Claims (5)

  1. Contenant pour livraison de produits, PDC, isolé thermiquement (1) incluant au sein de celui-ci une coque rigide (3) définissant un tube creux contenant de la laine, des première et deuxième boîtes de fermeture d'extrémité de tube (5, 10) contenant de la laine afin de définir ainsi collectivement un vide interne pour recevoir au moins un contenant à matériau à changement de phase (9) pour procurer un état à température contrôlée au sein du vide en présence d'un matériau à changement de phase (PCM), un déflecteur thermique (7, 8) entre ledit ou chaque contenant à matériau à changement de phase et un produit destiné à être porté au sein du compartiment, caractérisé en ce que ledit ou chaque déflecteur thermique se présente sous forme de feuille, chaque feuille étant apte à être placée entre le produit et ledit ou chaque contenant PCM (9).
  2. PDC de la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit ou chaque déflecteur thermique (7, 8) comprend une ou plusieurs couches de carton ondulé servant à contrôler le flux de chaleur vers ou à partir du produit, empêchant ou inhibant ainsi un choc thermique pour le produit.
  3. PDC selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le PDC a une forme modulaire, étant cuboïde (2) ou cylindrique (3), dans lequel la coque creuse contenant de la laine (3) est en ajustement glissant au sein du contenant (2), ledit ou chaque contenant PCM (9) est en ajustement glissant au sein de la coque contenant de la laine, un déflecteur thermique est en ajustement glissant par-dessus ledit ou chaque contenant PCM par ex. un produit médical dans son emballage primaire d'origine mis par-dessus ou entre ledit ou chaque déflecteur thermique de sorte que, lorsque le contenant est fermé, il adopte une structure rigide de manière générale afin de minimiser ainsi tout endommagement mécanique au niveau du contenu durant le transport.
  4. PDC selon n'importe quelle revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que ledit ou chaque contenant PCM inclut des ouvertures avec lesquelles a lieu un échange de différences de température au sein du PDC.
  5. PDC selon n'importe quelle revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que les première et deuxième boîtes de fermeture de tube (5, 10) sont chacune séparées en deux compartiments (5a, 5b, & 10a, 10b), l'un pour recevoir la laine et l'autre pour recevoir un PCM pour contrôler la température au sein de l'espace intérieur du PDC.
