Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for operating a textile machine with a plurality of juxtaposed workstations, wherein the workstations as working members have at least one spinning station for producing the thread and / or a winding device for winding the thread onto a spool. Furthermore, the workstations own work handling organs for re-spinning the thread or for connecting two thread ends. In the method, when the production is interrupted, a coil-side thread end is provided in a defined receiving position at the workstation.
- the coil-side thread end is picked up by working organs of the job, in particular the workstation's own handling organs from the receiving position, cut to length, prepared for piecing and spun or connected to the other thread end.
- the invention relates to a textile machine with a plurality of longitudinally of the textile machine juxtaposed jobs, which have as working members in each case at least one spinning station for producing a yarn and / or a winding device for winding the yarn on a spool.
- the jobs on several workstations own handling organs for re-spinning the thread or for connecting two thread ends.
- a coil-side thread end can be taken, cut to length, prepared for piecing and spun or connected to the other end of the thread.
- the EP 1 283 288 B1 Therefore proposes another approach to the maintenance of jobs, in which all handling organs for re-spinning a thread and possibly other maintenance organs are located directly at each work site.
- the work stations of the spinning machine have controllable individual drives in order to be able to drive the working members of the spinning station in a suitable manner in accordance with the requirements both during piecing and during regular spinning operation.
- every job is capable after an interruption the production to independently re-spin the thread.
- the problem of waiting times and the associated loss of production can be avoided thereby.
- such a machine equipped with single-user automation is comparatively expensive.
- the design effort is high due to the large number of components to be arranged per workstation.
- the EP 0 311 987 A1 describes a piecing device on a spinning machine, which has for re-spinning a thread a winding device with a winding roller, a return device with a suction nozzle, a piecing and other handling elements, by means of which the thread can be submitted to the individual organs of the piecing.
- the piecing is arranged in a conventional manner in a movable maintenance device, but may also be provided individually for a spinning position.
- the EP 1 970 475 A2 describes a spinning machine with such a device for automatically piecing a thread on an open-end spinning machine, which may be provided either in a movable maintenance device or at each individual workstation.
- the piecing device has a number of handling members for re-spinning the thread.
- a suction nozzle is also provided.
- the object of the present invention is to propose a method and a textile machine, by means of which even in the event of unforeseen interruptions of production, the thread end can be quickly fed to the piecing process.
- the workstations In a method for operating a textile machine with a plurality of workstations arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the textile machine, the workstations have at least one spinning station with a spinning device for producing the thread and / or a winding device for winding the thread onto a bobbin.
- the workstations own work handling organs for re-spinning the thread or for connecting the thread ends.
- a coil-side thread end is provided in a defined receiving position at the workstation.
- the coil-side end of the thread is picked up by the working organs of the workstation, in particular the workstation's own handling organs, cut to length, cut to length, prepared for re-spinning and spun.
- a textile machine has a plurality of workstations arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the textile machine.
- the jobs contain as working organs in each case at least one spinning station with a spinning device for producing a thread and / or a winding device for winding the thread on a spool, and in both cases several workstation own handling organs for re-spinning the thread.
- a coil-side thread end can be picked up from a defined picking position, cut to length, prepared for piecing back and spun or connected to the second thread end.
- the textile machine has at least one in the range of several jobs of the textile machine movable yarn-searching device, which has a vacuum-pressurized suction nozzle for searching a accumulated on the coil yarn end. Furthermore, a transfer member is provided for transferring the thread end of the suction nozzle in the receiving position at the working place, from which the thread end by a working organ, in particular a working-own handling member, is receivable.
- the workstations With the method described or the textile machine described, it is possible to provide the workstations largely self-sufficient, so that they can perform the piecing process or connection process, eg. Splicing process, independently and without waiting in most cases. Since at an interruption of production, the thread end is always provided in the defined receiving position, from which it can be taken over directly by work organs of the workplace, can be dispensed with a workstation own thread search device. This results in a significant cost advantage over a complete single-user automation and a structural simplification of the individual jobs, since there is no space-intensive thread search device must be accommodated.
