Dispositif (1) de protection d'un système (2) de commande électrique actionnable par un organe (20) de manoeuvre et agencé dans un panneau de commande (3), comprenant : - un corps (19) présentant un axe longitudinal destiné à s'étendre perpendiculairement à une paroi dudit panneau de commande (3), - un capot rotatif (11), mobile autour d'un axe de rotation (X2-X'2) coaxial à l'axe longitudinal dudit corps (19), entre une position de repos dans laquelle il interdit l'accès audit organe (20) de manoeuvre de sorte à empêcher un actionnement du système de commande électrique, et une position d'accès dans laquelle il autorise l'accès à l'organe (20) de manoeuvre en vue d'un actionnement manuel par un utilisateur, - une première came (14) et une seconde came (12) logées dans ledit corps (19), - la première came (14) étant solidaire en rotation dudit capot (11), et la seconde came (12) étant mobile uniquement en translation par rapport au corps (19) dans une direction axiale parallèle à l'axe de rotation du capot (11) et sollicitée vers la première came (14) par un organe élastique (13), - la première et la seconde came présentant des profils de came (P1, P2) adaptés l'un à l'autre pour procurer successivement, de la position de repos vers la position d'accès : (i) un premier emboîtement stable selon ladite direction axiale de la première (14) et de la seconde came (12) dans la position de repos, (ii) une translation de la seconde came (12) selon ladite direction axiale à l'encontre de la sollicitation de l'organe élastique (13) sous l'effet de la rotation de la première came (14), jusqu'à une position d'équilibre instable au-delà de laquelle l'organe élastique (13) entraîne la seconde came (12) en translation en rapprochement de la première came (14), (iii) un second emboîtement stable selon ladite direction axiale de la première (14) et de la seconde came (12) dans la position d'accès.
