Thefront member 41 has a forward protrudingtubular element 43, astopping element 44 beneath thetubular element 43, both in a top portion of thefront member 41, and a forwardly open throughhole 45 in a bottom portion. Ashaft 46 is received through thetubular element 43, thebuffer piece 421, and therear cap 422. Abolt 47 is joined to a rear end of theshaft 46 so as to securely lock thebuffer piece 421 and therear cap 422 of thebutt unit 4 together. After thebutt unit 4 is joined to themain unit 1, thefirst section 13 has alocking hole 132 above thepositioning hole 19, and abolt 48 is threaded through thelocking hole 132 and thestopping element 44. Thebolt 48 has anotch 481 in the middle, thereby forming a semi-circular cross-section. Thenotch 481 interfaces with thestopping element 44. By turning thebolt 48 so that thenotch 481 faces laterally sideway, thebutt unit 4 is locked to themain unit 1. If thenotch 481 faces upward, thebutt unit 4 is not interfered by the stoppingelement 44 and is detachable from themain unit 1. - A threaded

A front end of theshaft 60 runs axially through arotatory wheel 6 positioned in anindentation 143 along a rear side of thesecond section 14 when thebutt unit 4 is mounted to themain unit 1. By turning therotatory wheel 6, thebutt member 42 can be moved forward or backward so as to fit users of different arm lengths. Theshaft 46 has ahook 461 on a front end and, as thebutt member 42 is moved backward to an extent, theshaft 46 is moved backward as well and thehook 461 engages a limitingelement 431 on an inner wall of thetubular element 43 so as to prevent thebutt member 42 from being extended too much. - As described above, the
connection unit 2 can be telescoped out of themain unit 1 and thebutt member 42 can also be extended backward for different distance so as to suit users of various arm lengths. Thecheek support unit 3 on the other hand can be raised to various heights so that users can more comfortably operate the electric air gun. - As shown in
FIGS. 6 and7 , the adjustment of the extension unit is as follows. Firstly, thebolt 22 is released and thetubular body 21 can be pulled out or pushed in for an appropriate distance. Then, thebolt 22 is fastened into anappropriate positioning notch 211. - As shown in
FIGS. 8 and9 , the adjustment of the butt unit is as follows. The turning of therotatory wheel 6 drives theshaft 60 to move forward or backward, along with the butt member 42 (including thebuffer piece 421 and the rear cap 422) so as to fit users of different arm lengths. For example, turning therotatory wheel 6 in a predetermined rotation direction (such as clockwise) will extend thebutt member 42 outward whereas turning therotatory wheel 6 in an opposite rotation direction (such as counterclockwise) will pull thebutt member 42 inward towards thefront member 41. As theshaft 60 moves backward to a certain extent, thehook 461 of theshaft 46 will be stopped by the limitingelement 431 so as to prevent thebutt member 42 from too much extension and falling off. - As shown in
FIGS. 9A ,10 and11 , the detachment of the butt unit is as follows. Thebolt 48 is turned until itsnotch 481 escapes the confinement of the stoppingelement 44, theentire butt unit 4 can be pulled and separated from themain unit 1. On the other hand, if thebolt 48 is turned so that itsnotch 481 interferes with the stoppingelement 44, thebutt unit 44 cannot be separated from themain unit 1 and can only be adjusted by turning therotatory wheel 6. This convenient detachment of thebutt unit 4 allows a user to speedily replace or maintain components such as fuse or battery inside thebutt unit 4 or in themain unit 1. - As shown in
FIG. 12 , the adjustment of the cheek support unit is as follows. By turning therotatory wheel 5, theshaft 313 is driven to raise or lower thecheek support unit 3 upward or downward so as to fit users of various neck lengths. As thecheek support unit 3 is moved upward or downward, theribs 311 and thenotches 121 jointly provide a number of reliable positions for thecheek support unit 3. Additionally, thehooks 122 and theblocks 312 jointly prevent thecheek support unit 3 from being raised to high and fall off.
