Claims (14)
- Dispositif pour préformer et pour arrondir un corps d'ouvrage (1, 1') dans une machine de production de livres, comprenant un appareil de transport (55, 56) ; un listel d'appui (63) à une hauteur de chargement réglable, en vue de recevoir une tranche de gouttière (2) du corps d'ouvrage (1, 1') ; un appareil de levage comportant un poinçon de préformage (11) agencé avec mobilité dans le sens vertical au-dessus d'un dos (3) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1, 1'), devant être arrondi, et au moins deux outils de préformage (27) dévolus au façonnage du dos (3) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1, 1'); et un appareil d'arrondissure (50) doté de deux cylindres arrondisseurs (57, 58) entraînés dans des sens opposés, de manière à pouvoir tourner autour d'axes de rotation (57', 58') parallèles, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un premier entraînement (26) est relié à au moins l'un des outils de préformage (27) en vue de déplacer ledit outil de préformage (27), à présence minimale, suivant une direction longitudinale parallèle aux axes de rotation (57', 58'), de telle sorte que l'espacement mutuel desdits outils de préformage (27) puisse être modifié, dans ladite direction longitudinale, au moyen dudit entraînement à présence minimale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins un second entraînement (31) est au moins indirectement relié au listel d'appui (63) et/ou au poinçon de préformage (11), et est actionné à partir d'une commande de la machine avec ajustement de l'épaisseur du corps d'ouvrage en vue de régler, en fonction de ladite épaisseur du corps d'ouvrage, la hauteur de chargement et/ou l'emplacement en hauteur des outils de préformage (27).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les outils de préformage (27) sont réalisés en tant que barrettes prismatiques (27') munies d'arêtes prismatiques (30) qui convergent en forme de V en observant en coupe transversale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le poinçon de préformage (11) est muni d'au moins un chariot (13, 14), et au moins une barrette prismatique (27'), de préférence exactement deux barrettes prismatiques (27'), est/sont placée(s) sur un chariot (13, 14) respectif.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que le poinçon de préformage (11) est muni d'au moins un chariot (13, 14), et exactement deux barrettes prismatiques (27') sont placées sur un chariot (13, 14) respectif, en tant qu'uniques outils de préformage (27) en contact avec le dos (3) du corps d'ouvrage (1, 1').
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les barrettes prismatiques (27') peuvent être remplacées en fonction de l'épaisseur du bloc d'ouvrage et couvrent, à chaque fois, une gamme d'épaisseurs d'environ 30 mm à 40 mm ; et par le fait qu'il est notamment possible d'utiliser, avec faculté de remplacement, deux ensembles jumelés de barrettes prismatiques (27') au sein desquels une petite paire de barrettes prismatiques (27') et une grande paire de barrettes prismatiques (27') couvrent, respectivement, la gamme d'épaisseurs de 5 mm à 40 mm et la gamme d'épaisseurs de 40 mm à 80 mm.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les outils de préformage (27) sont entraînés avec couplage mutuel, de façon telle qu'ils soient réglables exclusivement de manière symétrique par rapport à un axe médian vertical du corps d'ouvrage (1, 1').
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les outils de préformage (27) peuvent être réglés ou déplacés au moyen d'une unique broche de réglage (20), de préférence rapprochés ou éloignés réciproquement de manière symétrique, avec filetage à droite/à gauche.
- Procédé dévolu au préformage et au cintrage d'un corps d'ouvrage (1, 1'), dans lequel un appareil de transport (55, 56) achemine tout d'abord le corps d'ouvrage (1, 1') vers un listel d'appui (63) par sa tranche de gouttière (2), à une hauteur de chargement, après quoi, en vue de préformer ledit corps d'ouvrage (1, 1'), des outils de préformage (27) sont mis en applique sur au moins un dos (3) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1, 1') au moyen d'un appareil de levage, puis des cylindres arrondisseurs (57, 58) agissent sur les côtés dudit corps d'ouvrage (1, 1') au moyen d'un appareil d'arrondissure (50), en vue du cintrage, caractérisé par le fait que, pour préparer le préformage, les outils de préformage (27), situés au-dessus du dos (3) du corps d'ouvrage (1, 1') et agencés avec espacement mutuel dans la direction longitudinale dudit dos (3), sont rapprochés ou éloignés réciproquement suivant ladite direction longitudinale, au moyen d'un premier entraînement (26).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'un dispositif conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 8 est utilisé pour la mise en oeuvre.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 ou 10, caractérisé par le fait que la hauteur de chargement et/ou la course du poinçon de préformage (11) est/sont réglée(s) au moins en fonction de l'épaisseur du corps d'ouvrage, notamment à raison d'environ 0,2 mm pour 1 mm d'épaisseur du corps d'ouvrage et additionnellement, avec préférence particulière, en fonction de rayons d'arrondi sélectionnables et/ou en fonction de la forme d'arêtes prismatiques (30) d'au moins deux, parmi les outils de préformage (27).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé par le fait que la hauteur de chargement est réglée exclusivement par un réglage du listel d'appui (63) en fonction de la course d'arrondissure, de l'épaisseur du corps d'ouvrage, de la distance comprise entre le bord de pliage et le dos (3) dudit corps d'ouvrage (1, 1'), et d'une course de déplacement d'arêtes prismatiques extérieures de barrettes prismatiques (27') réalisées en tant qu'outils de préformage (27).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé par le fait que les outils de préformage (27) sont réglés suivant une cote X préétablie, dans une direction verticale Y, en fonction d'au moins un paramètre du corps d'ouvrage (1, 1').
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que les outils de préformage (27) sont déplacés mutuellement en fonction d'au moins un paramètre du corps d'ouvrage (1, 1'), d'une distance préétablie dans une direction horizontale V, plus précisément de manière symétrique par rapport à un axe médian dudit corps d'ouvrage (1, 1').