- the movable yarn-finding device which can be fed to several workstations and to feed it to the reattachment. Since the movable between multiple work stations and forth thread search device is reduced to only one or two functions, namely the thread search and possibly the transfer to the spinning station, compared to a conventional maintenance facility as well as compared to a complete single-user automation significant cost advantages. In addition, even if at several jobs at the same time a thread break must be repaired, the waiting times are on the thread-seeking device can be significantly reduced because they only need to visit the thread and handed over to the spinning unit. The next job can thus be operated much faster.
- the thread end is spent by means of a transfer member of the thread-seeking device in the receiving position at the workplace.
- the at least one transfer element is correspondingly arranged on the thread search device.
- the thread search device includes in this case as working organs only a suction nozzle, a transfer member and possibly also a thread cutting device.
- the transfer member may for example be designed as a pivoting arm, movable hook, linearly movable or backdrop-guided feeder or as a pneumatic transfer member.
- the thread end can thus be passed through the thread-seeking device directly to the job or the work organs of the job. In principle, however, it is also conceivable to arrange a transfer member at the work station, which then takes over the thread end of the suction nozzle and transferred to the receiving position.
- the receiving position from which the thread end is received by a working organ, in particular a work-own handling element, preferably in the yarn path between an output of the spinning station and the winding device, in particular between the output of the spinning station and a take-off device of the spinning station.
- a working organ in particular a work-own handling element
- This area of the job is easily accessible, so that the thread end can be transferred by the thread-seeking device or the transfer member well into this receiving position.
- the workstation is shut down in a controlled manner or can be stopped in a controlled manner.
- the work organs of the workstation can be controlled and coordinated with each other to decelerate to a standstill, so that the thread end eventually stops in the defined receiving position and does not run on the coil. Any waiting times on the thread-seeking device are hereby further shortened, since this is only needed in the case of unplanned interruptions of production, in which the thread end runs onto the spool.
- the thread-seeking device spends the thread end when it is being brought into the receiving position into the area of action of a pneumatic working member, in particular a pneumatic handling member of the workstation.
- a pneumatic handling member is usually provided at the workstations anyway to be able to fix the thread end during piecing or to form a thread reserve.
- the thread end directly by a pneumatic working member of the workplace, in a spinning machine, for example, the spinning device is recorded.
- the thread end for example, through the exhaust nozzle of the rotor spinning device be received or in the case of an air-spinning machine through the air-jet nozzle.
- the thread end can thereby be transferred very quickly through the thread-seeking device to the job, so that waiting times are further reduced.
- the thread-seeking device at the same time inserted the thread end when moving into the receiving position in the take-off device of the job and / or in a yarn guide of the winding device and / or in a yarn monitoring device.
- the thread end is thus spent directly through the thread-seeking device in a position in the threadline, in which it would be even after a controlled shutdown of the job. Additional handling facilities at the workplace are therefore not required.
- the thread end is passed through the thread-seeking device only to a pneumatic handling organ and from there by further work-own handling organs in the withdrawal device and / or in the yarn guide and / or in the yarn monitoring device is inserted.
- the thread-seeking device is movable in the longitudinal direction of the textile machine along a plurality of workstations arranged next to one another. It is again advantageous if the thread-seeking device can be moved by means of its own traction drive. However, it is also conceivable to arrange a drive for the thread-seeking device on the textile machine and to connect the thread-seeking device to the drive by means of a coupling element, for example a belt drive. Such a movable thread search device can be made particularly space-saving, so that the arrangement of the working organs of the job is thereby structurally easier.
- the textile machine is provided as a double-sided textile machine
- such a thread search device which can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the textile machine can be designed in a simple and space-saving manner if it can be moved centrally between two longitudinal sides of the textile machine.
- the thread-seeking device can contain separate working members for each of the two longitudinal sides, ie in each case a suction nozzle and, if appropriate, in each case a transfer element.
