Claims (15)

  1. Installation d'emballage (1) destinée à l'emballage de produits (3) de grandeur différente, de préférence de produits alimentaires, en particulier des pièces de viande fraîche, comprenant un dispositif d'amenée (2) pour les produits (3) qui présentent au moins une caractéristique de produit identifiable, un poste d'examen (4) destiné à identifier ladite au moins une caractéristique de produit, et un dispositif de répartition (9) pour répartir les produits (3) sur au moins deux dispositifs de transport (10, 11), caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu au moins une machine d'emballage par emboutissage et thermoformage (6, 7), qui comprend un premier (22) et un deuxième poste de formage (23), le premier poste de formage (22) permettant de former une première grandeur de cavités (8) dans une bande de feuille (20) et le deuxième poste de formage (23) permettant de former une deuxième grandeur de cavités (8) dans la bande de feuille (20), qui est différente de la première grandeur, et en ce que la machine d'emballage par emboutissage et thermoformage (6, 7) comporte une commande (5) qui est configurée pour produire, par conversion automatique en cours de fonctionnement en fonction des produits (3) amenés, la première ou la deuxième grandeur de cavités (8) pour y déposer les produits (3) correspondants.
  2. Installation d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un premier poste de scellage (13) pour assurer la fermeture scellée d'un format (F1, F2, F3, F4) à l'aide d'une feuille de couverture (D) moyennant au moins un scellage de cadre de bordure (15).
  3. Installation d'emballage selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la machine d'emballage par emboutissage et thermoformage (6, 7) comporte un deuxième poste de scellage (14) pour réaliser un scellage transversal et/ou longitudinal (14a, 26a).
  4. Installation d'emballage selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le deuxième poste de scellage (14) est agencé en aval du premier poste de scellage (13), en se référant à une direction de transport (R).
  5. Installation d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un dispositif de transport (10, 11) comporte un dispositif de stockage tampon (21) pour accueillir un ou plusieurs produits (3) en provenance du dispositif de transport (10, 11), et à nouveau les délivrer au dispositif de transport (10, 11).
  6. Installation d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la commande (5) est configurée pour suivre les positions des produits (3) à partir du poste d'examen (4), le long du dispositif d'amenée (2) et des dispositifs de transport (10, 11), jusque dans la machine d'emballage par emboutissage et thermoformage (6, 7).
  7. Installation d'emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que la commande (5) de l'installation d'emballage (1) est une commande-machine (5) d'une machine d'emballage par emboutissage et thermoformage (6, 7).
  8. Installation d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le poste d'examen comporte un dispositif d'examen (4a) destiné à identifier ladite au moins une caractéristique de produit, ou bien une unité de saisie (4b) pour sélectionner manuellement une caractéristique de produit d'un produit (3).
  9. Procédé pour assurer le fonctionnement d'une installation d'emballage (1) comprenant au moins une machine d'emballage par emboutissage et thermoformage (6, 7), un dispositif d'amenée (2) pour des produits (3), et un poste d'examen (4), au moins une caractéristique de produit de chaque produit (3) étant déterminée au niveau du poste d'examen (4), et le produit (3) étant ensuite distribué sur un dispositif de transport (10, 11), au moyen d'un dispositif de distribution (9) et conformément à sa caractéristique de produit ayant été déterminée, caractérisé en ce que la machine d'emballage par emboutissage et thermoformage (6, 7) comporte au moins deux postes de formage (22, 23, 24), et en ce qu'au moyen d'au moins deux postes de formage (22, 23, 24) de la machine d'emballage par emboutissage et thermoformage (6, 7) et au moyen d'une commande (5) qui est reliée au poste d'examen (4), on procède au formage, en fonction des produits (3) identifiés au moyen du poste d'examen (4) et conformément à leurs caractéristiques de produit ayant été déterminées, une grandeur et/ou un nombre de cavités (8) dans une bande de feuille (20).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les caractéristiques de produit sont des dimensions du produit (3), comme sa hauteur, sa longueur, et/ou sa largeur.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de distribution (9) distribue les produits (3), conformément à leur caractéristique de produit, sur le dispositif de transport (10, 11) respectivement correspondant.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la détermination de ladite au moins une caractéristique de produit du produit (3) est effectuée par un dispositif d'examen (4a) ou bien manuellement par une personne de service par saisie de la caractéristique de produit relevée, au niveau d'une unité de saisie (4b) du poste d'examen (4).
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'aide d'un dispositif de stockage tampon (21), des produits individuels ou plusieurs produits (3) sont prélevés à partir du dispositif de transport (10, 11) et sont à nouveau délivrés au dispositif de transport (10, 11), en vue de grouper les produits (3) prévus pour un format (F1, F2, F3, F4).
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'au moyen de la commande (5), les produits (3) sont suivis à partir du poste d'examen (4), le long du dispositif d'amenée (2) et des dispositifs de transport (10, 11), jusque dans la machine d'emballage par emboutissage et thermoformage (6, 7).
  15. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 9 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les produits (3) qui se distinguent pour une caractéristique de produit, sont transportés en commun sur un dispositif de transport (10, 11) jusqu'au poste de dépose (12) de la machine d'emballage par emboutissage et thermoformage (6, 7), et en ce que l'on réalise par formage à l'aide d'un des deux postes de formage (22, 23), le format ou la cavité (8) prévus pour le produit (3) respectivement considéré, qui sont alors amenés sensiblement en même temps avec le produit (3) associé, dans le poste de dépose (12).
