Claims (15)

  1. Arme de tir, en particulier arme à air comprimé ou à feu, comprenant un dispositif installé sur le canon (1) comportant au moins un élément de canon (2) constituant au moins une partie d'un canon de l'arme de tir, et un élément de silencieux fixé ou fixable (3) sur l'élément de canon (2), l'élément de silencieux (3) servant à la fixation sur l'élément de canon (2) par le biais d'au moins un élément de serrage (12), qui est fixé sur le plan axial contre au moins un élément d'appui (5) réalisé d'un seul tenant avec l'élément de canon (2) ou fixé sur celui-ci de manière imperdable, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de serrage (12) est fixé ou fixable à l'intérieur de l'élément de silencieux.
  2. Arme de tir selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément de serrage (12) est fixé ou fixable sur une zone de fixation (6) du côté de l'élément de canon qui fait saillie dans une section en forme de cylindre creux (13) de l'élément de silencieux (3), pouvant ainsi être serré ou est serré axialement contre au moins un élément d'appui placé du côté de l'élément de silencieux (14), de manière à ce que l'élément de silencieux (3) puisse être serré ou est serré contre l'élément d'appui (5) du côté de l'élément de canon.
  3. Arme de tir selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'au moins un élément d'appui (14) du côté de l'élément de silencieux est constitué par un côté frontal, opposé à l'élément d'appui (5) du côté de l'élément de canon, d'au moins un élément d'entretoise (11) qui délimite une zone de réception de l'élément de canon (19) du côté de l'élément de silencieux et qui s'étend sur le plan axial, au moins sur certaines sections, le long d'un corps de base (17) en forme de cylindre creux du côté de l'élément de silencieux.
  4. Arme de tir selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    plusieurs éléments d'entretoise correspondants (11) sont disposés ou configurés à une certaine distance circonférentiellement autour de la circonférence intérieure du corps de base (7) du côté de l'élément de silencieux, un conduit de dilatation de l'élément de silencieux (3) étant réalisé par un espace intermédiaire créé entre deux éléments d'entretoise (11) installés côté à côte.
  5. Arme de tir selon l'une des revendications qui précèdent,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le ou un corps de base (7) du côté de l'élément de silencieux en forme de cylindre creux est entouré sur sa circonférence extérieure, au moins sur certaines sections, en particulier entièrement, et sur sa circonférence intérieure, au moins sur certaines sections, par un élément de gaine (9) réalisé en particulier en matière plastique, l'au moins un élément d'entretoise (11) ou au moins un élément d'entretoise (11) délimitant une zone de réception de l'élément de canon (19) du côté de l'élément de silencieux et qui s'étend sur le plan axial, au moins sur certaines sections, le long du corps de base (7) en forme de cylindre creux du côté de l'élément de silencieux constituant une partie de l'élément de gaine (9).
  6. Arme de tir selon l'une des revendications qui précèdent,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément de silencieux (3) est fixé ou fixable de façon à être bloqué en rotation sur l'élément de canon (2).
  7. Arme de tir selon les revendications 5 et 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    sur l'élément de gaine (9), en particulier dans la zone de son extrémité orientée vers l'élément d'appui (5) du côté de l'élément de canon, au moins un premier élément anti-rotation (15) est disposé ou configuré, et sur l'élément d'appui (5) du côté de l'élément de canon, en particulier dans la zone de son extrémité orientée vers l'élément de gaine (9), au moins un deuxième élément anti-rotation (16) correspondant au premier élément anti-rotation (15), est disposé ou configuré, un premier élément anti-rotation (15) étant configuré pour interagir avec un deuxième élément anti-rotation (16), en créant une fixation bloquée en rotation de l'élément de silencieux (3), en empêchant une rotation circonférentielle de l'élément de silencieux (3) par rapport à l'élément de canon (2), et inversement.
  8. Arme de tir selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément de serrage (12) est fixé ou fixable par engagement positif et/ou par adhérence et/ou par le matériel sur la zone de fixation du côté de l'élément de canon (6).