- a common suction nozzle can be provided for both longitudinal sides of the textile machine, which can be delivered to the two longitudinal sides or their workstations alternately.
- the common suction nozzle and, if appropriate, a common transfer element can, for example, be arranged so as to be pivotable or foldable on both sides along a movable frame.
- the thread-seeking device is arranged to be movable back and forth between at least two work stations of the textile machine on the textile machine.
- a yarn-searching device can be arranged in each case between two workstations located next to one another in the longitudinal direction and can be pivoted back and forth between them.
- the thread-seeking device can also be foldable and / or if necessary also be telescoped so that, for example, four workstations lying next to one another can be operated.
- the workstation's own handling devices further comprise at least one thread separation unit for cutting the thread end, a thread preparation unit for preparing the cut thread end and a return unit for returning the prepared thread end into the spinning station and / or to a connection point.
- the connection point is in the case of a winder in the region of a splicer. In the case of a spinning machine, this may also be located outside the spinning station.
- the return unit can be executed both by an additional device, such as an auxiliary roller pair, or be formed by the regular deduction device.
- FIG. 1 shows a spinning machine 1 in a first embodiment as an air spinning machine in a schematic overview.
- the spinning machine 1 includes in a conventional manner a plurality of juxtaposed jobs 2, each of which a drafting system 22 with a pair of delivery rollers 27, a spinning unit 3 with a spinning device 28, here in the form of an air-spinneret, a take-off device 9 and a winding device 4 with a not shown Have traversing device and a yarn guide 11.
- the drafting unit 22 is a fiber material F 'is supplied, which is stretched in the drafting system 22 and fed via the feed rollers 27 of the spinning station 3 with the air-jet nozzle.
- the yarn F produced there is withdrawn from the spinning station 3 by means of a take-off device 9 and fed to the present illustration via a yarn monitoring device 15 and a paraffining device 26 of the winding device 4, where it is wound onto a bobbin 5.
- a number of handling members 10, 16, 17, 18 is provided at the workstation 2, by means of which, after an interruption of production, here the spinning process, a coil-side yarn end 6 can be spun again.
- the thread end 6 is cut to length by a thread separation unit 16, prepared for piecing by a thread preparation unit 17 and returned to a connection point 19 outside the spinning station 3 by a return unit 18 into the spinning station or through the spinning station 3.
- the return unit 18 is formed by the withdrawal device 9 of the work station, which is driven to return the thread end 6 opposite to the regular withdrawal direction.
- the return unit 18 can also be designed as a separate unit, for example as an auxiliary roller pair.
- a pneumatic handling member 10 is arranged at the workstation 2 to temporarily fix the yarn end 6.
- this is not absolutely necessary, depending on the arrangement of the individual modules and handling elements 16, 17, 18 at the workstation 2, it is also possible to fix the thread end 6 by means of the take-off device 9.
- a pneumatic handling member 10 may be provided for fixing the thread end 6 or for forming a thread reserve during re-spinning at another point within the yarn path at the job 2 or there may be more than one pneumatic handling elements 10.
- the present illustration now shows a situation at the workplace 2 after a targeted interruption of the spinning process.
- a controlled shutdown can be done with every predictable spinning stop, so for example to eliminate a yarn defect, bobbin change or shutdown of the job 2 or the spinning machine.
- the conveying speeds of the individual working organs 27, 9, 4 of the job 2, here at least the delivery rollers 27, the take-off device 9 and the winding device 4 gradually and coordinated with each other reduced to a standstill.
- the drives of the individual work organs 27, 9, 4 are for this purpose equipped with individually controllable drives (not shown), which are controllable by a control device (not shown) of the job 2 or the spinning machine 1 accordingly.
