  • the folded sheet 30 is, subsequently, subjected to a cutting process performed along further imaginary lines of cutting 32 ( Figure 5 ) at opposite edges of the long side, i.e. of said opposite transversal edge portions of said folded sheet 30 to define a multipage information leaflet 34 comprising the two or more pages 27 integral one with the other at a joining area 29 defined by the band provided with glue 28, as schematised in Figure 6 : in this way the information leaflet can be browsed.
  • the information leaflet 34 formed in this way passes, subsequently, in the transit and transfer station 18, placed in succession to the folding and cutting station, for a movement, by means of rollers or in another known and equivalent manner, in the direction of the pressing station 20 where the joining area 29 defined by the gluing band 28 is pressed (for example by means of rollers) in order to avoid the formation of humps or irregularities which can jeopardise the good quality of the finished product.
  • the multipage information leaflet 34 can subsequently be stacked in reams and stored in the warehouse or moved in further production lines where it is subjected to folding operations and insertion in a container of a specific product whereto said leaflet is associated.
  • the process for the production of information leaflets of the present invention allows, advantageously, the production of information leaflets or slips with multiple pages (two or more) starting from a single sheet printed on one or on both the sides so as to avoid disadvantages linked to the presence of blank pages or of pages not corresponding to the product with which said information leaflet has to be enclosed.
  • a further advantage is represented by the fact that the process of the invention, starting from a single sheet subsequently glued, folded and cut, allows the times of the production cycle to be reduced with a consequent advantage in terms of production costs.
  • a further advantage is represented by the fact that the working stations of the apparatus of the invention are flexible and can be reconfigured so as to be able to manage the production of information leaflets or slips with different formats.

Claims (7)

  1. Processus destiné à la production de feuillets d'informations à pages multiples (34), spécialement approprié pour être confiné avec des produits destinés à une utilisation médico-pharmaceutique ou cosmétique, ledit feuillet d'informations (34) muni d'une structure de livret comprenant deux pages (27) ou plus de préférence en matériaux de papier et qui transportent les informations concernant le produit avec lequel elles sont confinées, le processus étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en séquence les étapes de :
    - chargement et d'alimentation d'une rame (24) de feuillets (26), imprimés sur un ou deux côtés ;
    - prise d'un feuillet unique (26) à partir de la rame (24) et application de colle le long d'une partie de bord dudit feuillet unique (26) ;
    - pliage multiple du feuillet unique (26) sur lui-même le long de lignes de pliage (23) qui sont parallèles les unes aux autres et transversales à la partie munie de colle pour créer un feuillet plié (30) ;
    - découpage dudit feuillet plié (30) le long des parties de bord transversal opposées par l'étape de pliage pour créer le feuillet d'informations à pages multiples (34) avec les pages (25) reliées les unes aux autres seulement au niveau d'une zone de jonction (29) définie par la zone munie de colle à proximité d'un bord ;
    - pressage éventuel de la zone de jonction (29) ;
    - stockage et de collecte des feuillets d'informations finis (34) et possible rejet des feuillets d'informations non conformes aux spécifications de production.
  2. Processus selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de collage est effectuée à chaud ou à froid grâce au dépôt ou à la pulvérisation de petites gouttes ou de bandes de colle le long d'un bord d'un côté dudit feuillet unique (26) pour créer une bande de colle (28).
  3. Processus selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'étape de pliage multiple du feuillet unique (26) est effectuée par le pliage d'une aile (25) du feuillet unique sur une aile successive et adjacente, dans une direction perpendiculaire à la bande de colle (28) et commençant à partir d'une extrémité dudit feuillet unique dans la direction de l'extrémité opposée à celle-ci de sorte que les bords desdites ailes au niveau de la bande de colle (28) forment une partie intégrante les uns avec les autres.
  4. Processus selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le découpage du feuillet plié (30) est effectué le long de lignes imaginaires opposées (32) au niveau de bords opposés dudit feuillet unique orienté de manière perpendiculaire par rapport à la zone de jonction (29) définie par la bande de colle (28).
  5. Appareil (10) spécifiquement conçu pour effectuer le processus selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, destiné à la production de feuillets ou de fiches d'informations, comprenant en séquence :
    - une station de chargement et d'alimentation (12) comprenant un dispositif d'alimentation de feuillets (13) apte à prendre un feuillet unique (26) à partir d'un bloc ou d'une rame (24) de feuillets chargés sur ladite station et possédant une tête pneumatique pour la levée d'un feuillet unique à un certain moment et un tambour pour conduire celle-ci dans la direction de la station suivante ;
    - une station de collage (14) comprenant une tête de collage (15) appropriée pour le dépôt ou la pulvérisation, à chaud ou à froid, de petites gouttes de colle ou d'une bande de colle le long d'un bord d'un côté dudit feuillet unique (26) de façon à définir une bande de colle (28) ;
    - une station de pliage et de découpage (16) comprenant un moyen destiné au pliage multiple du feuillet unique (26) sur lui-même le long de lignes de pliage (23) qui sont parallèles les unes aux autres et transversales à la partie munie de colle pour créer un feuillet plié (30), et un moyen destiné au découpage dudit feuillet plié (30) le long des parties de bord transversal opposées pour créer un feuillet d'informations à pages multiples (34) avec les pages (25) reliées les unes aux autres uniquement au niveau d'une zone de jonction (29) définie par la zone munie de colle à proximité d'un bord ;
    - une station de transit ou de transfert (18) ;
    - une station de pressage (20) destinée à éventuellement presser la zone de jonction (29) du feuillet plié ;
    - une station d'accumulation de produits finis (22) destinée au stockage et à la collecte des feuillets d'informations finis (34).
  6. Appareil destiné à la production de feuillets ou de fiches d'informations (34) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une station de compaction appropriée pour permettre la compaction de groupes de produits finis provenant de la station d'accumulation (22) les divisant en rames de feuillets d'informations (34).
  7. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une unité de commande appropriée pour la commande et la gestion du fonctionnement séquentiel et synchronisé des stations de travail sur la base des signaux provenant de détecteurs desdites stations de travail.