  9. Arme de tir selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    - l'élément de serrage (12) est fixé ou fixable par adhérence sur la zone de fixation (6) du côté de l'élément de canon, la zone de fixation (6) du côté de l'élément de canon étant configurée par une section filetée, en particulier par une section à filetage extérieur, formée dans la zone de l'extrémité libre qui fait saillie dans la section en forme de cylindre creux (13) de l'élément de silencieux (3), ou englobant au moins une telle section, et l'élément de serrage (12) étant configuré sur au moins certaines sections avec une section de contre-filet correspondant à la section filetée constituant la zone de fixation (6) du côté de l'élément de canon, ou englobant au moins une telle section, et l'élément de serrage (12) étant vissé par la section de contre-filet sur la section filetée du côté de l'élément de canon, ou inversement, ou
    - l'élément de serrage (12) est fixable ou fixé par engagement positif dans la zone de fixation (6) du côté de l'élément de canon, la zone de fixation (6) du côté de l'élément de canon étant constituée par une section d'enclenchement, en particulier formée dans la zone de l'extrémité libre qui fait saillie dans la section en forme de cylindre creux (13) de l'élément de silencieux (3), ou englobant au moins une telle section, et l'élément de serrage (12) étant constitué, au moins sur certaines sections, avec une section de contre-enclenchement correspondant à la section d'enclenchement formant la zone de fixation (6) du côté de l'élément de canon, ou englobant au moins une telle section, et l'élément de serrage (12) étant enclenché par la section de contre-enclenchement dans la section d'enclenchement du côté de l'élément de canon, ou inversement.
  10. Arme de tir selon la revendication 8 ou 9,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément de serrage (12) est fixable ou fixé, éventuellement aussi par liaison de matière, sur la zone de fixation (6) du côté de l'élément de canon, l'élément de serrage (12) étant collé à la zone de fixation (6) du côté de l'élément de canon, ou inversement.
  11. Arme de tir selon l'une des revendications qui précèdent,
    caractérisée en ce que
    - l'élément de serrage (12) comporte un corps de base annulaire qui est configuré du côté de sa circonférence intérieure, au moins sur certaines sections, avec une section de contre-filet correspondant à la section filetée constituant la zone de fixation (6) du côté de l'élément de canon, ou qui englobe au moins une telle section et/ou
    - qui est configuré du côté de sa circonférence intérieure, au moins sur certaines sections, avec une zone de collage qui entoure la zone de fixation (6) du côté de l'élément de canon, ou qui englobe au moins une telle zone.
  12. Arme de tir selon la revendication 11,
    caractérisée en ce que
    au moins un conduit de passage est configuré dans le corps de base de forme annulaire et le traverse axialement, de sorte que l'élément de serrage (12) constitue une bague de régulation d'air.
  13. Arme de tir selon l'une des revendications qui précèdent,
    caractérisée en ce que
    au moins un élément de silencieux (17), en particulier en forme de douille, est installé dans la section ou une section en forme de cylindre creux (13) de l'élément de silencieux (3).
  14. Arme de tir selon l'une des revendications qui précèdent,
    caractérisée par
    un élément à capuchon de fermeture (8), en particulier en forme de douille, fixable ou fixé par engagement positif et/ou par adhérence et/ou par liaison de matière dans la zone de l'embouchure de l'élément de silencieux (3),
  15. Procédé pour la fabrication d'une arme de tir selon l'une des revendications qui précèdent, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    - Configuration et/ou préparation d'au moins une partie d'un canon de l'élément de canon (2) constituant l'arme de tir, avec au moins un élément d'appui (5) qui est soit fabriqué d'un seul tenant avec l'élément de canon (2), soit fixé de manière imperdable sur celui-ci,
    - Configuration et/ou préparation d'un élément de silencieux (3) à fixer sur l'élément de canon (2)
    - Fixation de l'élément de silencieux (3) sur l'élément de canon (2) en formant un dispositif de canon (1), l'élément de silencieux (3) étant glissé sur l'élément de canon (2) et, pour la fixation sur le canon (2) par le biais d'au moins un élément de serrage (12), étant serré axialement contre l'au moins un élément d'appui (5) installé ou configuré sur l'élément de canon (2), et
    - Fixation du dispositif de canon (1) sur un corps de base de l'arme de tir en formant l'arme de tir, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de serrage est fixé ou fixable à l'intérieur de l'élément de silencieux.