- the thread end 6 thereby does not run on the bobbin, but is in a defined receiving position A between an output 8 of the spinning station 3 and the winding device 4. From there it can easily by the handling members 10, 16, 17, 18 of the job. 2 be recorded and be re-spun. Since the coil-side yarn end 6 remains essentially in its regular yarn path, it must not be after piecing also to the working organs of the job 2, in particular the trigger device 9, the yarn monitoring device 15 and the yarn guide 11 are inserted. The picking position A is present between the output 8 of the spinning station 3 and the take-off device 9.
- the yarn-seeking device according to the present invention in particular a movable yarn-searching device for a plurality of jobs, can be used particularly advantageously on a spinning machine whose workstations can be stopped in a controlled manner ,
- the thread-seeking device is only needed in the case of unplanned interruptions of the spinning process, so that only a few or even only one thread-seeking device per spinning machine is to be provided.
- a movable between several jobs thread search device is also advantageous in conventional jobs without the possibility of controlled shutdown.
- FIG. 2 shows a first embodiment of a spinning machine 1, which as well as the spinning machine 1 of FIG. 1 is designed as an air-spinning machine.
- the spinning machine of the FIG. 2 In the structure of their jobs 2 corresponds essentially to that in the FIG. 1 described so that they are no longer described.
- the in FIG. 2 shown Spinning machine 1 a yarn-searching device 7, which in the present case has a suction nozzle 12 and a transfer member 13.
- the thread search device 7 further has a frame 20 and a chassis 21, by means of which it is movable on rails 23 of the spinning machine 1 along the work stations 2.
- the movable yarn search device 7 is provided.
- the yarn-searching device 7 can position itself at the relevant workstation 2 and, by means of the movable suction nozzle 12, approach the yarn end 6 on the spool 5.
- the coil 5 is for this purpose driven by a drive, not shown, at the workstation 2 counter to their regular direction of rotation, so that the yarn end 6 can be sucked into the suction nozzle 12.
- the yarn end 6 is received by the transfer member 13 of the suction nozzle 12 and the pneumatic handling member 10 of the job 2 passed in the form of a loop of thread.
- the thread end 6 is now in the defined recording position A.
- the yarn end 6 When moving the yarn end 6 into the receiving position A, the yarn end 6 is at the same time in the working organs of the spinning station, in this case at least the yarn monitoring device 15, and the trigger 9 inserted, so that the yarn end 6 as before FIG. 1 described by the workstation's own handling devices 10, 16, 17, 18 can be spun.
- the thread end 6 can also be inserted at the same time in the yarn guide 11.
- the thread F can initially be deposited outside of the thread guide 11 and be inserted into this again after successful piecing.
- FIG. 2 is a situation shown in which the thread end has already been found on the bobbin 5 and inserted by the transfer member 13 in the take-off device 9 and the yarn monitoring unit 15 and passed in the form of the thread loop to the pneumatic handling member 10.
- the thread-seeking device 7 in this case with respect to the piecing process must perform only the two functions of thread search and - transfer, while the handling elements for piecing 10, 16, 17, 18 are located at the workplace 2, the thread-seeking device 7 can be structurally very simple and manufactured inexpensively. According to another embodiment, the thread-seeking device can additionally perform a cutting function, the thread-seeking device 7, however, can still be performed very easily and inexpensively. In addition, the thread-seeking device 7 immediately after the transfer of the thread end 6, the next job 2, where a thread break occurred, visit. In addition, since the thread-seeking device 7 is needed only in the case of an unforeseen, relatively rare yarn breakage, but not at plannable interruptions of the spinning operation, waiting times at the jobs 2 with corresponding production losses can be almost completely avoided.
- the suction nozzle 12 is designed to be pivotable and has a drive 14 for this purpose.
- the suction nozzle 12 could also be performed linearly movable or be deliverable to the coil 5 in any other way. It is also not essential to provide a separate transfer member 13.
- the yarn end 6 can also be moved directly through the suction nozzle 12 into the receiving position A at the workstation 2.
- a cutting device for the thread can also be provided on the thread search device.
