Claims (18)

  1. Paquet comprenant : une base (2) et un couvercle (3),
    la base ayant une ouverture et le couvercle étant agencé de sorte que le couvercle peut coulisser entre une position fermée dans laquelle le couvercle recouvre l'ouverture et une position intermédiaire dans laquelle le couvercle peut pivoter dans une position ouverte pour découvrir l'ouverture ;
    dans lequel la base est agencée pour recevoir une pluralité de produits de l'industrie du tabac (16) ayant une longueur inférieure à une longueur du paquet, de sorte qu'un vide (20) est formé entre une paroi (14) du couvercle et lesdits produits de l'industrie du tabac reçus dans la base dans la position fermée ;
    et dans lequel un élément de levage (17) est agencé pour déplacer au moins l'un desdits produits de l'industrie du tabac vers l'ouverture lorsque le couvercle coulisse depuis la position fermée vers la position intermédiaire ;
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément de levage comprend une languette (23) agencée pour coopérer avec une fente (24) définie à l'intérieur de la base.
  2. Paquet selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la base (2) comprend en outre un cadre interne (18) qui définit l'ouverture et étant agencé de sorte que dans la position fermée, le couvercle (3) recouvre le cadre interne et l'ouverture, et dans la position intermédiaire, le couvercle peut pivoter sur le cadre interne pour découvrir l'ouverture.
  3. Paquet selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'élément de levage (17) est configuré pour déplacer ledit au moins un produit de l' industrie du tabac (16) de sorte qu' une extrémité de ce produit de l'industrie du tabac est sensiblement au niveau de l'ouverture lorsque le couvercle (3) est dans la position intermédiaire.
  4. Paquet selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel l' élément de levage (17) est disposé dans la base (2) entre une paroi (5) de la base et ledit au moins un produit de l' industrie du tabac (16).
  5. Paquet selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel ledit au moins un produit de l' industrie du tabac est disposé dans un emballage, ledit emballage étant fixé à l'élément de levage (17) .
  6. Paquet selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'emballage est fixé à l'élément de levage (17) à l'aide d'un adhésif.
  7. Paquet selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel l'élément de levage (17) comprend une saillie (31) qui vient en prise avec ledit au moins un produit de l'industrie du tabac (16) .
  8. Paquet selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel la languette (23) et la fente (24) sont configurées pour limiter le déplacement coulissant du couvercle (3) par rapport à la base (2).
  9. Paquet selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, dans lequel la fente (24) est définie entre le cadre interne (18) et une paroi (29, 30) de la base (2).
  10. Paquet selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel le couvercle (3) et la base (2) sont agencés de sorte que le couvercle doit être coulissé vers au moins la position intermédiaire pour permettre au couvercle de pivoter en position ouverte.
  11. Paquet selon la revendication 10, dans lequel, au niveau de ladite position intermédiaire, une extrémité dudit au moins un produit de l'industrie du tabac (16) est sensiblement au niveau de l'ouverture.
  12. Paquet selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel l'élément de levage (17) est configuré pour déplacer l'ensemble dudit au moins un produit de l'industrie du tabac (16) lorsque le couvercle (3) est coulissé par rapport à la base (2).
  13. Paquet selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel une pluralité de produits de l'industrie du tabac (16) sont disposés dans ledit paquet.
  14. Paquet selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel les produits de l'industrie du tabac sont des articles à fumer, par exemples des cigarettes.
  15. Paquet selon une quelconque revendication précédente, dans lequel le vide (20) s'étend le long d'au moins 5 % d'une longueur du paquet dans la position fermée.
  16. Ensemble de découpes pour réaliser le paquet selon une quelconque revendication précédente, l'ensemble de découpes comprenant une première partie pour former ladite base (2), une deuxième partie pour former ledit couvercle (3) et une troisième partie pour former ledit élément de levage (17), et dans lequel la première partie comprend la fente (24) de sorte que la fente est définie à l'intérieur de la base (2) après la réalisation du paquet.
  17. Ensemble de découpes pour réaliser le paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, l'ensemble de découpes comprenant une première partie pour former ladite base (2), une deuxième partie pour former ledit couvercle (3), une troisième partie pour former ledit élément de levage (17) et une quatrième partie pour former un cadre interne (18) à agencer à l'intérieur de ladite base (2), et dans lequel la première partie et la quatrième partie sont configurées de sorte qu'après la réalisation du paquet, la fente (24) est formée dans le cadre interne (18) et/ou dans la base (2).
  18. Ensemble de découpes selon la revendication 16 ou la revendication 17, dans lequel les deuxième et troisième parties sont intégrales.
