de transport (5) le long d'un chemin d'alimentation donné (P), et comprend un dispositif de support (32) pour recevoir et retenir un récipient relatif (2) et un dispositif de remplissage (14) pour verser un produit versable dans le récipient (2); le dispositif de remplissage (14) comprenant une valve de remplissage (20) et une tête de remplissage (24), qui est configurée de manière à être couplée au récipient (2) d'une manière étanche au fluide, et qui définit, de concert avec la valve de remplissage (20), un chemin d'alimentation pour le produit versable dans le récipient (2); le dispositif de support (32) et la tête de remplissage (24) étant couplés d'une manière angulairement fixe l'un à l'autre et étant en outre couplés à la valve de remplissage (20) d'une manière rotative afin de tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (16); le dispositif de remplissage (14) comprenant, en outre, une garniture mécanique (38) pour coupler la valve de remplissage (20) et la tête de remplissage (24) l'une à l'autre d'une manière étanche au fluide; la garniture mécanique (38) comprenant un premier anneau (40) couplé d'une manière angulairement fixe à la valve de remplissage (20) et un second anneau (39) couplé d'une manière angulairement fixe à la tête de remplissage (24); et caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, en outre, un dispositif de lavage (43) pour laver les garnitures mécaniques de manière à éliminer les résidus du produit versable des garnitures mécaniques (38) elles-mêmes, dans laquelle la tête de remplissage (24) est couplée à la valve de remplissage (20) d'une manière rotative en interposant au moins un palier à roulement (25b); le dispositif de lavage (43) étant configuré de manière à laver les paliers à roulement (25b) de manière à éliminer les résidus du produit versable des paliers à roulement (25b) eux-mêmes.
- Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le dispositif de lavage (43) comprend, pour chaque unité de manutention (13), un circuit hydraulique respectif (45, 46, 54) pour fournir un liquide de lavage au moins à la garniture mécanique correspondante (38), et une vanne d'alimentation (47) afin de commander de façon sélective la fourniture du liquide de lavage le long du circuit hydraulique (45, 46, 54).
- Machine selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle le circuit hydraulique (45, 46, 54) comprend une première partie (46) obtenue à travers la valve de remplissage (20) et une seconde partie (54) obtenue à travers la tête de remplissage (24).
- Machine selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle le circuit hydraulique (45, 46, 54) comporte, en outre, au moins une ouverture (56) obtenue à travers la tête de remplissage (24) afin de connecter la seconde partie (54) à l'environnement extérieur.
- Machine selon la revendication 3 ou 4, dans laquelle la tête de remplissage (24) est couplée à la valve de remplissage (20) d'une manière rotative en interposant au moins un palier à roulement (25b); la seconde partie (54) du circuit hydraulique (45, 46, 54) présentant une forme annulaire, s'étendant autour de l'axe de rotation (16), et étant configurée de manière à faire face à la garniture mécanique correspondante (38), en particulier la région entre lesdits premier et second anneaux (40, 39), et le palier à roulement correspondant (25b).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, dans laquelle le dispositif de lavage (43) comprend, en outre, un collecteur (44) connecté aux circuits hydrauliques (45, 46, 54) des unités de manutention (13).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le premier anneau (40) est en outre couplé d'une manière axialement déplaçable à la valve de remplissage (20); un dispositif de poussée (42) étant agencé entre la valve de remplissage (20) et le premier anneau (40) afin de déplacer, et normalement de maintenir, le premier anneau (40) en contact avec le second anneau (39).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif de support (32) comprend des moyens d'agrippement (34) qui agissent sur un goulot supérieur (4) d'un récipient (2) afin de retenir celui-ci dans une position suspendue.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif de remplissage (14) et le dispositif de support (32) sont déplaçables l'un par rapport à l'autre entre une position de fonctionnement, dans laquelle la tête de remplissage (24) entre en contact avec un goulot supérieur (4) du récipient (2) et est couplée au récipient (2) d'une manière étanche au fluide, et une position de repos, dans laquelle la tête de remplissage (24) est espacée du goulot supérieur (4) du récipient (2).