- FIG. 3 Finally shows another embodiment of a spinning machine 1, which is designed in the form of a rotor spinning machine.
- the structure of the spinning machine 1 is essentially that of the spinning machine 1 of Figure 2. The following is therefore only on the differences to FIG. 2 received.
- the jobs 2 of the spinning machine 1 of FIG. 3 each include a spinning station 3 with a spinning device 28, which is designed in the form of a rotor spinning device, a feed device 24 and a dissolving device 25, via which a fiber material F 'of the spinning station 3 can be supplied.
- the yarn F spun in the spinning station 3 is in turn drawn off via a take-off device 9, a yarn monitoring device 15, and a paraffining device 26 and wound on a bobbin 5 by means of the winding device 4 via a yarn guide 11.
- a pneumatic handling member 10 a thread separating device 16, a thread preparation unit 17 and a return unit 18, which is also formed by the trigger 9, are provided.
- the conveying speeds of the working organs of the workstation 2, in particular the feed device 24, the opening device 25, the take-off device 9 and the winding device 4 can also be defined and reduced to a standstill, so that the thread end 6 does not run onto the spool 5, but is located at a defined receiving position A.
- this is not necessary.
- the thread search device 7 corresponds in its structure and its function of the thread search device 7 of FIG. 2 , so on the description for FIG. 2 is referenced.
- the described yarn-searching device 7 can be used in various textile machines such as winders, air-jet spinning machines or rotor spinning machines. Since the thread-seeking device 7 is in each case only for a short time to search and transfer thread at a job 2 in use, while all time-consuming work piecing, in particular the cutting and preparing the thread end 6, are performed directly by the job 2, there is a considerable time advantage over a conventional maintenance device. The thread-seeking device 7 can immediately visit the next job after thread transfer to the receiving position, so that waiting times can be avoided with corresponding production losses.
- the proposed yarn-searching device 7 can moreover be produced very cost-effectively, since, in addition to its basic components such as the frame 20, the chassis 21 and devices for power supply and control, as working elements, it has only one suction nozzle 12 and one or more transfer organs 13.

A textile machine has a plurality of workstations arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the textile machine. The jobs contain as working organs in each case at least one spinning station with a spinning device for producing a thread and / or a winding device for winding the thread on a spool, and in both cases several workstation own handling organs for re-spinning the thread. By means of the work organs, in particular the workstation's own handling organs, a coil-side thread end can be picked up from a defined picking position, cut to length, prepared for piecing back and spun or connected to the second thread end.
The textile machine has at least one in the range of several jobs of the textile machine movable yarn-searching device, which has a vacuum-pressurized suction nozzle for searching a accumulated on the coil yarn end. Furthermore, a transfer member is provided for transferring the thread end of the suction nozzle in the receiving position at the working place, from which the thread end by a working organ, in particular a working-own handling member, is receivable.
With the method described or the textile machine described, it is possible to provide the workstations largely self-sufficient, so that they can perform the piecing process or connection process, eg. Nevertheless, in the case of a thread end which has accumulated on the bobbin, it is possible to quickly locate it by means of the movable yarn-finding device which can be fed to several workstations and to feed it to the reattachment.
According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the method, the thread end is spent by means of a transfer member of the thread-seeking device in the receiving position at the workplace. In the textile machine, the at least one transfer element is correspondingly arranged on the thread search device. The thread search device includes in this case as working organs only a suction nozzle, a transfer member and possibly also a thread cutting device. The transfer member may for example be designed as a pivoting arm, movable hook, linearly movable or backdrop-guided feeder or as a pneumatic transfer member. The thread end can thus be passed through the thread-seeking device directly to the job or the work organs of the job. In principle, however, it is also conceivable to arrange a transfer member at the work station, which then takes over the thread end of the suction nozzle and transferred to the receiving position.
