Claims (5)

  1. Conteneur présentoir (1) dans lequel des produits empilés à l'horizontale (3) sont agencés, comprenant une bande élastique pour amener lesdits produits (3) vers la partie antérieure de celui-ci, formé par une feuille de carton quadrangulaire (1.1) avec un premier côté (1.2) qui correspond à une première ligne de pliage, d'où une première languette (1.3) ressort et, en parallèle et en séquence, sont agencés les deuxième (1.4), troisième (1.5) et quatrième (1.6) côtés, qui correspondent respectivement aux deuxième, troisième et quatrième lignes de pliage et parallèle au quatrième côté (1.6) et à la suite de la séquence est disposé un cinquième côté (1.7) sous forme d'extrémité de la feuille (1.1), sur chaque côté de laquelle et perpendiculaire aux côtés (1.2,1.4,1.5,1.6,1.7) sont agencées des cinquième (1.12) et sixième (1.17) lignes de pliage, qui correspondent respectivement aux sixième et septième côtés, caractérisé en ce que depuis les cinquième (1.12) et sixième (1.17) lignes de pliage et vers l'extrémité la plus proche de la feuille (1.1) de façon correspondant aux deuxième (1.4), troisième (1.5) et quatrième (1.6) côtés sont réalisées les première (1.22), deuxième (1.23), troisième (1.24), quatrième (1.25), cinquième (1.26) et sixième (1.27) encoches, configurant ainsi les faces suivantes : face antérieure (1.8) entre les premier (1.2), deuxième (1.4), sixième (1.12) et septième (1.17) côtés ; de côté droit (1.9) entre les deuxième (1.4), troisième (1.5), sixième (1.12) et septième (1.17) côtés; face arrière (1.10) entre les troisième (1.5), quatrième (1.6), sixième (1.12) et septième (1.17) côtés ; de côté gauche (1.11) entre les quatrième (1.6), cinquième (1.7), sixième (1.12) et septième (1.17) côtés; de cette manière les languettes suivantes sont configurées comme suit : deuxième languette (1.13) entre le sixième côté (1.12) et la première encoche (1.22) ; troisième languette (1.14) entre le sixième côté (1.12) et les première (1.22) et deuxième encoches (1.23) ; quatrième languette (1.15) entre le sixième côté (1.12) et les deuxième (1.23) et troisième (1.24) encoches; cinquième languette (1.16) entre la troisième encoche (1.24) et les cinquième (1.7) et sixième (1.12) côtés ; sixième languette (1.18) entre le septième côté (1.17) et la quatrième encoche (1.25) ; septième languette (1.19) entre le septième côté (1.17), la quatrième (1.25) et la cinquième (1.26) encoche; huitième languette (1.20) entre le septième côté (1.17) et les cinquième (1.26) et sixième (1.27) encoches ; neuvième languette (1.21) entre la sixième encoche (1.27) et les cinquième (1.7) et septième (1.17) côtés ; une ligne de rupture (1.29) est prévue le long de la feuille (1.1) parallèle au sixième côté (1.12), dans chacun des premier (1.2) et deuxième (1.4) côté, un orifice de guidage (1.28) est réalisé pour la bande élastique (2) entre le sixième côté (1.12) et la ligne de rupture (1.29), dans chacun des troisième (1.5) et quatrième (1.6) côtés, un orifice de guidage (1.28) est réalisé pour la bande élastique (2) au niveau de l'intersection de chacun desdits côtés (1.5,1.6) avec la ligne de rupture (1.29), de sorte que lors de la formation du conteneur (1) la première languette (1.3) coïncide avec le cinquième côté (1.7) de sorte que lorsque la portion supérieure pouvant être rompue est séparée le long de la ligne de rupture (1.29), la bande élastique (2) exerce une force de traction constante sur les produits (3) vers la face antérieure (1.8) du conteneur (1).
  2. Conteneur présentoir selon la revendication 1 dans lequel la ligne de rupture (1.29) est constituée de deux segments parallèles, le premier segment plus proche du septième côté (1.17) et s'étendant le long de la première languette (1.3), la face avant (1.8), un segment de la face de côté droit (1.9) et un segment de la face de côté gauche (1.11).
  3. Conteneur présentoir selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins une ouverture (1.30) est réalisée dans la ligne de rupture (1.29) pour faciliter la rupture.
  4. Conteneur présentoir selon la revendication 3,dans lequel une ouverture (1.30) est ménagée dans le segment de la ligne de rupture (1.29) dans la face avant (1.8).
  5. Conteneur présentoir selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le carton est du carton ondulé.
