Claims (14)
- Composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne comprenant :- ≥ 10 % en poids à ≤ 35 % en poids d'au moins une source alcaline,- ≥ 0,1 % en poids à ≤ 1 % en poids d'au moins un polyéthylène glycol, et- ≥ 15 % en poids à ≤ 40 % en poids d'au moins un inhibiteur de corrosion ;dans laquelle le rapport pondéral en % de la source alcaline au polyéthylène glycol est > 30 : 1 ; et le % en poids des composants étant basé sur le poids total de la composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne.
- Composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle la composition comprend au moins deux inhibiteurs de corrosion, de préférence ≥ 16 % en poids de disilicate de sodium et ≥ 4 % en poids d'un benzotriazole ; dans laquelle le % en poids des composants est basé sur le poids total de la composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne.
- Composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne selon la revendication 1 ou 2, comprenant :- ≥ 10 % en poids à ≤ 35 % en poids, de préférence ≥ 13 % en poids à ≤ 24 % en poids et mieux encore ≥ 15 % en poids à ≤ 20 % en poids, d'au moins une source alcaline, de préférence d'hydroxyde de sodium ;- ≥ 0,1 % en poids à ≤ 1 % en poids, de préférence ≥ 0,2 % en poids à ≤ 0,8 % en poids, de préférence encore ≥ 0,3 % en poids à ≤ 0,7 % en poids, et mieux encore ≥ 0,4 % en poids à ≤ 0,6 % en poids, et tout particulièrement 0,5 % en poids, d'au moins un polyéthylène glycol, de préférence un polyéthylène glycol ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne dans la plage de 4 000 à 12 000, et mieux encore un polyéthylène glycol ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne de 8 000 ; et- ≥ 15 % en poids à ≤ 40 % en poids, de préférence ≥ 18 % en poids à ≤ 35 % en poids, de préférence encore ≥ 20 % en poids à ≤ 28 % en poids et mieux encore ≥ 23 % en poids à ≤ 25 % en poids, d'au moins un inhibiteur de corrosion, de préférence de disilicate de sodium, et mieux encore d'au moins deux inhibiteurs de corrosion, de préférence un benzotriazole et du disilicate de sodium ;- un solvant, de préférence de l'eau, est ajouté jusqu'à 100 % en poids ; le % en poids des composants étant basé sur le poids total de la composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne.
- Composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne selon les revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle la composition comprend au moins une source alcaline choisie dans le groupe constitué de l'hydroxyde de sodium, du carbonate de sodium, de l'hydroxyde de potassium et de l'hydroxyde de lithium.
- Composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne selon les revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle la composition comprend au moins un, de préférence deux inhibiteurs de corrosion choisis dans le groupe comprenant un silicate, le silicate de sodium, le disilicate de sodium, l'acétate de calcium, le chlorure de calcium, le gluconate de calcium, le phosphate de calcium, le borate de calcium, le carbonate de calcium, le citrate de calcium, le lactate de calcium, le sulfate de calcium, le tartrate de calcium, le benzotriazole, le 1,2,3-benzotriazole, et des mélanges de ceux-ci.
- Composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne selon les revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle la composition comprend au moins un inhibiteur de seuil/modificateur cristallin choisi dans le groupe comprenant des sels d'acides phosphonocarboxyliques, des phosphonates, des sels d'acide 1-hydroxyéthylidène-1,1-diphosphonique (HEDP), des sels de polymères substitués d'acides et des mélanges de ceux-ci, de préférence des sels de polymères substitués d'acides de monomères d'acrylate, de méthacrylate, des sels de poly(acide itaconique), des sels de poly(acide maléique), et des mélanges de ceux-ci.
- Composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne selon les revendications 1 à 6, dans laquelle la composition comprend au moins une composition d'agent séquestrant choisie dans le groupe constitué du gluconate de sodium, d'un sel pentasodique d'acide diéthylènetriamine pentaacétique, du glucoheptonate de sodium, des sels d'acide éthylènediamine tétraacétique, des sels d'acide hydroxyéthyléthylène diamine triacétique, des sels d'acide nitrilotriacétique, d'un sel sodique de diéthanolglycine, d'un sel disodique d'éthanoldiglycine, des sels de composés d'acide hydroxymonocarboxylique, des sels de composés d'acide hydroxydicarboxylique, des sels d'acides carboxyliques contenant une amine, du N,N-bis(carboxylatométhyl)-L-glutamate tétrasodique (GLDA) et des mélanges deux ceux-ci.
- Composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne selon les revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle la composition comprend au moins un solvant choisi dans le groupe comprenant de l'eau, des alcools, de l'éthanol, de l'isopropanol, du 2-butoxyéthanol, du 1-décanol, de l'alcool benzylique, de la glycérine, de la monoéthanolamine, des glycols, de l'éthylène glycol, du diéthylène glycol, du propylène glycol, du butoxydiglycol, du triéthylène glycol, du tétraéthylène glycol, du dipropylène glycol, de l'hexylène glycol, des glycoléthers, des esters ou des combinaisons de ceux-ci. Des alcools convenables englobent, mais sans s'y limiter, l'éthanol, l'isopropanol, le 2-butoxyéthanol, le 1-décanol, l'alcool benzylique, la glycérine, la monoéthanolamine, ou des combinaisons de ceux-ci ; de préférence la composition comprend au moins deux solvants et mieux encore la composition comprend de l'eau et de l'hexylène glycol.
- Composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne selon les revendications 1 à 8, comprenant :- ≥ 10 % en poids à ≤ 35 % en poids, de préférence ≥ 13 % en poids à ≤ 24 % en poids et mieux encore ≥ 15 % en poids à ≤ 20 % en poids, d'au moins une source alcaline, de préférence d'hydroxyde de sodium ;- ≥ 0,1 % en poids à ≤ 1 % en poids, de préférence ≥ 0,2 % en poids à ≤ 0,8 % en poids, de préférence encore ≥ 0,3 % en poids à ≤ 0,7 % en poids, et mieux encore ≥ 0,4 % en poids à ≤ 0,6 % en poids, et tout particulièrement 0,5 % en poids, d'au moins un polyéthylène glycol, de préférence un polyéthylène glycol ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne dans la plage de 4 000 à 12 000, et mieux encore un polyéthylène glycol ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne de 8 000 ; et- ≥ 15 % en poids à ≤ 40 % en poids, de préférence ≥ 18 % en poids à ≤ 35 % en poids, de préférence encore ≥ 20 % en poids à ≤ 28 % en poids et mieux encore ≥ 23 % en poids à ≤ 25 % en poids, d'au moins un inhibiteur de corrosion, de préférence de disilicate de sodium, et mieux encore d'au moins deux inhibiteurs de corrosion, de préférence un benzotriazole et du disilicate de sodium ;- ≥ 0,5 % en poids à ≤ 15 % en poids, de préférence ≥ 1 % en poids à ≤ 10 % en poids, et mieux encore ≥ 3 % en poids à ≤ 5 % en poids d'au moins un inhibiteur de seuil/modificateur cristallin, de préférence l'inhibiteur de seuil/modificateur cristallin est un sel d'un poly(acide acrylique) ;- ≥ 5 % en poids à ≤ 40 % en poids, de préférence ≥ 15 % en poids à ≤ 30 % en poids, et mieux encore ≥ 20 % en poids à ≤ 25 % en poids d'au moins un agent séquestrant, de préférence l'agent séquestrant est un sel d'un acide carboxylique contenant une amine, et mieux encore de N,N-bis(carboxylatométhyl)-L-glutamate tétrasodique (GLDA) ;- un solvant, de préférence de l'eau, est ajouté jusqu'à 100 % en poids ; le % en poids des composants étant basé sur le poids total de la composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne.
- Solution de la composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne selon les revendications 1 à 9.
- Solution selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle la solution est une composition liquide concentrée ou une solution liquide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne prête à l'emploi.
- Solution selon la revendication 10 ou 11, dans laquelle le rapport du solvant, de préférence l'eau, au solide, pour fournir une composition liquide concentrée, de préférence une solution aqueuse, de la composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne est dans la plage de 200:1 à 10:1, de préférence de 100:1 à 12:1, de préférence encore de 50:1 à 15:1, également de préférence de 40:1 à 17:1 et tout particulièrement de 30:1 à 20:1, ou
le rapport du solvant, de préférence l'eau, au solide, pour fournir une solution liquide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne prête à l'emploi, de préférence une solution aqueuse, de la composition solide de nettoyage à alcalinité moyenne est dans la plage de 60 000:1 à 100:1, de préférence de 30 000:1 à 300:1, de préférence encore de 10 000:1 à 500:1, également de préférence de 5 000:1 à 750:1 et tout particulièrement de 2 500:1 à 1 000:1. - Utilisation de la solution selon les revendications 10 à 12 pour nettoyer des surfaces dures et molles, de préférence des articles en métal et/ou en plastique, des surfaces en métal et/ou des surfaces en plastique, mieux encore des instruments en métal, des instruments en plastique, des instruments avec une surface en plastique et/ou des instruments avec une surface en métal.
- Utilisation de la solution selon la revendication 13 pour nettoyer des surfaces dures et molles, de préférence des articles en métal et/ou en plastique, des surfaces en métal et/ou des surfaces en plastique, mieux encore des instruments en métal, des instruments en plastique, des instruments avec une surface en plastique, des instruments avec une surface en métal et/ou des instruments chirurgicaux, dans une opération automatisée.