In a spinning machine, the receiving position, from which the thread end is received by a working organ, in particular a work-own handling element, preferably in the yarn path between an output of the spinning station and the winding device, in particular between the output of the spinning station and a take-off device of the spinning station. This area of the job is easily accessible, so that the thread end can be transferred by the thread-seeking device or the transfer member well into this receiving position.
In order to provide the coil-side thread end in the receiving position in the event of a plannable interruption of production, it is provided that the workstation is shut down in a controlled manner or can be stopped in a controlled manner. The work organs of the workstation can be controlled and coordinated with each other to decelerate to a standstill, so that the thread end eventually stops in the defined receiving position and does not run on the coil. Any waiting times on the thread-seeking device are hereby further shortened, since this is only needed in the case of unplanned interruptions of production, in which the thread end runs onto the spool.
It is advantageous if the thread-seeking device spends the thread end when it is being brought into the receiving position into the area of action of a pneumatic working member, in particular a pneumatic handling member of the workstation. Such a pneumatic handling member is usually provided at the workstations anyway to be able to fix the thread end during piecing or to form a thread reserve. However, it may also be provided an additional pneumatic handling member for the takeover of the thread end of the thread search device. Likewise, it is also possible that the thread end directly by a pneumatic working member of the workplace, in a spinning machine, for example, the spinning device is recorded. In the case of a rotor spinning machine, the thread end, for example, through the exhaust nozzle of the rotor spinning device be received or in the case of an air-spinning machine through the air-jet nozzle. In any case, the thread end can thereby be transferred very quickly through the thread-seeking device to the job, so that waiting times are further reduced.
It is also advantageous if the thread-seeking device at the same time inserted the thread end when moving into the receiving position in the take-off device of the job and / or in a yarn guide of the winding device and / or in a yarn monitoring device. The thread end is thus spent directly through the thread-seeking device in a position in the threadline, in which it would be even after a controlled shutdown of the job. Additional handling facilities at the workplace are therefore not required. In principle, however, it is also conceivable that in the receiving position, the thread end is passed through the thread-seeking device only to a pneumatic handling organ and from there by further work-own handling organs in the withdrawal device and / or in the yarn guide and / or in the yarn monitoring device is inserted.
In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the textile machine, the thread-seeking device is movable in the longitudinal direction of the textile machine along a plurality of workstations arranged next to one another.
If the textile machine is provided as a double-sided textile machine, such a thread search device which can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the textile machine can be designed in a simple and space-saving manner if it can be moved centrally between two longitudinal sides of the textile machine. The thread-seeking device can contain separate working members for each of the two longitudinal sides, ie in each case a suction nozzle and, if appropriate, in each case a transfer element. Alternatively, a common suction nozzle can be provided for both longitudinal sides of the textile machine, which can be delivered to the two longitudinal sides or their workstations alternately. For this purpose, the common suction nozzle and, if appropriate, a common transfer element can, for example, be arranged so as to be pivotable or foldable on both sides along a movable frame.
According to another advantageous development, the thread-seeking device is arranged to be movable back and forth between at least two work stations of the textile machine on the textile machine. For example, a yarn-searching device can be arranged in each case between two workstations located next to one another in the longitudinal direction and can be pivoted back and forth between them. In addition, the thread-seeking device can also be foldable and / or if necessary also be telescoped so that, for example, four workstations lying next to one another can be operated.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the textile machine, the workstation's own handling devices further comprise at least one thread separation unit for cutting the thread end, a thread preparation unit for preparing the cut thread end and a return unit for returning the prepared thread end into the spinning station and / or to a connection point. The connection point is in the case of a winder in the region of a splicer. In the case of a spinning machine, this may also be located outside the spinning station. The return unit can be executed both by an additional device, such as an auxiliary roller pair, or be formed by the regular deduction device.

Furthermore, a number of
In the present case, a
The present illustration now shows a situation at the
If now an unforeseen interruption of the spinning process, for example due to yarn breakage, on, then the coil-
Characterized in that the thread-seeking
In the present case, the

In the present case, in turn, a situation in which a
The described yarn-searching
