- Procédé mis en oeuvre par ordinateur pour faire fonctionner un outil de pose de rivets à main pour la pose de moyens de rivetage, comprenant un mandrin à rivet cassable, de préférence un outil de pose de rivets selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant les étapes suivantes : la détection (S0) d'un trajet parcouru par un dispositif d'extraction de mandrin lors d'une opération de pose de rivets, sous forme de données de trajet ; la détection (S1) d'une force exercée par le dispositif de traction de mandrin pendant l'opération de pose sous la forme de données de force ; la fourniture (S2) des données sous la forme d'une courbe force-trajet (28) pouvant être associée à l'opération de pose dans une mémoire d'outil (13) de l'outil de pose de rivets à main, et la fourniture (S3) d'une deuxième courbe trajet-force (28) dans la mémoire d'outil (13) par détection des valeurs d'un deuxième ensemble de données de force pouvant être associées à une deuxième opération de pose, et la détection des valeurs d'un deuxième ensemble de données de trajet pouvant également être associées à la deuxième opération de pose ; la comparaison (S4) des deux courbes force-trajet (28) l'une à l'autre à l'aide d'un moyen de comparaison (14) de l'outil de pose de rivets à main et la détermination (S5) d'une action spécifique pour l'outil de pose de rivets à main, sur la base dudit résultat de comparaison,
dans lequel les mâchoires de serrage destinées à saisir le mandrin à rivet font partie de la tête d'outil (10) et peuvent être commandées au moyen du dispositif de traction (7),
caractérisé en ce qu'en tant qu'action, un glissement entre les mâchoires de serrage et le mandrin à rivet pendant une opération de traction est déterminé, dans lequel l'outil de pose de rivets, pour une identification d'un glissement des rivets, identifie lui-même une courbe en dents de scie au sein d'une courbe de rivetage qui signale un glissement du mandrin à rivet entre les mâchoires de serrage, dans lequel un dérapage sur une largeur de dispersion verticale maximale admissible, en particulier une largeur de dispersion verticale maximale de la courbe du rivet, est détecté et conduit à une suggestion de maintenance en tant qu'action, et dans lequel une courbe limite pour le trajet ou la force est spécifiée, et dans lequel chaque point individuel de la courbe de rivetage peut présenter des tolérances d'écart individuelles. - Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel la première courbe force-trajet (28) est prédéfinie en tant que courbe de référence à des fins de comparaison avec une pluralité d'autres courbes force-trajet (28) pouvant être fournies par l'outil de pose de rivets.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, dans lequel les première et deuxième courbes force-trajet (28) sont comparées l'une à l'autre dans l'ordre chronologique de leur détection.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications de procédé précédentes, dans lequel les mâchoires de serrage sont commandées au moyen du dispositif de traction (7) pendant la pose.
- Procédé selon la revendication 14, dans lequel le dispositif de traction (7) est modifié pendant la pose en fonction du glissement.
