Claims (3)

  1. UNITÉ D'ENCOLLAGE À HAUTE VITESSE POUR COUVERCLES DE CONTENEUR, pouvant être appliquée à un robot polaire (2) pour la pulvérisation de colle liquide ou autres fluides suivant un contour prédéfini, comprenant un bloc rotatif inférieur (9) relié à un arbre rotatif principal (5), et des pistolets applicateurs de produit (13) couplés au bloc rotatif inférieur (9) par des moyens qui permettent de régler le rayon de braquage et l'inclinaison desdits pistolets ; caractérisée en ce qu'elle inclut, au moins, un élément rotatif central (3) pour l'alimentation en fluide et un élément rotatif externe (4) pour l'alimentation en un signal électrique, relié à l'arbre rotatif principal (5), pouvant être couplé au corps du robot et aux moyens d'entraînement et de commande (8) du robot (2) ; le bloc rotatif inférieur (9) étant pourvu d'une sortie de fluide (10) et d'un signal électrique ; des moyens de position réglables (11) qui permettent de régler le rayon de braquage des pistolets en fonction des dimensions du couvercle ; les pistolets se déplaçant de manière synchrone, électriquement ou mécaniquement, cette synchronisation étant indépendante ou reliée; l'unité comprenant en outre des supports (12) couplés aux extrémités des moyens de position réglables (11), les pistolets applicateurs de produit (13) étant incorporés dans lesdits supports (12) avec des fixations mobiles (14) qui permettent de réguler leur inclinaison dans une plage.
  2. UNITÉ D'ENCOLLAGE À HAUTE VITESSE POUR COUVERCLES DE CONTENEUR, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'en outre, elle inclut une station de nettoyage (15) connectée à la commande du robot (2) pour configurer son fonctionnement, qui est incorporée près des pistolets applicateurs (13).
  3. UNITÉ D'ENCOLLAGE À HAUTE VITESSE POUR COUVERCLES DE CONTENEUR, selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisée en ce que, au moins, l'élément rotatif central (3) pour l'alimentation en fluide et l'élément rotatif externe (4) pour la fourniture de signal, relié à l'arbre rotatif principal (5), sont incorporés à l'intérieur d'un boîtier de protection (6).
